Disgusting boneless wings( it was breast not wings)... So few years ago I used to come here with my friends and it used to be amazing. I just dont know what happened- we were seated right away got our waters. Food took longer than expected so we thought hey its going to be fresh; but boy were we wrong. My food which is the chicken stir fry. I honestly hated the smell when it first arrived. The chicken was over cooked, microwaved and veggies were not cooked at all. I asked our waiter to take it back... he brought it again just turned over and still cold and dry. We asked for the manager. She apologized and thats pretty much it. I miss my childhood rams horn but this disgusting place isnt what it used to be...
This was the best dine-in experience Ive had in quite a while. The server was courteous, helpful and attentive. Good job!

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but my experience tonight was horrid. We walked in and got seated at a table with no silverware or place mats. We had to take some from another table because no one even tried to set the table. Our waitress waited 15 minutes to greet us to take drink orders along with our food orders. We ordered potato skins that were supposed to come with bacon, instead we got potato wedges with ham. Mozzarella cheese sticks were undercooked, a chicken pita with no cheese or tomatoes was given to us with the cheese scraped off and the chicken was so dry it wasnt even edible. Fries were old and tasted like they had been sitting in oil for a long time. The chicken parm was overcooked, noodles were rubbery. We ordered a Ruben and it was so dry it was hard to eat. We ordered chili fries and they put cheese on them but we ate them just so we could have something in our stomachs... after leaving my stomach immediately began to churn. I would not visit this place again.
Our server was friendly but definitely more interested in her male customers. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated but the food awful. You could tell everything was frozen pre-made food. Even the iced tea was made off site. Nothing we had was was freshly made there. Mostly tasted microwaved. Will not be returning.
Restaurant was clean, our server was super friendly.The food was not great, and unfortunately, our service wasnt the best once there were a couple more tables. Im sure that has a lot to do with being short staffed.The reason it gets 2 stars is because my daughter ordered a hot dog, and it was dry, shriveled up, and hard as a rock. Our waitress never came back to check on us, so we didnt even have the opportunity to have it replaced because we were ready to leave. My daughters meal was removed from the bill without issue. The other food was just not great. Now I remember why I never go to Rams Horn.

I came in on Sunday just for a quick breakfast with 2 of my kids. No hostess were there I had to grab the coffee kid and ask for the manager to get me and others seated. No waitress for like 20 minutes so had to flag the manager to take my order. And sat for 40 more minutes before I got my food!😤And it took me sending my kid over tothe coffee boy to bring us coffee and send him to the same coffee kid to bring us our silverwer. It was a really frustrating experience. Not coming here no more thats for sure..

Its rams horn while I do have fond memories of this place from my youth. While both working there and hanging out until the wee hours of the morning drinking coffee. It hasnt really changed that much still the same menu that it has always had. Sure that appeals to my nostalgia but it does not excite the pallette. I am glad it is still there and will continue to pop in on occasion but with the world of food available it will not be a regular thing. I mean the only reason we went was we knew it would be easy to a table...
The young ladys customer service was Superior, A1⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service I wish I remember her name so that I can mention it. This worth the trip the food was cooked to order.🤗🤗🤗THANK YOU, for treating my Daddy so nice, he like to joke with everyone.
Time has not been good to this place. I remember coming here as a kid and it was always great. The service has really gone down the drain. Especially this last experience where they had us waiting for about an hour for our food. They didnt even bring us our drinks for a while. Three tables that arrived afterwards were served before us within minutes of each other. We finally were able to get a hold of an employee to complain after about an hour. Our food was finally brought out, but one order was completely forgotten. At that point we were disgruntled, hungry and just over this ridiculousness. We packed our food, paid for it (after making sure they took off the meal they forgot completely), and left. Ordering on Doordarsh would have been better than this and buying food on there is way more expensive and they make you wait like 45 minutes for it to arrive and sometimes its cold. That is how bad Rams Place is now.

I’ve been coming to rams horn for 10 years and I have never experienced it as bad as the last 2 times I’ve been here recently. The salad was brown. The food took 1 hour and 30 minutes.only one waitress attending to 15 tables and one cook.
Other Rams Horn restaurants should not be judged by this one. The service here is always slow. The food Ive had at other locations is usually a good value for the money; but I just tried to eat the meatloaf from this location, and the best thing I can say about it is its brown and it may have once been exposed to meat. Almost pure starch.
1.The food was disgusting And also overcooked.2. The waitress just disappeared ever since she got to look at her phone.3. They had a vacuum cleaner on the counter where drinks would be prepared.4. After my meal was finished she gathered the Mayonnaise and Is mustard packets up to reuse them.Im embarrassed for the owner of this establishment Serving food with mayonnaise and mustard packets as if hes a fast food restaurant.5. They used a piece of white bread with the crust cut off as the center bun for my Intimidator

The waitress was very nice and did the best she could with the lack of staff. The young man that was seating people could have helped the waitresses by getting drinks for the people sitting there waiting instead of standing at the podium. The food was mediocre.
Stopped in for a quick dinner. The food was good, fresh and hot. The service could have been a little better. Wasnt bad, just slightly inattentive. It was a good meal. I would definitely go again.
Potato skins were home fries with ham. Chicken was rubbery, cheese scrapped off chicken for a no cheese wrap. Mozzarella sticks under cooked, dry Reubens sandwich. Reheated fries, rubbery noodles and chicken. Wait staff was mediocre. If I could do a .5 star I would. Never coming back.

Restaurant didn’t want to serve a party of 10 African Americans said they were closing early when then close at 11. I loved the food here but this was not acceptable if the business closes at 11 and we arrived at 910. Bad customer service
My daughter ordered their version of a Reuben sandwich with coleslaw instead of sauerkraut through Doordash. Honestly, I am not totally certain it came from this particular restaurant because there are two that are equally distant from our house and Doordash just gives distances to the restaurant. She allowed me a sample of the sandwich and it had an odd flavor. Initially, I thought it might have been a peculiar spice, but I was nauseated about 15 minutes later and reckoned the food may have passed a best by expiration date.My daughter, who is much pickier than me, wasnt as critical. And she had some internal discomfort later as well.
Horrible Customer Service. The Night Shift Manager was So Rude and should not be in a Manager Position if she does not know how to be nice with customers. Never going back here again.

This place is clean beautifully decorated has plug in at bottom of booths and food is good at least wat I ordered was ....i miss the other one thats closer they food was high rank ...but this ones ok ....i treat myself here once a,month or wen I can ....so its 24hours waiters are good ...so go check it out I wish i cud have my bathroom like theres ewwww,I love it ... oh dont eat b4 u leave cos u get a,good helping I had the seafood one good hamburgers ....wen they have strAwberries I have them to bring me a bowl wit chocolate n cool whip they sundaes are great ice cream taste good ...so have some money .n enjoy ......The other one is open now and better food and service and better food dearborn heights one in taylor Michigan I go in the middle of the night any time

I took my 91 year old Mom here for lunch. She couldnt easily walk in with her walker. We were greeted by a very friendly server. The food was excellent and so was the service!!
Place was not busy but got the worst service took forever to get waited on. Had three people at our table had to ask for another place setting which we did not get. When food arrived had to ask for silverware. Was so disappointed.
Will never go back to this location again, horrible service from the waiter, portions of the fish and chips were half the size as other locations, I received my food cold, my husbands food was missing specially asked for ingredient, sons food was completely wrong and my daughters kids menu chicken strips were nothing but hunks of grease filled fried boneless chicken breast.. no comps for the messed up food or offers to fix the orders by the waiter who had to be flagged down for everything. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a country fried steak and a ranchers omelette they forgot our biscuits are toast the country fried steak was very cold completely soaked the gravy really on edible pay for Jack cheese I my eggs did not get it this was a pickup they said I half hour I waited that then I went inside to pick up waited another 15 minutes my food was extremely cold all I got to say a very big disappointment I do love Rams Horn but that will never go back to that one on Ford Road just east of Inkster I guess a The Glitz & Glam does not match up with the food get back to the basics why all the glass and brass when the food tastes like trash and has no class Gene Gene Gene Gene step in and do something about that place its your name your reputation unless you just dont read these then bad business

Terrible place. Sitting here with no heat and freezing!! 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I now know why there are only three tables with people. Will never come back!!!
Abhorrent service. The waitress stopped taking our order halfway through, then proceeded to forget to put it in. We waited nearly an hour with not being checked on or reassured once. As we were about to leave they brought the food finally and unapologetically placed it before us. Unsurprisingly, they forgot part of our order but it somehow managed to make it on the bill...This place is a joke and I will not be returning.
I love Rams Horn. I ordered a rib eyed steak & it was tough as nails! Very disappointed. The waiter was awesome. He did a fantastic job.

Absolutely the worst dining experience Ive had in years. Gave it a one-star because I did not have a -3 option. It started with the careless attitude as we entered the restaurant, no one greeted us, asked if we needed a seat or even a simple, sit anywhere youd like. Finally a young man gives us water, but no menu. It didnt get any better from there. Had to get up and get someone to wait on us. My hot turkey sandwich came out first as a hot beef sandwich, then a turkey sandwich with brown gravy on it. I felt extremely lucky because by the third time they got it right. So, by the end the so called manager didnt have the nerve to ask us how was your dinner? Again a careless attitude. Go elsewhere youll be much more happier for it.
Food was decent but service was seriously lacking. The waiter did not check on the table after taking order.I waited 10 minutes to get a glass of water, from the manager,w then waited 40 minutes for our food while he was standing around. Was informed that there was one cook in the kitchen after waiting 40 minutes. They had six people on front of the house and most of them were standing around most of the time. When the food was served one meal came out at least five minutes before the other meal. Both items ordered were no more than 5 minute grill time items. Disappointed.

Food was good and server was nice and got the orders correct for 8 people.It took an hour for the kitchen to make the food and it wasnt very crowded. Most of us had soup and sandwiches so it wasnt complicated orders that took so much time. If they improved in that area, I would have given them 5 stars.
I went to Rams Horn late... My son and I went out for breakfast and the food was delicious. The staff was very respectful and my coffee was hot and fresh. I ordered French toast which is always delicious and I highly recommended. My son enjoys their burgers and he said they were good.
Had chicken pita and sweet potatoes fries they were great pumpkin pie was fabulous
The people are nice and the service is pretty good but thats where the positives end. The food is sub par, any kind of meat your order whether beef or chicken is usually poorly seasoned and flavorless.Their idea of a dinner is to add a salad and potato to an entree. They keep it simple because no one there knows how to cook. Their vegetables are like what you used to get from you schools cafeteria, mashed potatoes are hard and chunky, the chicken strips are chewy and no amount of dipping sauce will help it. I could go on and on but I think I made it clear that its not good. Owner should have focused more on making the food good and less on making the place look nice.Ive been there a few times and Im writing this review based on my experience, if you like the place thats great but I think it could be much better.Went again, Ordered tenders and they tasted like theyve been sitting out for hours. Place still hasnt improved because management doesnt care.Thanks for reading

Not a pleasant place to dine. Ive been here b4 in the past and the service was better. Apparently it is under new management and its not going well. There wasnt enough staff, the service was slow and careless. The waitress that served us was nice but she needed help. The bus boy had to help us bcuz they were under-staffed bet he didnt even understand everything we were saying. Our food was cold, mixed up for some of us and it wasnt fully cooked. It took over an hour to get our food. I didnt receive a sub that I ordered and some of my friends didnt receive theirs either. The night shift manager doesnt seem to be a good manager. Unfortunately this place was a horrible experience. 20 min after we left my friend vomited twice. The rest of us were feeling sick. Im surprised this place is still functioning and open. It must be people with low standards that keep this place running, which is fine for them if they dont care for quality, its their loss. Me or any of my friends or people I know wont be dining here ever again.
Very nice, clean, and hot delicious food. The ppl were very friendly and professional.. the covid precautions the were doing are awesome..they catered to our children with an eagerness to their happiness...it was like visiting family they were smiling n joking with us...great place, not crowded, no waiting ty for taking pride in ur business. Our 3 girls said bathroom was nice and very clean also..
You can guarantee the service is friendly. Its always clean. This particular location with its decor is like going to a vacation spot to eat.
Not too much I can say here besides that the service was no questions the worst I’ve ever had or seen. Drinks took about 20 minutes to get after being sat, food took about another 30 minutes. One of us had to send their cold food back to be heated and they forgot to bring out the cold toast with thick unmelted butter on it. I usually feel bad about leaving a bad review, but by the attitude of the employees, I don’t really think a poor review is going to bother anyone. I would recommend to NOT go here.
The people that owned the place were walking around with no masks on. Eve in the kitchen area. Food was good. But as far as healthiness wise not sure if this ia the safest spot.
This is a regular Rams Horn as far as food, but the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Always a wonderful experience here.

I went there yesterday , it was around 2:00 am the food was really good and tasty the service and the waitress she was so fast and nice , especially the manager who took care of us at the end when it got a little busy he was so nice to us. When they made a mistake with one of our order he knows how to treat people in a very nice way , it was my first time in here and i guess i’ll always go there to have a good time with all of the friendly waitress and manager . Keep Going !!
I took my daughter here for breakfast. The food was less than mediocre. When I tried to get mine fixed I was told that there was no cook on site. Which was weird because they had already cooked our food and suddenly there was no cook? I mean, who cook it in the first place? Also the staff was blasting music from the kitchen area. Now I love music, but there is respectful, appropriate, music for the work environment, and this was not it. The waiter was not on top of things at all. He, and the other staff mostly chatted on the other side of the restaurant the whole time we were there. Very displeasing. I wouldnt go back even for a free meal.

Dont patronize this location!!!! The service here is the worst Ive seen ever! My husband after 20 mins of waiting had to go ask for water and coffee. Thirty min later still no water coffee or order taken. We ordered food after waiting 50 minutes for waiter. 20 min after that still no food. The establishment was empty only about 4 tables being occupied. We arrived at 1pm and left at 2:30 pm because we hadnt received any food. I wouldnt recommend this location to someone looking to feed a dog! Zero stars!
Me and my family walked in at 7:30 pm and did not get served no lie til an hour and 20 mins!! We was here way before others was and served absolutely last! Got our food another 30 mins was missing my chili fries when brought to attention they said they ran out! No refills asked and missed a lot of stuff for our food as far as sauce asked for!! When we told manager he tried telling us it’s because it’s busy and we explain to him no there was people way after us that got served and food before us!! He said they all out of order! What type of management is this!!!?? Worse experience ever!
Came in at 2:30 am I was greeted by the busser with a smile, received our water immediately after seating, was greeted by Moe the server he was extremely nice and helped us to pick out what to order. Prices were good for the portions and any time we needed help we were helped very quickly. Paying was a breeze the manager spoke very kindly and made paying easy. All in all 10/10 will return🤗
A friend and I went in last Sunday for a late breakfast to what we both expected would be a decent enjoyable meal but we were both completely wrong. Waitress came to our table late with two waters. Friend had asked for a lemonade and it took FIFTEEN minutes for our waitress to come back to our table. She didnt even bring back the drink both times we had asked for it, unfortunately the bus boy finally brought it out. (Mind you there were only four other tables in the whole entire restaurant ) I had ordered a wrap with no cheese thankfully I checked to make sure my order was right before I bit into the sandwich. I immediately looked for my waitress and switched my order to a veggie burger. Wasnt much better, fries were stale, veggie burger tasting like cardboard absolutely no flavor. My friend and I then said screw it finished up eating paid and then left . The woman on cash I think her name was Becky was super sweet we had told her we wished she waited on us. Im usually not the one to write a negative review but this service was so unprofessional that I didnt even tip my waitress. Wont be returning, very unprofessional.
During this difficult times, as a nurse I try to support the local restaurants, spend $ 80 at their restaurant , which was empty, the staff appeared to be miserable.Gentleman was polite, but it clear that covid has taken its toll on this entire industry.Only given a 3 star for effort.
Rams horn has been in business since 1967, and if you go to this location you may think youve been sitting there since 1967. We sat down and waited 15 minutes for waters and then had to get someones attention to even think about helping us. Approximately 25 minutes after we sat down our order was taken. Took another 35 mins for our food to come out and some of it was cold. Wait staff had no care in the world about anything, and laughed when we sent the cold food back to be microwaved. This is the first and only time Ive ever been able to say the tip was less than 15% and will not be back to this location. Save your time, money, and patience and dine somewhere else.
Beautiful facility will make you think youre in an upscale restaurant. Good quality tasting food. I ordered the Cobb salad. Nice portion and tasty.
Youd think you stepped into an exclusive hotel dining room! Just had breakfast, pretty good! Hearing the live stream music outside on a cold winter day, makes you feel like youre in a really special place!Will bring guests from out of town here for breakfast/brunch!
Do NOT eat here! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered breakfast after waiting for 20 minutes to be greeted, got my OWN water from the bus boy. Finally got my breakfast and no toast but told it was coming so waited and waited and it didnt come no surprise, my husband told the manager and he said right away 15 minutes later and there was still no toast, so I went to the manger and said Im not paying for the toast, also no refill on the coffee, other tables were waiting to be served with no one in sight. I expressed my frustration with the management and he had no sympathy. I will NOT return and I suggest if you want a pleasant dining experience you dont return either!
A nightmare if youre placing carry out They pretend like youre not there. And they turn their back to you when theyre taking your order which is so rude Food overall is bleh. Its usually under seasoned and overcooked. They dont understand what medium means. The meat is always overcooked . Your menu needs a overhaul.About a year later and the food still isnt good same goes for the service. For the love of God nobody likes unseasoned canned vegetables stop service them with your chicken dinners.Place is still a joke. Went there and everyone was sitting. Theres a guy manager there was is either always outside or sitting. Owner needs to fire them and give jobs who actually want to work.
I know it was late but wow the food preparation was a mess. Burger was sloppy as if it came out of a microwave, had it before but never like this. Was warned not to order certain items on the menu by our server. They need better management definitely.
Where do I start...I never leave reviews, but I figured I would leave my extremely bad experience....When we walked in we were ignored.About 15 mins later someone finally noticed us and took our order. The whole time, our waitress never came over to check on us. When she finally did...we asked for a refill and 2 ranches...15 minutes later...still never got it. Had to ask another waitress. Our original witness still never came over...totally ignored us. We were never brought our bill when asked 2 times. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
This place is so understaffed. They only have one person, I believe his name is Doug, seating and taking orders, and he doesn’t clean a thing. His friends, non workers, are always sitting around. He does nothing. This place needs more staff.
This is one of my usual spots. You really have to see it to believe it. The inside is BEAUTIFUL. Really, the decor is crazy cool. The food is pretty standard for a Rams Horn, diner style restaurant. On some occasions the food takes a long time to come out, but it is usually a reasonable time. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite things is that this location is open 24 hours.
Where I was seated (I asked to sit there), was uncomfortable. The people beside us; their choice of conversation should not be allowed.Some customers do not understand that a restaurant is a place of sanctuary. If they wanted to meet women, the family restuarant certainly is not the place.Otherwise, food was tasty, and the staff was fabulous.

This is a chain. The menu is quite extensive and the food comes out quickly. All day breakfast is a nice option. Opens at 8. Good prices, but not cheap. Can be a little dirty. This specific restaurant was remodeled recently and is very nice inside. Many staff always present to help serve you. Many parking spaces.
Sadly Im changing my 5-star review into a 2-star review due to my service this morning at 6:25 am. Now I just got finished working out at planet fitness and decided I wanted Rams Horn; I began by walking into the place and waited around five minutes while the host was vacuuming the area. I looked and seen almost the entire staff chatting in the background, but they didnt seem to notice me. Truth be told I expected this and wouldnt have cared enough to change my review if this was the only case. The host finally comes up to me and tells me to sit wherever I wanted, so I did. Now one server working as expected this early in the morning, however, to my chagrin my server still took an extended amount of time to get to me which shouldnt be the case considering I was the only person in the establishment at the time. I ordered the Caribbean stir-fry which was terrific, and the cook did an excellent job. However, again my server didnt bring me my chocolate milk until my food was done which surprised me but still whatever so far I wasnt making any deal out of the situation. The tipping point was the vaping by the cook as the entire staff was talking and just wandering the place cussing out loud which again was another tipping point for me. Overall, as I still sit in Rams Horn writing this review, I am observing the lack of work it anything these employees are doing which again I might expect by the servers and host as they have very little to do. However, the cook should have some sort of prep or anything else to do.
It’s not often that both the food and quality of service are terrible.I ordered a philly cheesestake, the menu says “shaved steak”.The actual sandwich said, the cook didn’t know how to finish chopping up the burger, as a quarter of it was still intact on the sandwich.It became my job to go get the waitress when I needed something. Sorry to interrupt social hour ladies, you’re a bunch of bums.I’ve been eating at this location since the 90s, you guys have bottomed out.
I come in about once a week and request the same server every time. Victoria is the best server, she is very polite and professional. She always has my beverage filled and makes routine stops at the table to see if I need anything or how the food is tasting. Shes always smiling and makes me feel at home when Im there. The food is very good and comes out quick.

Its was okay. I would only order chicken or meatless dishes here. My daughter hamburger was disgusting! We replaced it with grilled cheese and much better. My chicken parmesan was okay but I had the same dish cooked better at other rams horn in the area. Last my waiter was young and not interested in serving, he must be the don or cousin of owner and just working. I had to ask for everything. Probably go down q few miles to the one of telegraph in future.
So I don’t really write reviews I don’t like to ever say anything negative but after the several times of visiting this place and always disappointed, 1st time my salad was very old my lettuce was brown it was horrible I could not believe wat i was looking at, called them to complain they did not care, I let it go I went again for a work meeting again ordered the Greek salad they didn’t give me dressing then when i asked for it they gave me ranch I complained and asked politely for the GREEK dressing they again came back a while later with the same dressing ranch not Greek!! I complained but let it go because everyone at this point was half past there meal, then we ordered a chicken Greek salad to go again just tonight I get home and they did not give me ANY dressing!!! Really very very disappointed!!! Mind u I walked in to pick up the order and there was only 1 table that had customers and waited like 10min to even get anyone to acknowledge me. Service is really rude I’m sorry but I had to write this review.
Food is great and the customer service even better. I thought my meal was wrong and brought it back here. I told the manager there was bacon when I did not order it, after taking a look he kindly assured me that what had looked like bacon was well done hashbrowns, in which I agreed. Since we picked around at it for a little bit he said hed happily make me a new order free of charge. Thank you guys!
I dont understand why they soak food with lemon juice. Are they trying to hide the the taste of spoiled food with lemons? Either that or they need better cooks. Whatever lemon or lime juice they use leaves a very bad taste in mouth.
Dont waste your time coming here. The waitress we had was great but never took a drink order, I had to ask for them. Food was horrible, the sausage that my kids got was so burnt, you could barely cut it up. I order the imatator burger n instead of the bun in the middle it was a piece of wheat toast that they had cut the corners off n instead of lettuce it was kale. The fries were way over cooked and just hard n crunchy. I ate most of it cause i was starving but Ill never be back or ever recommend this place to anyone i care about.
Good food, 24 hours... Edited review: tonight was the first night Ive ever not tipped my server at this Rams Horn or any Rams Horn. It was slow and I didnt get a water, my coffee was empty 80% of my meal time. Waiter would rather hang out at the counter talking. The girl server was on top of her tables.
I was really disappointed on the food quality. It wasnt the same old rams horn with the great quality food I know and love. It went down significantly and Im not a fan anymore. The cooks need to step up their game. Food doesnt taste fresh anymore and the buffalo Caesar isnt dressed with buffalo sauce
We meet here weekly for our group social gathering. Great food, great place.
We waited ten minutes to be acknowledged after being seated. Only two other tables and they were eating. Three servers stood at the cash register area talking about another person and whether they were a dishwasher or bus boy. When we did get our meal the mashed potatoes were cold. Our waitress had cat ears. Everyone seemed more interested in each other. We were not offered refills on our pop and iced tea. When we went to pay we were asked if paying with a credit card or cash. We said cash. She had to go get a manager. When he got there he looked to us for the bill which she had laid on the counter in front of him. He looked at it and without a word left to go behind the cook counter. He came back with a calculator. I stood a few feet away as he added up our bill before then punching it into the register. D minus for service and friendliness. My thinking is this is becoming a tax write off kind of place. We have to find a better place.
The absolute worse service I have ever received! Took over an hour to get our food. Food was completely horrible as it was cold, vegetables were still frozen. My daughter never even received her food! This is not a joke. Will be contacting the owner!
Todays visit was terrible. 45 minutes for 3 simple breakfast. toast was cold eggs were cold. just terrible. our server heather was very apologetic and kept going back to check if it was ready. $31.00 dollars for simply awful food. wont be going back.

Because nobody wants to work our poor waitress was all by herself. She did good for being the only person there besides the cook.
My boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes after being seated to be greeted by a waitress. There was also two men adjacent from us who had been seated before we walked in, they had not seen the waitress either. They asked us if we should just wait on each other because the service was so slow! There was also a total of 6 other people (not total tables, just 6 people) in the restaurant, while we looked around, other people were looking for their waitress as well! After she finally took our orders and brought us onion rings, she asked if we needed a sauce and suggested we try the imitator sauce, we agreed and said wed like some. About 10 minutes later (yes, literally), she brought us the rest of the food and said, Oh I zoned out and forgot your sauce. So, she never gave it to us and admitted she forgot, then proceeded not to get it. Our food was fine, but our $4.99 milkshake was chocolate milk with whipped cream on it, there was no creaminess or iciness in it, it was just chocolate milk, it also apparently doesnt come with straws... After we finished our food we waited 15 minutes for our bill. My boyfriend and I both work in customer service (food) and we know how people should be served, this was unacceptable service.
Service was good. As we walked in we were shown our table. Our server was doing a good job but they food wasnt all that great. The food was warm but not hot, chicken fingers were bland. The seasoning whatsoever with a whole bunch of hot sause and BBQ sauce smoothered on them. The shrimp was actually undercooked. The only thing we really ate was the sweet potatoe fries.
Have been going there for years, today was the last straw. Carry out never looked this horrible. Make matters worse, they only refund when the owner is there. Left the food at the register and went home, Ill be back for my refund.
I mean seriously I get the food is cheap but can you at least make it edible or at least somewhat warm and maybe just maybe have decent service I mean when is the rams corp actually going to look at these reviews and actually do something about it!! It always takes forever to bring the food out especially during the week. That would be okay if they could get the order right. After a long wait my salad was wrong twice. Let me add the parking lot is a nice rink and the bill was wrong!
This is a very decorative place that allows you to choose through many varieties of dishes and appetizers that are amazing none the less. Also we can’t forget about the desserts they serve. This place is awesome for business men to have a nice meeting in, and for families to gather and have a nice meal together.
I am giving a 5 star rating because I dont believe in hurting local business but the service today as many other times was not good at all. Servers are very dull and seem to have no interest in being at work. Food tastes good but one person in our group did not receive their salad.
I walked in and the place was a complete disaster, phone ringing, people waiting to be seated, people sitting to be waited on, and tables waiting to be bussed. Finally after 10 mins we were sat, and our waitress didnt even come to us for another 10 mins. Finally she came and we got our drinks after 20. So we decided to put our order in, the waitress only came back to give us our food, and didnt even bring all of the food out. She never came back to check on us. We decided just to stand up and go to the counter instead of waiting for her to come. Overall a horrible experience and they werent even that busy, do not eat here!!!
I normally don’t take time to leave poor reviews, but Jesus, this made.Walked in to no one greeting us or sit us. Eventually I believe the manager walks over, surprised no one has sat us. He sits us. 10 minutes go by and no one takes our order. The manager comes over again and asks if someone has seen us, we say no, and he gets our drinks for us. ANOTHER ten minutes goes by and STILL no one comes over. By that point, we get up and leave. Please save your time, your money, and your sanity and NEVER go here.

Ordered a bacon cheese-burger. It was delicious! Also had a side order of sweet potatoe fries, they were very good. Not greasy or over cooked. The waitress was very attentive. The (manager?/cashier) played with his cell phone the entire time. When paying for the meal, he never asked how was the meal or please come again. In fact he never said a single word.
Service is terrible here! My husband and I went around 2:30 in the morning, we were greeted by the greater and received water after sitting down but once we waited for 10 minutes we never received a menu, but customers of other races came in after us and immediately received their water and a menu. I then said excuse me to gain the attention of the bus boy, he then came over and asked us if we wanted a menu. Ummm what do u think??? At that point my husband and I got up and left. Just terrible..i felt discriminated against because we were the only black customers in there!
Horrible service, horrible food, wasnt impressed in the least. Waited probably 5-10 minutes before being waited on. Beautiful building, very fancy looking, I just wish they would put some of that fancyness into their service and food quality.

Ask for refills for exmaple ??!Get me my lemons for my fish and chips meal that i asked for 30minutes agoSad and unhappy waitress ??? And then the only time she decided to check on us is when she gave us our receipt that i still didnt ask for because obviosuly im still into the plate that i was waiting for the lemons for .Okay so back to the waitress that gave me my receipt saying “no rush”. When im dinning in and its dead slow .. am not asking for my bill because obviosly i dont want to leave now.Its a good way to kick out customers .Thank you and never again . Sorry

The food is okay, but the service is awful. We were sat at a table and no one came over for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, a table of 10-12 sat down and all got dribks immediately. They even placed their order before us. It took 10 minutes just to get our first drinks. I dont know why the menu says free refills, we never got any. Then we didnt have any silverware. I had to get up and ask someone else to grab it for us. The staff is friendly, but this has to be one of the slowest Rams Horn restaurants Ive been to. This is not the first time I have had an experience like this here.
The location on Ford Rd in Inkster, Miwas my first time eating at this location. It is so beautiful and elegant inside. The other Rams Horn doesnt even compare to this. The food was good. Customer Service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant. Keep up the good work.
Probably wont be back , was actually asked by the staff if we brought liquor into to the restaurant. Pretty insulting and very poor management to make our poor waitress even ask us that . Really just wanted to walk out on our order but they would probably make pur waitress pay for it.
Dirty and disgusting. Floors are so greasy you can play slip and slide on them. Our waiter dropped one of the menus on the filthy floor and put it on our table. I said did you just drop that and put it on our table?! He said uh ya looking very confused. I said I wasnt interested in ordering anything and I was so grossed out that we ended up leaving. The waiter said see you later very sarcastically, which reflected his level of training. Before all of this had even happened, an African American chef/worker in the back was yelling and swearing up a storm, F this and F that. Everyone in the dining hall was shocked and some people were even recording. Its the most unprofessional place that I have been in in a long time. The manager was just standing against the counter not taking any initiative or apologizing to the patrons for the uncomfortable situation. I will not be eating at this establishment again. Deserves zero stars, not one.
I came in with a party of 8 around 11pm. Hostess and waitresses were friendly and thats about the only pleasant part of our visit. After placing our order it took so long we thought they were trying to get the hens to lay the eggs in the back for the orders. Once we finally got our order one if them was burnt to a crisp and mine ended up on the floor and instead of saying sorry he blamed it on us for taking the Previous plate to fast. Once we got all of our orders two of them were missing things. Once we were ready to check out we all took our bills up front and paid and than got chased down for not paying for one of the meals that we never ordered or got. After arguing with the very incompetent waiter and cashier we finally just left and said good luck...
Food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Full meal and never even got our waters refilled. Also, waitress stood nearby and watched me fill out tip amount, which is unprofessional and uncomfortable. We wont be eating here again
This Rams Horn location is wayyyyy different than the others. The food was about the same quality (which is good for a diner) but the interior was really beautiful. Its more like a Middle Eastern restaurant, with some nice accoutremen throughout. I took my kid here for a quick lunch and we both walked away happy. My boy ordered a Taco Salad. I ordered an omelette. Both were very good. Drinks came quick when we ran out, and the staff was super friendly but not bothersome. Exactly what you like to experience.
Im really upset with the crew here. When me and my wife dine in, we get descent service and we TIP well. Whenever we place a carry out, Im told that they cant hear me. This happens every time, so .....no sense on fooling me by using that every time. One time, I placed the carry out from my phone in the Lobby of the Rams Horn! Crazy...lol! We get ignored or placed on hold and no one answers for the next 5 minutes, then I hang up. Also, they ask for my phone number. Maybe thats their process or maybe they put customers numbers on a list to not help out for carry out. Horrible Carry Out service. If the owner reads this, please respond. Ill come in person there.
I ordered chicken str fry, no rice. Its comes to the table without chicken, there was so much sauce it was a lake... I ordered a large salad, and get a small side salad. One problem after another. It was the worst experience, first time not tipping 20
Amazing greeters welcomed me the second I walked into this rams horn location. I was very pleased with the service and I will definitely be back. The waitress was very kind as well and I recommend this place as a great restaurant to satisfy anyone. Anybody that says otherwise is a troubled soul looking for somewhere to belong.

This place is good if you want to miss work for being sick. The food here is atrocious. Its generally a messy environment and the service is downright terrible. I have gone only a few times but Ive never had a good experience. Avoid this place like the plague.
We came in got seated and the manager walked right past us not acknowledging us, so another waitress she was so sweet came over and asked have we been helped and took our orders. Came with our food in a excellent timely manner and ends up having a heated discussion with her manager about stealing her tips. Come to find out our waitress was told to go service the black table which were a friend and I and was told to watch us to make sure we didnt run out on the tab. To say the least our appetites were ruined. Racism is very much real its ok for us to spend our hard working money at your establishment but our skin color is not excepted SMH. I felt bad for our waitress, she had her tips stolen from her manager and her manager made her miss the excellent tip we were going to leave. We did not want anything else from there and wont be going back so all Afican Americans beaware when taking your chances here at the FORD RD LOCATION😠
I had ordered online and got an avocado breakfast bowl and the avocado was extremely hard... Ive been here a few times and I have had poor customer service here. Lots of people sit around and talk instead of working or taking care of customers... every time Ive been here Ive either gotten my food spilled on me, dropped on the floor or table , or my order wrong... I really love rams horn as a restaurant... however this rams horn needs a lot of work with its staff.
Great place to eat staff always seems friendly and ready to help, they seem to be doing well with wiping down tables and sanitizing, prices could be better.
Went in for breakfast at 4am. Got soggy and undercooked hash browns, sausage links that have been overcooked into jerky sticks, and eggs that were completely brown and burnt on one side but still raw and runny on the other (ordered over medium). Truly abhorrent. Those eggs should have never been plated or served. I only took one bite but still fear for salmonella. I can not trust the kitchen here. I didn’t have to pay, but I left very hungry.
There were 2 tables, 4 customers in the store, took 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Not the first time this has happened at this location, but it will be the last, never coming back. Go-to the one on middlebelt and joy, they have excellent customer service, and take care of you in a normal amount of time.
This has become one of my favorite sit down and dine restaurants. The staff is friendly and the food comes to the table hot and delicious! Great experience!!
Actually sometimes the service is bad they do forget to put silver war or some food in the carry out order. In general the spaghetti is great with the sauce and most food is good often and sometimes the spaghetti tastes weird. Thank u

The hash browns tasted frozen, cooked and re-cooked. The french fries were soggy and tasteless. The philly sub sandwich had so little meat it was mostly a bread sandwich with meat flavoring. After our food was delivered we were never checked on until we finally got up and sought out the waitress for the bill so that we could leave. We will not be back.
Very good restuarant with very friendly staff. The food here is excellent comfort food. I love their chilly cheese fries. And for some reason their coffee here is very good.
Just left dearborn heights rams horn on ford rd and inkster after a manager physically charged my sister for complaining about the food and service. We first got there and the service was great, then we recieved our food, my sisters country breakfast bowl was cold and her eggs were hard, but we couldnt get our food fixed because nobody came back to the table. After about 20 minutes, and after were all done eating, I had to get up after waiting and calling out for service and walk back onto the waitress line where I finally got the attention of this so called manager who was playing around with the cook. She came to the table and took our carryout order and we told her our food and service issues then she said she was going to take care of it. As Im sitting there explaining to my sister that I had to walk back to get her the manager yells from across the restaurant that she wasnt back there screwing around that she was taking a food order. For one I wasnt speaking to her and she has no right to disrespect me and yell across the restaurant. Then she proceeds to argue with me. Then a guy came over asking whats the problem 5 different times to where we finally just asked for our bill and wanted to pay and leave. He didnt do anything to solve any problem or even acknowledge there was a problem which their clearly was. Then my sister and this manager exchange words leading to this manager trying to run after her out the door to fight her. This is the second time Ive had horrible service at this location and its ridiculous because its the closest to my house. Something needs to be done and these employees need to be trained on how a restaurant is supposed to be ran. I have worked on and off for the rams horn franchise for over 10 years and this is a disgrace to the good name.
There was one other person when we came in and she had been waited on. Our waitress was right there and very friendly, but not sure what happened when she put the order in, there were 3 of us and we all ordered breakfast and it took over 35 minutes, waaayy to slow

I am a pretty easy-going and laid back so even if my food is less than perfect, I generally go with the flow. This evening that changed. So please bear with me as this is the first time Ive written a restaurant review. Im very sad to say it has to be negative review at that. A simple Philly Cheese Steak sub is all I ordered with one minor change request...half Swiss and half cheddar...not only did the restaurant screw that up, but left out the green pepper and onion. Given this was a to go order, it isnt as if I could just send it back to the kitchen...but heres what prompted this review...I called the restaurant to let them know and all I got in response was Im sorry Maam. PERIOD. No let me make that right, offer to remake, or credit for the next order, just Sorry. Okay...apology NOT accepted!
We stopped after Kenny chesney concert for breakfast took 10 minutes to get seated. After 15 more with no serverwe recieved two waters I asked could we get a server. To no reply, I have been many times been ok, last time I spoke with manager he said there business was in decline! As a restaurant manager for thirty years I see why. I will never enter again!! Plus I talked with another in parking lot as I left stating the food they had was terrible! Never again
Was pretty disappointed in both service and food. Service was very unattractive, had to ask for every refill, and my onion rings were cold, not room temp or have been sitting out for 5 mins but cold asf. Never got checked on so I just ate them.

I get my truck fixed at Road Ready down the road and waited here. My service was fast, very friendly and the food was simply, GOOD. My server, Danielle, was the sweetest little lady. Looking forward to my next visit.

I ordered my food at 1:09 A.M and waited thirty minutes for my food for them to tell me they didn’t take the freaking order, ordered inside and waiting another hour and 10 min for my food to get here, this service is so bad, also there was a girl waiting for her order, “I was going to give a tip but it’s already been 20 min” she told the lady at the counter, she just ordered a Greek salad! A GREEK SALAD! It shouldn’t take someone 20 minutes to cut up some veggies and throw them in a box to go, unless they have some kind of mental illness that they need to take care of. I’ve never in my 15 years of living had to wait for something so long that shouldn’t need to take that long. I’m a very patient man, but this got me triggered. Worst customer service ever. Waited for 10 minutes and no one gave us menus. We eventually got up and grabbed them ourselves from behind the welcome desk. It took ages until someone eventually took our orders. We then waited for an hour and 20 mins and still no food. When we got up to ask for an update they said its late because we ordered at the same time as another table. Mind you the place wasnt even half full. Never going back there.
I cant get over the sneaking suspicion that all of the food is pre-cooked frozen microwaved in the kitchen.Still, if you want to eat mildly overpriced food while waiting on the serving staff to come by, I recommend them.
Decided to stop by this place today. Walked in, was pointed where to sit. Waited 15 minutes while the workers were chatting the night away. Basically this place was being run by little boys. I asked if they were short staffed because of the wait, and was told they had plenty of workers (but no service was provided though?). Decided to get up and leave. Very bad experience.

Placed a carry out, the girl over the phone was rude as hell. When I go to pick my food up, the girl has a horrible attitude... Get my food, just to come all the way home to find that my mashed potatoes and gravy had no gravy. Smh, never will I step foot back in this place

They gave me pork bacon in mine and my husbands burgers, we were under the impression that this place is halal. For that to be true everything has to be halal, apparently you have to clearly tell them TURKEY bacon not regular.

Wow normally enjoy my visits here but was really disappointed on my serving of there Atlantic salmon was the smallest portions I’ve ever had at any restaurant but with the full price !!! When I made the complaint to the manager he said it was put on a scale and met requirements. Wow order something else and save yourself the disappointment. 😟
Had a great breakfast. Good price. Went for the special. Got 3 or 4 eggs pancakes ,2 round sausage, toast. Took some home. Waitress was great.
Took 50 minutes to receive appetizers. My son received his burger and fries before his girlfriend and i received our appetizers. Then my son had to sit and watch us eat our dinner becauae he had already received and ate his. Then it was so cold i had to tuck my arms in my T shirt. And im never cold. When we got back to the car we had to turn on the heat to warm up on a summer night. Thats how cold we were. It was a poor experience and they didnt even offer a discount or apologize for the long wait.

So me an the boyfriend were both starving, so we placed a carry out order. I had to wait 15 mins to get my food! An from where I work( which is out in canton. So a 30 min drive) to there when she said oh it will be 10 mins I thought by the time I got there it would be ready? Well I was wrong! Whoever the girl was takino the orders had a line of people before me that either she took their order wrong or the cook just didnt care. Finally I get my food an sit down to eat, my boyfriend Philli steak an cheese was so gross half the meat was rubbery. The chicken finger pita I had they once again forgot the ranch an it was so dry an half the chicken wasnt even eatable. The fries we got tasted like they had been sitting under a warming like for hours! I tried to give this place a second chance but I would have rather went to taco bell then that place tonight. I will never be back again!
I placed an order 40 minutes before hand as carry out. When I arrived it took several minutes before anyone even approached me. The lady I spoke with didnt even put my order in and so she tried to pin it on me and suggested I called the wrong location (which I didnt). After it was too late she finally placed my order and said it was being made now. All I wanted was my pancakes but instead I had to go to work hungry, thanks Savannah.
If you can get service its great. The cook was having some kind of problem and couldnt make our food. We left without eating. Wont return.
Horrible..I was picking up for DD and when I got there they told me its gonna be an extra 10 mins or more wait after I already waited 10 mins for someone to even talk to me. I unassigned order n left.
Good place.Good food.However, they are very slow in making your food and some of the staff seems to just stand there as if they were day dreaming.
We always enjoy the comfort of the place. Wait staff, selection and quality of the food. The restaurant is always impeccably clean. I recommend it to my friends and family.

Horrible 20 min wait just to see a waitress. Then she has the nerve to ask if we need a menu. Hello what we mind readers we just know weekdays on the menu. The table behind us were Arab they were there for less then a min and got menus waters coffee right away. So if youre not Arab and your white dont go here cause you will be treated like second class person. Horrible place if your white.
This place was much better before. I went the other day and it took a minute for them to answer the phone and got half the order wrong. Thats alright I wasnt upset and they fixed it for me. Today been trying to call them for 15 minutes and they arent answering and when the finally did they put the phone down on the counter and I could hear the other line ring, no one greeted me or anything! Im trying to order food for my guy so he can pick it up straight when he gets off work. I used to work here about 8 yrs ago and we had to answer the phone by 2nd ring. Even coming here a few months ago it was fine.EDIT: Someone finally answered after calling periodically for 20 mins and told me that they are really packed tonight and cant do take out orders over the phone. I gave more stars because someone finally answered. Still not 5 stars cause someone should always be answering the phone. I know its hard to do but the phone shouldnt be ringing forever, especially 2 lines. Someone could have picked up sooner.
Really nice and clean, good service and I had a great breakfast, thank you Rams Horn. They take great measures to make sure they are complying with Covid regulations. I will be back!
Just called to place a carry out order and was told told no carry outs. Drive up to rams horn to try and place the order and was told again no carry outs for no reason at all. Not sure what they damn problem is but I will never attempt to get food from this place ever again!!! Called again to ask why and was told that food for tables isn’t coming out. Funny thing people WERE getting carryouts but I guess my boyfriend didn’t fit the description of who they choose to serve or me on the phone.
Nice place. Great service but the food quality wasnt so much.

2022-04-11Was not impressed. I’m a usual customer at this location, going about 2-3 times a month. I normally have the same waitress, but yesterday I received someone new. We were ignored for 20 minutes after being seated, the lady came to take our drink orders and I ordered myself and my friend a milkshake. When I had ordered both she looked at me judgmentally asking “two?” As if they were both for me. Her look and statement made me feel uncomfortable as if I was being fat shamed. I ignored that, and tried handing her out menus letting her know we were ready to order. She said she’s come back to take our order, we then received our milkshakes and she walked away without taking our order. After about 15-20 minutes, our order was taken and we weren’t serviced again. We sat at the table, with empty plates for about 30 minutes until finally receiving our bill. The place wasn’t busy, maybe 2 more tables inside. The waitress had an awful attitude, and IF I return, I’ll request someone different.

2021-08-16Do not eat here!!! They served some melted plastic in my sons chimichanga and refused to do anything about it. Wait staff is rude. Food is beyond mediocre. Used to be a good place to eat about a year and half ago. I would recommend any of the other great places nearby over this place any day.

2022-06-16The place was pretty empty, we had a party of 8 and got seated quickly. The carpet felt wet and sticky as we walked to table. The table was sticky, one of the managers came over and said it was clean its just because the table isnt sealed. Womens bathroom was dirty, garbage in stalls over flowing, gross toilets and no soap. It was hot, the manager said his air was out and later turned a fan from his table to ours.Went to order half the menu wasnt available (which would have been good to know when we got seated) so ordering took a long time to find things they actually had on hand.Food took long time to come out, fries were old tasting, ranch was super thin and runny. Not enjoyable, the place has really gone downhill.

2022-06-11This restaurant used to be fantastic, way above the regular Rams Horn chain. Now the menu is reduced to one sheet front and back, food was over-salted and service was lacking.I used to go out of my way to eat at this restaurant, not any more.

2022-06-04I used to eat here all the time but I went for the first time after COVID with my family and the portions were absolutely RIDICULOUS. Not a single dish was enough to feed ONE person. I’m seriously disgusted and disappointed. I just paid an insane amount of money and we all went home still hungry. I’m furious.

2022-03-04We walk on the ground. Therefore everything we step in is brought into the buildings. So I look over and the carpet sweeper is left on the counter. Maybe they dont know that we eat from plates and not our shoes for a reason.

2018-12-20If you are out around this time and are looking for a place to eat that isn’t fast food, want to dine in, and has good food then pass by Ram’s Horn in Dearborn Heights. They are open 24 hours and have a big menu selection. I kept it simple and shared a taco salad - lettuce, tomato, olives, green pepper, jalapeños, cheddar cheese and ground beef inside a tortilla bowl, served with a side of salsa and sour cream. Was actually pretty good, paired with a milk shake.

2022-01-16Tried for the first time today. The food was delicious and the servers were really nice and attentive. If I could change one thing it would definitely be the size of the pancakes 🥞 they were so good but just too small. Regardless, Ill definitely be back.
