I called Rancho Simi Insurance to assist in recovering the cost of the tow. They said I would have to call some company Mercury outsources to make request a claim. Really??? Rancho Simi Insurance should have done this leg work for me. I know other agencies do it. Needless to say I now have emergency tow service through AAA.
