Randy, was able to resolve an issue for me within 24hours, first time contacting him and having an inquiry, it took him one email to claims and in less 3 hrs everything was resolved.I really like the fact that he was the one to answer my call and work with me. I appreciate all the help.

Comment: When Mr.Farfan was my agent i had ZERO issues with my payments or coverage. Unfortunately Mr.Farfan has retired and Mr. Navarro took over as my agent and it has been issue after issue after issue. I tried adding an additional vehicle and he found every possible way to NOT help me. If this situation continues i will most likely either change agent or contact someone higher than Mr. Navarro. Wouldnt recommend that agent.

Comment: Randy is the worst, most unprofessional insurance agent I have ever had or dealt with. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond explanation. There have been a number of instances where I felt odd after talking with him but when it came to discussing an analogy of an insurance situation I was in he immediately made it offensively political, referring to someone who shares my political views with such contempt and disrespect I could not believe what I was hearing. In no world or setting is this okay. This was about insurance. After the talk I have never wanted to leave an insurance company faster. And since then I have. I hope others see Randy for what he is; apathetic, judgmental, with extreme bias and uncouth disdain for those on the other side of his political and financial views. Avoid him at all cost.

Comment: I have had this insurance for about 14 years. Randy has been my agent for almost all this time. When the policy went up he helped me to get it back down! Im glad that Ive never had to have a claim, but Im sure that should I ever need to use the policy Randy will be there to help me.
