We were headed out on our long awaited Florida vacation. Bags packed and trailer hooked up on Friday evening. As we pulled out the rear shock air bag broke on our vehicle. We called Randy Wise and they got us in on Friday evening 10 minutes before they closed, inspected the vehicle and got us back on the road the next day before noon!! We were so thankful fir the quick service and the extra effort they put in to get our vehicle fixed and back on the road to our vacation! Very highly recommended!
I had a vehicle detailed at the Fenton location. For $120, they did a poor job. They basically just wet-vac the interior and make everything damp. The seats still had visible/loose dirt and debris. Several cup holders had not been cleaned. Carpets still had removable stains. I spent an hour of my own time finishing the job. I do not recommend their detailing service.
I cannot stress enough the absolutely exceptional service that the dealership has given me over the last two truck purchases. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else and have even sent out of state family members to this dealership because of the exceptional service. I am a GM employee and am proud of the pre-sale/sales work that the individuals do here. There are two employees that I would absolutely recommend working with and exemplify the behaviors of what I believe it means to work at General Motors. Bill Miller(Inventory Manager), and Katie Sura(New Car Sales) were fantastic to say the least. With the Chip Hold issues that GM is currently facing with their new truck sales these two constantly kept me informed and aware of where my truck was at and provided me with any updates that they had. Bill is a no BS kinda guy that will tell you like it is, which I totally appreciate. Katie knew the product extremely well and was not pushy at all. She was great to work with when getting all of the details of the sale finalized, and was just an overall rock star. Really well done you two, keep it up!
My journey has been a pleasent experience. I have been given the red carpet treatment from day 1. My salesman, Dave, was absolutely top notch. He carried me through the process with enthusiasm. Initially we thought 4-5 months for delivery. I get a call a week before it arrived and on 28 Feb 2022 she made it to the dealership. Less than two months. My finance guy Tony worked out my finances and I got it for 2.2% for 72 months. I am from Florida and I never got this treatment when I was looking. I would recommend anyone seriously looking do what I did.... I am very happy.
Oliver Hackney (& HIS staff) have gone out of their way to handle everything making the purchase of our new vehicle so easy! There is NOTHING they missed or should have done to make doing business with them easier or better. We have purchased all our vehicles from Oliver for thirty (yes, at least 30) years & never even think about trying anyone else👍👍
I am in the process of purchasing a custom build truck from Oliver Hackney and his son Jonathan. They have both proven to be men of their word. These are trying times for seller and buyer and its been a long wait. Theres a GMC dealer a 1/2 mile from me but I took the advice of a wise man to use these guys 1400 miles away, and Ill give the same advice to anyone who asks. Rare straight forward deal.

This is the fourth vehicle that I have leased with Nick and as always he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Dropped my truck off due to engine running abnormal. Service tech was great and friendly while first dropping it off. Called and updated later. Quick diagnosis of problem with fast turn around for repair. Had my truck back to me in two days! Wonderful group and would use them again if necessary!
Everybody I met at the dealership like Kristin and Brad have been very helpful, generous and they worked hard to make sure that the 2022 Acadia I leased was in excellent condition. I just sent an email to Kristin begging her to send me copies of all lease documents my dad and I had signed and I am very confident that she would.
From my greeting at the front desk to the handshake at the end before I drove away in my new vehicle, I felt valued, understood, and competent with the information and service I was given. We had an excellent experience purchasing a used 2019 Buick Encore from Randy Wise in Fenton. Our salesperson Paige Vance was on top of everything. If there was an answer she didn’t know she would check with someone else and get back to us. She didn’t pressure us at all. Most of the transaction was completed from a distance. Once we agreed on a price and when to pick it up, the papers we’re waiting for us to sign and we were in and out in about 1/2 hour.
Recently bought a used car in October. I hadn’t even made my first car payment when my car started experiencing engine failure. After not even a month of having it, it sat in the shop for MONTHS. I just got my vehicle back not even a month ago and it was back in the shop yesterday for some suspension work. Thankfully the Randy Wise in Ortonville was very helpful and fast. They were able to get my vehicle back to me in less than 24 hrs, fixing the suspension work that was needed.Me and a co worker had both bought used cars a week apart from each other. Both from Randy wise in Fenton. Both of us have had our cars in and out of the shop since.
Love this dealership. Not too big, not too small. Started coming here about 12 years ago from a much larger dealership that felt very impersonal. Like I was just part of an assembly line. Not here though. Attentive and friendly staff in all departments ive had dealings with. Just great people. Cant say enough about this dealership, its terrific.
It was my lucky day when I called and spoke with Nick. Not only is he a great person but, he listened to me & didnt waste my, nor his time by trying to sell me what I didnt want. Unlike another salesperson/dealer who had me convinced I was out of time(my lease was at its end) Nick took the time to explain all of my options. Never have I been SO impressed. Two days later I drove off in my new 2020 Terrain and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Nick!!! I must also add that Tony also made the financial paperwork understandable, fast & seamless. Needless to say; I am a Randy Wise Fan!!!!
Sharing my personal experience with Jeff J. in used cars.....although its too early to attest to my opinion of the vehicle I purchased yesterday, I can give my feedback on customer service....A++++....Jeff addressed ALL my concerns, pre-inspection of the vehicle was top notch! Jeff gained my confidence in my choice of used vehicles....will definitely keep in mind for future vehicles!
5 stars for sales4 star for service, (originally 1 star)One of the rare times buying a new vehicle was painless. Bryan Bickford had all the information we needed ready and presented it in plain easy to follow way. All costs/discounts/rebates were listed with descriptions and how they affected final payment. Total buying process took less than 24hrs and I received the best deal from Randy Wise than 6 other dealers were offering on identically equipped vehicles. Thank you.So, after a month of owning a vehicle we absolutely love, we took it in, on an appointment, to repair a slow leak in the tire. They called and asked if we could be in a 1/2 early, said Id try, didnt make it, but was still 18 minutes earlier than original appointment time I requested. First thing service rep said was do you have your paperwork? ummm no, I bought it here, ugh, lets see if we can dig up your warranty papers on a lease with 2100 miles. The fix was done, and they washed it, but LEFT THE MOONROOF OPEN. So now the entire inside of the front is soaked and the sun shade is full of water. Only thing said about it was sorry, someone left the sunroof openNot even remotely happy at the moment.Follow up on the Service...Jenny (Customer Experience Rep) contacted me to discuss my horrible experience and was very pleasant to speak with. She started off with an apology for how things turned out and assured me this was not a normal experience. Although not trying to excuse it, she explained that was unusual behavior for the service rep and that upon talking to him hed put forth greater effort to act professionally at all times. She also said that the porter, is not likely to live down leaving the moon roof open any time soon as EVERYONE is not leaving any opportunity to needle him about it alone. As we approach a week after the visit, I now can appreciate the humor in the situation and have decided to give the service department a clean slate to work with on my next visit.2 Year Update, Ive taken in multiple vehicles for service since my first visit and they have all been performed without issue. My first experience truly was the exception and not the norm. Everyone is always very courteous, the service is completed in a timely manner. Thank you to the service team for making it so I dont dread taking my vehicle in.

Literally just finished the purchase of my mothers brand new Buick Enclave Avenir. We worked with Nick Ruffalo and he made the process incredibly easy, once it came to financing Tony was awesome, the whole staff made us feel at home and taken care of, if I could rate higher than 5 I would. The service dept employes, the body shop employees and my salesman, Dale Payne are ALL very professional and kind and courteous . Dustin and Mike in service and Matt in the body shop always go above and beyond . They also service many of my customers. And its always a good experience. I would recommend them anytime..
Taken my car here many time for car repairs but for the last couple of years they have not fixed my car right and every time I take it back they say it was something else and it wasnt they just wanted to nickel and dime me for something that did not need to be fixed. I also took it in for detailed in 2020 and got it back half clean and they broke my cup holder which they said they would fixed it but never call me to fixed it so I would not go back here for car repairs again.
Charlie our salesperson is always great. Probably our 5th or 6th car from him and Randy wise auto group.I realize with covid things are tough but the reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the 2 cars were bought in the same week were not very clean inside. I guess the art of detailing a car is no longer a concern!
I cant say enough good things about Oliver Hackney and his team. Myself and my family has bought dozens of Vehicles from Oliver. He makes the purchase experience a pleasure. I bought a new 2020 Acadia this August from RWB/GMC. The process was amazing, easy and I absolutely loved my car. Well, 2020 struck again, and I was in an accident which resulted in insurance totaling the Acadia. I immediately contacted RWB, and asked if they could help me find a new vehicle. We are out of state, and had to most of the search process virtual, while also waiting for insurance to finalize things. Tim Stein was nothing short of amazing - he was responsive, patient and went out of his way to help us find what we needed and wanted, during a fairly stressful time. We were able to come in, quickly do a little paperwork and I drove away with a 2021 Acadia that I absolutely love (RIP 2020 Acadia). Thank you Tim, Chris, Taylor and everyone else at RWB! Found a truck that I really liked on their website. Called in to see if it was still available. I spoke with Paige Vance and she was really sweet and professional on the phone. I live out of state and really trusted her to let me know of any problems with the used truck. She was honest and let me know of any and all problems. She also went out and took so many pictures for me. I knew I was taking a leap buying the truck site unseen but like I said, I felt like I could trust her. Between her and the finance manager they made the process very easy to buy the truck. I flew out to pick up the truck the following week and Paige picked me up at the airport. She didnt need to do that and she did. I felt like the whole time dealing with her she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck. Very fortunate to have had her on my side to make a life changing purchase for me (as I have horses to haul). Drove the truck back 12hrs home and it rode like a dream! Highly recommend this dealership and even more so, Paige Vance! Thank you guys so much!!!
My experience was really nice. It was easy to find the perfect fit for my new ride. Nick was accommodating to my schedule and Laci provided excellent service meeting me for test drives. My brand new 2022 GMC Siera 2500 had a fault in the truck concerning the passive lock. Once locked, my parking lights would remain on and not turn off, even after 10 minutes. It took 3 visits (five days without the vehicle) to resolve this issue with GM. I know that this issue was above the ability of the service department, but it took GM since October 24th resolve this issue (being resolved December 20). I am pleased with the dealership in keeping me in the loop. I am disappointed with losing some features that I had in the same level of vehicle, SLE, in the past by GM and quite possibly have the semi-conductor chip issue to blame. Again, I would still recommend the dealership as they treat me as an individual.
I’ve bought or leased 13 cars and SUVs from John Skinner at the Clio store, dating back to when it was Clio Chrysler . He is very trustworthy and knows a lot about the vehicles he sells. I’ve never felt any pressure during my car shopping with John. My last lease I didn’t even drive it until the day I picked it up. I trust him that much.
Service is always good. However, some paperwork is not necessary. For example, I asked that the service people check my left rear tire for a possible nail. I had to fill out a repair request for that to happen. Even though the repair for 25$ wouldnt occur without my permission, it seemed like the cart before the horse. Im still not sure the tire is fixed. the tire pressure is still low.
I cant say enough about the team at Randy Wise. I was seriously ready to just turn in my Lease and go to another brand seeing as GM is having a difficult time getting thier stuff together, and keeping up with demand! Thanks to Katie and Oliver, I not only stayed with the GM brand, but I also entered into another lease with them. They really worked so quickly and did it all for me, which I appreciated. I was extremely impressed with how well they did, and Im really not impressed by much. Im sure theyre all great there, seeing as I was able to watch them all work together really. However, Im a creature of habit and like to stick with good people when I find them, so I will be ONLY be using Katie and Oliver for future purchases..or someone they recommend. Great job guys! They told me what was wrong and it would cost $500.00 + to fix it. After they charged me $100.00 to put it on a machine for them to find out what was the problem. Then they tell me $300.+ for the real problem plus I will need a new battery which will cost $200.+. I also found out my warranty had expired.I then went to an independent and they did not charge me $100. to see what was the probable. They did not charge me $300.+ to fix it. And they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery except it needed the small corrosion on top cleaned.My bill with independent came to a total of $250.00.My bill for your service would have been, counting the machine check, $600.00+I like Randy Wise. I have done business with them in the past. But I do not like people trying to scam more money off the person in need. I feel the $100. check up is ridiculous. I have seen how this is done and really think you owe me my $100. back.I will defiantly let all my friends and family know what to watch out for if not dealing directly with the Wise family.
This was my first time leasing a car and i don’t think i’ll ever go to another dealership after going to this one. Everybody was more than helpful and nice. I felt super secure in my purchase and surrounded by honest people. The whole process was super easy and welcoming. Again, i felt super comfortable around everybody there and felt like they had my best interest. I’ll always recommend this dealership for anyone needing a car. Tires were over tightened by a randy wise location so could not be rotated first time being rotated since car was purchased this is unacceptable. They seem to be declining to take any responsibility since the car was sold to me this way. Very unsatisfied. Very poor customer service.
Service personnel have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and have frequently gone the extra mile to make sure things have gone smoothly for me. Kyle understands my situation and has always been extremely accommodating to my vehicle and personal time constraints due to my hectic schedule.
I had a great experience with Randy Wise Fenton, I didnt have to come up there for anything until everything was in order. I work long hours and dont have time to sit in a dealership for 10 hrs. So my salesman put everything together before he told me to come in to pick up my vechile. I love Nick Ruffolo. He is awesome, got me exactly what I wanted with a lower apr. He even personally came and put my license plate on my car after it finally came in. I tell all my friends and family to go to him.

My recent experience with Randy Wise was Amazing. I had a vehicle in the Collision Center and Matt went above and beyond to take care of me. It was my first time getting in an accident so he helped me understand the process, the coordination with the insurance and painted a realistic picture of what I should expect. Also, I was offered a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on, which was a huge because it saved me having to pay for a rental. The service department/mechanics were very nice and super helpful by switching out some wheels for me at a great price. Overall, the whole experience was overwhelmingly positive. When it comes time for me to get a new vehicle I will definitely be giving Randy Wise Buick GMC a chance at my business because of the excellent service I received. Thank you.
Hit a deer, which caused major damage. Before and after pics speaks volumes. Stopped in and Nate Brown really helped me out. I needed my truck back within a week, because we had video game parties already booked. His guys took immediate action and got the job done. I dont know anyone working there, so this level of attention was given to a guy just coming in off the street. Cant top that.

We had a fantastic experience here. We have been shopping around and looking at used vehicles for a while online when we came into the lot we were met by Jeff Jaruzel. We let him know all about our experiences with the last vehicle and are particular wants and needs. After checking and rechecking the stock they had, he found us an absolutely perfect 2016 Traverse. Only a few hours later we had already traded in our disappointing vehicle for this much better one and drove away today .
Matt in the Collision Center was excellent to work with when my car needed body work after an accident. He quickly got me a loaner vehicle, kept in contact throughout the process, seamlessly handled communications with the insurance company, and made the vehicle look like new when he returned it to me. I was very satisfied with the professional, high quality, fast, and friendly service! Thanks to Matt and the entire Collision Center Team!
Usually I am reluctant to participate in surveys such as this, however; in this case I am happy to do so. I am impressed with the gentleman who met me at the service area. He was polite, took all my information, looked up my vehicles VIN and told me about a recall that addressed the issue I has having. He also researched an additional issue. He set an appointment to fix the problem and, indeed, the problem was fixed on scheduled. The fix to the issue relative to the recall was fixed free. The other issue was fixed at reasonable cost (my vehicle is out of warranty). Good job! Im a happy customer. Keep it up. Ill be back when/if I need further repairs, and when I need a new vehicle. Your good service my be your greatest asset.
Paige was amazing! I knew what I wanted, saw what I wanted and Paige called and we talked for about ten mins. tops, and after a lot of hard work, phone calls and texts, she got me my car! I absolutely love it and it is so awesome to finally have the exact car I have wanted for a long time! She is amazing and I know if you give her a chance, she WILL make your dreams some true! Overall it was a good experience. Shayna was easy to deal with and answered my questions.The part of the process that I think could be improved upon is going over all the paperwork with the final numbers at the time of signing the finance and sale docs. Went through the signing of paperwork pretty quickly. Once I got home and had time to read everything I was shocked at how much the extended warranty was. Lesson learned for me to not feel rushed and ask them to explain everything clearly.
Great experience. I didnt need to drive to your dealership. Tim showed me videos of the vehicles. It was simple and nice during COVID to have those videos and description of the vehicles. A vehicle was brought out to me to test drive. Everyone was courteous and patient with me.
We brought our 2021 Acadia in for a recall. Jenny M met me at the door and shared that a car was unavailable but Mike would be able to drive me to my appointments. Mike got me there on time and picked me up when I called Jenny. I appreciated Mike picking me up and getting me back to the dealership.The inspection was done and my car was waiting for me when I arrived back at the dealership. I can see why Jenny M is at the front desk when a person walks in. The whole process was seamless, from Tim Stein arranging the service call, to pickup and return delivery of our 2019 Encore to our home, The documentation was complete and in the vehicle. The drivers were courteous and prompt. I would recommend Randy Wise Buick GMC to my family and friends for the excellent customer service.
Everything went super smooth. I called Charlie Burgess about my accident, and he stated bring it in and he will have Matt from Body Shop meet us. Outstanding, he did a great job, we set up an appointment, he met me there, did some paper work and he gave me a date of May 14th , and he call on May 11th, stated it was ready for pick up. Great job, I have been on Quality control at Paint facilities at GM, and the work was very good. Very pleased.
This place is awesome! Tim Taylor went above and beyond to help me out! He picked us up off the side of the highway (so me and my 6 year old didn’t have to wait for a tow truck), and already had 3 vehicles in mind for me before we even got to the shop. Katie Sura is the best this is my second lease with her and she goes above and beyond to please. she is helpful listens to what my needs are and never has disappointed me. she tells you up front the option with a smile and great humor and personality. I will be back for my next lease and its because of her that I came back to Randy Wise. She left for Fenton location shortly after I purchased my first lease and was sad to see her go the whole dealership staff and atmosphere was not the same. please dont get rid of this one. I called & was given an appointment at Randy Wise Buick-GMC Automotive Dealership for a Guarantee Warranty Oil Change. Upon my arrival, I was greeted very friendly, promptly and patiently (I am semi-handicapped), even other customers that was there were friendly. Im a long time customer of Larry White and Tim Stein. These two have made my last 5 purchase experiences so awesome - everything is so quick and easy! For the service I had done this week, I needed to address several recalls on my truck and Tim turned it into a spa day for my baby! The extras that are done - they cleaned my truck inside and out and installed some deflectors that I was not able to install myself (if I wanted it done correctly.) I also got an oil change and tire rotation, which is so great to have included in my purchase as a service - so great that this is part of the package. I always recommend Randy Wise to my friends and family and will continue to do so for as long as theyre in business! I used to hate the car buying process and these guys have made it so much fun and I enjoy the process now!
I needed to trade a lease and was shopping mid size trucks. Mike Hoy greeted me as I was looking at 2021 Canyon. It was close to closing time but Mike took the time to let me test drive the Canyon and get the beginning information he needed from me. Next day the deal was in place for lease trade in and new lease on 2021 Canyon. Day of pickup everything went smooth. Dealership opted to buy my lease which saved $1,400 in mileage overages. Jean did the paperwork and was very clear on what the deal was and how the extra coverage worked. Previous dealership I had the trade in lease from didn’t explain things clearly and that’s how I ended up with mileage overages. I am very satisfied with the whole experience at Randy Wise Buick GMC. Went 6 weeks ago when check engine light was on and they couldn’t find the problem. Car was under warranty. Went back again and car was just out of warranty and they told me it was $658. after I paid $100. diagnostic fee. “Sorry” they said. When I took the car somewhere else the nice people there said that was ridiculous. One of them had worked at a dealership and knew the ropes. They called on my behalf and now I have to pay $28. I was disappointed that the service people had to be forced into helping me with the warranty situation.
Had a great experience buying my new 2021 Buick Envision from Randy Wise Buick-GMC. This was the second vehicle that Dale Payne has helped me purchase and I highly recommend seeing him if you’re in the market for a new car and want a highly knowledgeable salesperson to assist you.
I dealt with Mike in Service department for an oil change. He has a great personality! I did not even have a scheduled appt and he was very accommodating with fitting me in the same day. I was very impressed. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be back and will also recommend this dealership.
I just want to say Kudos to the staff at Randy Wise for taking very good care of sister Carrie M. Mike Skoda & Matthew Buris went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my sister whos a senior citizen feel safe and secure with her vehicle purchase. Thanks Madison in sales for putting her in a car that she loves.
Purchased black emblems , had them installed, they left small dents in the tailgate. I also requested to keep the stock red emblems so I could potentially change them back out and they gave them back broken and did not replace. They were able to get a person to fix the dents after a week. I believe I should have received a discount for the time and damage done to the red emblems and the tailgate. I am appreciative though they were able to eventually remove the dents however I felt like everything was shady and the person doing the emblems should have seen them in the first place and was just waiting for me to mention. They also knew I wanted to keep the red emblems but gave me a box and just threw them in there hoping that I did not realize they were broken.
Great guys at the parts desk!It is SO nice when you get a parts desk guy that knows his stuff. All the guys there seemed knowledgeable but the one that helped me (cant remember his name) made my life so much easier by quickly figuring out what part I needed. Friendly too! Good job!
The customer service was great. Mike was friendly and took very good care of me. The only thing that bothered me somewhat was my loaner. But he did explain that they normally give out something comparable to your personal vehicle and the Encore was all they had, the Encore wasnt impressive.
My experience started when I first walked into Randy Wise. The receptionist, was very helpful. I was there to meet Dale Payne who was referred to me by a friend. Dale was friendly, helpful, personal and professional. Tony, in finance, was great to work with and we had lots in common along with him also being very professional and personal. Thank you to all. Most importantly, we live close to the dealership and look forward to bringing our new SUV in for maintenance.
My lease was due to be turned in and I needed to try and find a replacement. I started out at the auto mall with Addison King who was absolutely amazing. She didn’t rush me and really let me figure out what kind of vehicle I wanted. We ended up at the GMC office and that is where I met Dave Robeson. Addison and Dave worked together to help me and I decided to go with the midnight edition Terrain! I did all my paperwork online and the car was delivered to me! I love my car and am very happy with the service I received from Addison and Dave and the entire Randy Wise Team.
Came in for lube, oil & filter. I was told my vehicle was all set and ready to go. Upon my personal inspection, I noticed that the service tech did not grease the zerks on my truck. I walked back into the service department and shared my findings with another service advisor and he promptly took my truck back to the service area to have the fittings greased. When I got my truck home I was able to put it on a hoist to take a closer look and quickly realized that on the second attempt the tech only greased a total of 4 zerks out of the 9 that are on my truck! I ended up greasing the other 5 myself. Also, no other fluids (windshield solvent, power steering, etc) were even checked not to mention topped off.UPDATE: As of 05-18-2021 (10 days after service appointment) I have NEVER been contacted by a member of the management team . Its sad that this is how most service issues are handled these days.
I was told I would get an oil change, tires rotated, and car washed. The car was definitely not washed. This wouldnt be a big deal if they were busy or had good reason, but I cant trust the other work was done efficiently or at all based on the fact that they didnt explain to me or mention that it wouldnt be washed. I felt that I was getting mediocre service because I have the wise care and the service was free. Im not sure if my tires were actually rotated, and if they were, its possible they shouldnt have been since my better tires are on the back now, going into winter with a front-wheel drive car.
I used my salesman at a previous dealership and sought him out at Randy wise. Brad and Katie made sure that my vehicles were ready to test drive and renewing my lease was a breeze. They also offered me the lowest payment out of three dealerships. The hour drive was worth It although Brad did offer to bring the car to me. I’ll be back when my lease is up again.
After walking away from 4 other dealerships due to lack of customer service. We found Kristin Shick at Randy Wise in Fenton. She answered all of our questions, she was very pleasant, professional, we didnt feel she was wasting our time with a bunch of sales talk, my husband bought a new GMC truck in Feb. this year. Kristin made that buying experience so easy and pleasant I returned to the dealership last week and purchased a new Buick . The experience of buying two new vehicles in one month was the best buying experience we could have asked for . Yes a million times over we would recommend Kristin to any one looking to purchase or rent a new car or truck.
Simply put, the greatest customer service experience before the sale and even BETTER afterward (50 years old with 4 drivers). The Randy Wise Team treats you just like Family!Thank you to Matt, at the body shop, for being upfront, honest and clearly explaining what the repair process (deer!!!) would entail, calling me to provide updates and providing me a loaner until the repair was completed. Matt went way above and beyond to repair my sons 2007 Canyon. Looks great!!!!
I did get a good deal on my vehicle, however, I was due $265.00 back and still have not received it. I purchased my vehicle in September. A little communication on what’s goingOn would be nice. Also, communicate with the customer when taking a day offOr Something comes up- so to not keep a customer waiting for a response.
Service and the Collision came through with Aces. So far the best dealership experience in 33 years. Starting with my first new car at Bloomfield Dodge in 1989 then , Rochester Chrysler Plymouth in 1992, Panian Chevrolet in 1994, Marty Feldman Chevrolet in 1996, and Tom Holzer Ford in 1998. Most of these dealerships I purchased multiple cars from. But the staff under Larry White have been exemplary. Including Collision Manager Tim Cosgrove, and Assistant Service manager Mike Skodak. This is my second vehicle purchase from the Randy Wise Dealership collection, But my first from Randy wise Buick GMC. The staff make the dealership. Executive manager Larry White has always expected excellence from his staff, and it shows with the pleasant attitudes from his staff. Every employee greeted me with a smile and a pleasant greeting without being imposing. lets not forget the mostly unseen, but most important employees without whom a dealership will die. Service and Collision Technicians and their supporting staff, I Thank You. Last but most underappreciated, Porter and drivers. You make the final experience just work. Lets give them all a hand. Matt Keinath was a pleasure to deal with he was knowledgeable, quick, extremely efficient and had my car fixed in no time. I have very little free time and Matt was able to work around my busy schedule to make it an outstanding experience and get my Enclave back in perfect order. Thank you Matt!

My experience at Randy Wise Buick was awesome! My salesman was Jeff Jaruzel. As soon as I arrived Jeff had the vehicle that I wanted to test drive warm and ready to drive. During my entire time at the dealership he offered beverages to me and had my truck delivered to my home! This has to be one of the best experiences for me while purchasing a GMC SUV. Went here a couple of years ago to get a truck on lease and after an hour Randy Wise GMC couldnt come within $100 of my desired payment so I went next door to Vic Canever Chevrolet and almost instantly got the deal I wanted on an even better truck (GMC was the 2.7, the Chevy I ended up with has a 5.3). Couple years later the truck market is hot so I figure Ill give the boys at Randy Wise another go, well they gave me an offer alright, of $7,000 less than any other offer I recieved and well if that just dont seem greedy. I understand they want to keep some of the equity but they wont get most if it. Carvana is currently offering way more than Randy Wise, I would sell to Carvana and take the money to buy a vehicle from Vic Canever. Thats what Im doing.
While needing a body shop isn’t exactly a good thing, you can trust that Randy Wise will get you through that rough time. Their team was professional and friendly, ask for Nate (he was a great help). We were given a very nice loaner and didn’t feel pressured to return it immediately upon finding out that our vehicle would be totaled. If life ever gives you a lemon, head over to Randy Wise!

2021-12-30I highly recommend this dealership. Excellent communication, great customer service, and very professional. I obtained excellent buying experience provided by Paige Vance. I spoke with her over the phone given her all of my info so when I arrived all I had to do is test drive and sign. I was there for over an hour getting catered too, making sure my car wants and needs were met. I can honestly say Paige understood the assignment. I left so pleased and satisfied and will continue to do all of my car buying at this dealership.The entire team was phenomenalBut....Paige you ROCK!

2022-01-10I could not be happier with the result of my service from the team @ Randy Wise. While my car was in the shop, I had no way of getting to work and back home. The team informed me they have a shuttle service that could give me a ride. This was a life saver. My car was fixed perfectly and quickly. Dustin was the main person I was communicating with. He was always professional and honest. Excellent service from top to bottom.

2021-12-21This whole experience was smooth and I was never pressured. My home is quite a distance from this particular GMC dealership. So my sales agent, Kristin answered several questions and gave me guidance by phone/email prior to my visit there. Randy Wise Buick-GMC worked out an awesome deal that my local dealership/sales agent could not match — though he tried.When I arrived at Randy Wise Buick-GMC to get my new car, the atmosphere was comfortable compared to the high pressure Ive experienced at other dealerships. When signing for my previous vehicle at another dealership, I was tensed up and felt like I was at their mercy. And extra packages were quickly presented for me to sign without really explaining them.At Randy Wise, I never felt like I was anything but a valued GM customer. I never felt manipulated, just educated toward my choices. My sales agent Kristin, her manager, and Jean (Finance Mgr) each personally greeted me. Combined, they answered my questions and made me feel very welcome there.I will definitely return to Randy Wise dealership and sales agent Kristin for my next lease in a few years!

2022-06-11From the very first dealing with Matt in the Fenton Randy Wise body shop, I felt valued and knew my vehicle would be taken care of.To be honest, I have never dealt with anyone quite like Matt at any Chevy or Ford dealership. He was patient and explained all of my details. He went above his responsibilities to help me with some additional life situations that were keeping me from repairing my car. I’m thankful that he is my contact point and I trust all things will be 100% satisfactory.

2022-03-03My experience was great. Kristin was very kind and professional. The dealership was clean and friendly. I am just waiting on a sunroof and microchips for my 2022 Acadia, which is not their fault. I was surprised that they didnt offer any cushion miles to test drive the vehicle and or add a few miles to the lease agreement start like every other in the past I have leased. I hope GM is putting these chips out as fast as they can, so their customers can be 100% satisfied. I am paying for something I dont have with a measly $50 credit to suffice for now.

2022-02-23Ive been with Randy Wise over 10 yrs. However, the last time I purchased a vehicle I went to Ann Arbor as a result of poor service. The sales dept would not show me a vehicle after it sat for 3 wks. They said it was on hold which time was was against your policy. So I left Randy Wise.But Im back. I have experienced exemplary customer service, great financial assistance that was highly informative by Noelle and Nick, respectively. They are a great representative of what Ive known Randy Wise to be. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service. I made a Wise choice!

2022-02-02Since the moment I first walked in I felt special. And looking around everyone felt that way. I have contacted my sales man at odd times and he has no problem continuing to treat me with that same courtesy. As simple as a windshield wiper, I pulled in and out within mins. It was replaced. Didnt even get out of my car. It was amazing!
