I found a BMW X5 online at this dealership and worked with Diyar as my sales agent to purchase this vehicle. Diyar is an outstanding sales agent and made the whole experience go seamlessly as he made sure all documents were in place, got all the information to make my trade in work and coordinated with Bailey in the front office to ensure a really easy transaction when I visited the dealership from out of state to make the purchase. I really enjoyed working with both Diyar and Bailey and would highly recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing a BMW from Randy Wise Motorcars!
I stopped by Randy Wise Motorcars during the BMW party that featured the i4 and the iX. Natalie Bommarito the BMW genius at that location took exceptional care of me and gave me a detailed walk through of both vehicles. I will defiantly be returning to this dealership and recommending it to anyone who is interested in purchasing a BMW, Mercedes-Benz, or Toyota.
Just bought a G63 from Randy Wise Motorcars. I live in Brentwood TN but have bought from this Randy Wise team at other dealerships when I used to live in Michigan. I have spoken to 2 dozen different Mercedes dealers across the US over the past 2 weeks trying to find a G63 for sticker price. Other dealers are price gouging on these vehicles right now -- many asking $75k-$100k over sticker price to order/purchase a G63. Randy Wise Mercedes was the ONLY dealership I found willing to sell me this high demand vehicle at sticker price. They care about their customers and are taking a long term view to serving their community and customers, rather than using this pandemic as an opportunity to take advantage of people. A+ dealer. Too bad that some dishonorable dealers give car dealers a bad reputation -- there are some fair and honorable ones out there if you look hard enough. Randy Wise Motorcars is one of them, and I will be a long term customer.
I was 24 hours out from a cross country road trip home to Colorado when a glitch in my vehicle’s computer came up. From the reception to the service team, they were all wonderful!The Toyota service techs were kind, professional and had my vehicle analyzed quickly. I am very appreciative for their ability to get me on the road home without a delay.
Called to schedule an oil change, left message for a return call, 5 hours later no return call. Finally talked to someone, was told first available appointment ~ in 5 weeks. I bought my new vehicle there, always had oil changed there to keep in the vehicles history. So I am going to wait!
Diyar was a fantastic sales person I have purchased cars from him before and I am very happy with his service I also put a order in for a AMGG 63 and they are the only dealer in the United States that do not charge you over MSRP I tried calling 10 other dealers throughout the United States and they all want to 75,000 over MSRP which is absolutely ridiculous this dealership treats you well Diyar is the best !!!
The kindest dealership Ive ever been to; fast and effecient calls and service. If your car service will take more than a few hours, they offer a shuttle home and back to the dealership when the service is complete. Or if you decide to wait inside, they have drinks like soda, coffee and water available. Fruits, snacks and sometimes even cake! Everyone is generous, understanding and makes sure youre comfortable. I enjoy every visit. Thank you for being Great!
The service girl was nasty. I was upset as I had to cut a business trip short to deal with this issue. She said my car had been in a wreck which caused the gas door issue and the body shop I used did a horrible job. The car had been in a very minor driveway accident 3 years earlier and had been repaired at the body shop that the our salesman told us the dealership uses for all repairs for vehicles they sell. I will never go back for sales or service to this dealership.
Another great experience at Grand Blanc Motorcars, Ltd. From the receptionist to the service advisor to the Director, they were very attentive and intentional in seeing that my concerns were addressed. They receive my highest rating, Patience is a virtue, and they excel! Thanks everyone!

I had a great experience with Grand Blanc Motors servicing my BMW. My sales associate, Dean Lakey, contacted me in advance of the service date to ask if there were any issues with the vehicle before they serviced the car (I didn’t know the car was due for service until Dean reached out). I mentioned a couple of items and he passed on my list to the service manager, Chandra Landon. Dean suggested that I call her to make sure she understood my observations. I took Dean’s advice and walked Chandra through the list. She took the time to listen and assured me that she would look into everything. The car was picked up as scheduled by friendly porters and safely returned the next day with a copy of the repair manifest detailing all of the inspection results and maintenance completed. I could not have asked for a better service experience and was very appreciative of the entire Grand Blanc Motors staff for taking care of my needs.
Diyar worked hard to help us get the build we wanted and he underpromised but overdelivered with regard to timeliness and vehicle delivery. He was very patient and willing to work for you to make sure you get good financing. Extremely happy with his customer service. He did not show any pushy tactics and he treated us as friends! Very satisfied with the car buying experience here.
Horrible communication! If you have a service plan with Mercedes or BMW don’t bother wasting your time with trying to use pickup service with this location. This dealership will keep your car for over 24 hours with no communication or loaner car. None of the staff or schedulers give consistent information and will give you the runaround after leaving you stranded. It sucks that we paid for the plan but will have to take it to the Detroit area for better service.
My wife and I have been with the Brand for 14 years and to Mercedes Benz of Rochester, I’ve had the pleasure dealing with the Service Director at Grand Blanc Motorcars Brent Adwards when he used to work at Mercedes Benz of Rochester. Now that he is here I’ve followed him just because he is so good at what he does , he’s professional , no matter what the situation is he will always find a way to fix anything. I live in Rochester and I always make the drive 45 minutes to an hour to go to grand Blanc Motorcars to service my cars. This place is really nice very friendly and they meet all your needs. Chris Hunt General Manager used to work at Mercedes Benz of Rochester as well, I followed him two Grand Blanc Motorcars as well. Great guy. Love him. His like family to us. Stephanie Tabor, Service Advisor, Great girl very easy to talk to super super nice. This should say something about this place , as I mentioned I live an hour away and the other dealership Mercedes Benz of Rochester it’s a literally down the street from my house and I choose to come here.Thank you to all for your Great work.
In searched for a knowledgable, competent, helpful, and friendly, Mercedes Benz dealership. I was guided to Grand Blanc Motorcars. Seth Arnold a sales consultant, returned my call and my life expanded from there. He exhibited all the qualities I was looking for in someone who wanted my business. Inside the dealership, I met a floor manager, a financial manager, maintenance personnel, and several other helpful people, they made me feel welcome. I didnt feel like a stranger or an interruption in their day. I appreciate that. My vehicle required some additional electronic upgrades. I was provided a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was ready. Prior to going to Grand Blanc Motorcars, I made inquiries from other Mercedes Benz drivers. They were quick to tell me where not to go, however, Grand Blanc Motorcars was not one. I am grateful we found each other and connected. I would proudly recommend Grand Blanc Motorcars to friends and family. Thank you for a great car buying experience.
Excellent Customer Service! I got a flat tire on my trip down state along I-75 ...pushed the help button in my car and they instantly got me in touch with a tow truck and a dealership. Both were great to work with. They had to order the tire, and I explained I was on my way to a show and had to get back on the road asap. Stephanie and Don at the Grand Blanc Dealership were great to deal with. The tire was ordered and arrived the next day and Don was able to juggle in into the very busy service centers schedule so that 25 minutes after the tire arrived at the dealership it was on my car and I was pulling out of the drive. I got to my show with 15 minutes to spare! Both of them were very patient and polite. I know I called a few times to figure out options while we waited to see if the tire would get there in time and each time I called I got a warm, friendly helpful person answering my questions. Thank you!!
I had a great experience dealing with Grand Blanc Motorcars for the first service of our BMW X5. The home pickup and drop off service was much appreciated and the staff who came were extremely polite and courteous. The one problem I had highlighted with the vehicle was fully rectified and it was returned cleanly washed by late afternoon. I will definitely use their service again.
I was in the hunt for a specific vehicle and Ryan, and the team, did a great job enabling me to test drive the vehicle in a timely manner. I loved the vehicle, so when I came back a couple days later to buy it Ryan had all the paper work ready to go and the whole process was smooth. I do recommend working with this dealership. Really nice people and great service.
Had a fantastic experience. Booked my appointment at the earliest time available, showed up at the appointment and was checked in quickly. Mike, the service manager, was great to deal with in the Toyota department. They turned around the service quickly and were able to take care of a recall item on the spot. Nice waiting area, and relaxed environment.
It was the easiest and most memorable buying experience Ive ever had! Annalisa was responsive and was straight forward. I have had Toyota cars for years....and have always been impressed by their reliability and service. I recently had to purchase a slightly used Toyota and am still quite impressed with the quality and the maintenance staff at Grand Blanc is terrific. Hats off to service advisors Mike and Pete! They are kind, reliable and efficient!
Just bought a 2018 Rav4 and absolutely love it. BUT also loved the experience. Everything was ready and organized when I got there and guess what. It didnt take the entire day! They streamlined the paper portion and prepared ahead of time so, I could drive away a satisfied customer. Pat Adams was outstanding in his customer service, follow through, and knowledge of the vehicle. Kudos to the entire team.
My review is mainly for BMW service. Chris in used BMW sales is great to deal with and the fact that they will bring a loaner to you and pick your car up is also very good BUT.....getting the service staff to return a call or keep you updated on your service is like pulling teeth. You have to call MULTIPLE times before someone will even call you back to schedule a service and if/when you do get your car in for service the chance that they will keep you informed of whats going on with your car is slim to none. The tech I have dealt with on my X5 was very friendly and helpful once I got through to him but the service managers just seem to always forget or not have time or something comes up to get back to you or whatever.As I said; my purchasing experience there was good and when service is performed its good and they take care of you in that respect but getting through brick wall of the guys who set up service is terrible.
It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to cool down first. I had a bad experience here on multiple fronts.We took our 2008 Dodge Sprinter (with a Mercedes engine) here with a turbo underboost issue. I was only looking for a diagnosis of the problem. This vehicle is built out to be our house on the road and has been having turbo problems for quite a while.The first issue with Grand Blanc Motorcars is communication. I had an appointment and was told I should hear something back by the end of the day. When that passed, I tried calling the next day. The front desk is quick to answer, but the service department rarely answers the phone and doesnt return voicemails. This was incredibly consistent. Getting ahold of someone to check on the status of my vehicle was next to impossible.The second issues with Grand Blanc Motorcars is their speed of service. As mentioned before, I had an appointment and was expecting an update by the end of the day. This was around Christmas / New Years time frame, so I can understand a bit of a delay if they hit issues. The extent of this was unacceptable though. After calling multiple times over the next many days it was pretty apparent that they werent doing anything to my vehicle. In the end, after 4 weeks of waiting and consistently calling, I had to pick the van back up without a useful diagnosis. The only silver lining is that they didnt charge me for holding onto my vehicle and failing to diagnose it.The third issue with Grand Blanc Motorcars was an unexpected one. As I mentioned, this van is built out to be our home on the road. When we got it back from Grand Blanc Motorcars, it was apparent that SEVERAL mice had taken up residence! How on earth were mice able to make it INSIDE the vehicle? We had to remove and thoroughly clean everything.The entire experience here was terrible. Please, please, spend your money elsewhere.
Exceptional service and customer care. Jamie walked me through the whole process and made it very easy for me. She answered every question I had, was very polite, I’m glad I got my car there. Definitely going to be the place I get my next car and stay a loyal customer. I recommend this place to anyone. One word to describe their customer service...Phenomenal!I brought my 2013 Mercedes-Benz C300 to these guys since it wouldnt start due to some error messages. They cleared the codes at no cost (my vehicle was still under warranty) and I was back on the road the next day. Two days later, I saw the same error codes and had MB road-side assistance tow it back here for service. The service manager later informed me that the car had a major electrical issue.After two weeks of working on my vehicle and keeping me informed every step of the way, I received it back. I drove it an hour away and the same thing happened again. After reviewing the Vehicle Master Inquiry records, we discovered that my newly purchased car had been in other repair facilities for the same issue that ultimately never got resolved. GBMCs service department didnt give up when others did.Victor and his team at Grand Blanc Motorcars helped facilitate communication between Mercedes USA and myself. I was put in 2016 loaner vehicle while these guys/gals yet again worked on my car so that I wasnt stranded. I had to head back to Chicago for work and Mercedes-Benz USA covered the daily cost of my rental.3.5 weeks into the issue, the vehicle is fixed even after being in multiple service centers for the same issue prior to me owning it.PS - They even shipped the vehicle to the Chicago MB dealership (where I live) so that I could conveniently pick it up after work.I will be buying my next Mercedes-Benz from these guys even though there are closer dealerships near me. Rest assured, theyll take great care of you.
I drove into Toyota service to see about getting my oil changed, (from Texas). The service department manager said they were booked for two weeks out. He was kind enough to ask me a few questions, checked my oil & determined my oil was good for 10,000 miles, not 5000! Thank you! Honest service department managers are hard to find! Purchased my BMW here, but there is a closer BMW dealer to whom I was taking this car for normal maintenance. They became disastrous to the point I started to question the quality of their service and if they even serviced my vehicle at all, and while it’s over an hour drive to Grand Blanc for me, I have returned here for normal maintenance and part replacement and have been thrilled with the professionalism and quality they provide. Worth the drive!

15 years ago, living in the royal oak area my mother would make the 1(+ )hour drive up to this dealership, i couldnt understand it, there were so many closer.I guess I just got used to receptionists with attitudes, sitting in cramped waiting rooms with loud aggravated people watching game shows...etcA few years later I move up to this area, and out of proximity, went to this dealership. I was taken off guard by their knowledge, professionalism, always a smile and chat, nice waiting room, clean updated bathroom, and the service, most importantly...stellar. I have since purchased a truck, and do all my maintenance on my 2 Toyota vehicles, out of sincere trust.the team at this dealership is top notch.Shout out to Mike Tenerelli, best service manager I have ever known!
Ive never had a dealership experience that comes close to the one created by the staff and management at Grand Blanc Toyota. From my initial car search to driving off the lot everyone was patient, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Everyone I worked with in the service department and at the reception desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. I had repairs done promptly and thoroughly on my Toyota vehicle, and the waiting/hospitality area was very quiet and comfortable...I was able to relax with some Keurig coffee and a book while I waited. Top notch experience!
As always, Grand Blanc Toyota took care of us and our 2006 Sienna that needed a new timing belt/water pump + a few other items. Service is simply impeccable and completed as expected, as it has since weve been going there. Steve T. does an excellent job in the service dept., especially when it comes to questions and recommendations on work. Certain that by staying with GB Toyota, well get another 100k+ from our Sienna
Good experience with these folks when my previously-owned Corolla needed the passenger airbag initiator replaced under safety recall. Appointment was on time, took the amount of time, even washed the old girl for me.Nice place, clean shop, great waiting area, Mike and Savannah were great.Would recommend GBM if youre in the market.

GBM,L was able to get me one of the most demanded and hard to find new cars in the US, a Toyota Prius Prime Limited, and actually in the red color I preferred. While the pick up process was longer than I expected due to some timing and banking miscommunications, the service and care to detail was flawless. They even noticed some chips under the paint protection film and have promised to pick up the car and fix it for free.I specifically want to give nods to Patrick Adams who spent most of his Saturday working out things that were not his true responsibility (he also paid $5 out of his own pocket for a new plate when they couldnt get my old one off my trade in) , and Doug Ulin, manager, who made all the right commitments to ensure I am happy with my experience.I look forward to a long and pleasurable relationship in the future regarding service and any other needs. My 2010 Prius was still pretty good after 10 years, but I was getting nervous due to how much work makes me travel, even though Toyota fixed a $1500 repair for free just last winter, far past even the extended warranty. This new 2020 is awesome.If you want a great, reliable, high-MPG, no repair vehicle from a dealer is great to buy from and work with, get a Prius (or maybe a RAV4) from Grand Blanc.And ask for Pat.Sincerely,Craig(yes I am a real customer, just dont like to flash my last name.)

We bought our RAV4 new from Grand Blanc Motorcars in 2009 and love it! I brought our vehicle in for a LOF and tire rotation on Monday. Mike, in the service department, was great as usual! He always goes the extra mile for his customers. Mike was able to add brake work that needed to be done to our scheduled appointment. I drove out very satisfied with the service we received from Mike and all the staff at Grand Blanc Motorcars.
Great Service! This is the only place I will take my Prius to for oil changes, maintenance work, repairs, etc. They care about their customers and are very honest. They do quality work and they always wash your car for you even after a mere tire rotation. Waiting area is confortable (with baked goodies from Great Harvest, soda, juice, coffee, tea) and staff is super friendly. Mike T. in service is fantastic to work with regarding any servicing on my car and Ryan who sold me my Prius 4 years ago will stop when he sees me in the waiting area and ask me how I am liking my Prius.
I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Grand Blanc Motorcars and specifically, Dave Palevich. I live in metro-Detroit however was at work in Flint when I had an issue that required my BMW X5 be towed to the nearest dealership -- in this case Grand Blanc. Dave did an incredible job taking care of me and my vehicle, communicating throughout the process, and getting the essential repairs handled as efficiently as possible. To top it off, they even brought a service loaner down to me in metro Detroit while my car was being repaired. This was my first time working with Dave and this dealership, however it will definitely not be my last!! Keep up the great work!!
Grand Blanc Motorcars is the best dealer! They explain in full detail what they are servicing and cant do enough for you while they are servicing you vehicle! The shop is so clean you can eat off the floor! They are also excellent when purchasing a vehicle and make the purchase so easy! I will always purchase my vehicles from them!
Where intial impression was not great, the staff made all the difference. Visiting the dealership this Saturday at 10am I was a little displeased that the service center was not open at all.Today (Monday) I gave the dealership a call around 4:30 pm after leaving work and spoke with Dave. To my surprise the service center was open till 8:00 pm and offered to get me in that evening at 6:00 pm. When I arrived I was promptly greeted, not only by Dave, but by Gregg as well who I believe was a porter. Gregg asked me if he could get me anything to drink and brought me a water, even though I said i was fine. Kudos!Having worked in the Auto industry for over 4.5 years and this my first experience outside of my own dealership, I couldnt have asked for better service. At the conclusion, in typical BMW fashion, they washed my car and to top it off Dave gave me a card with his personal cell if I should need anything else. Highly recommend this dealership for service of your BMW or Mercedes.Waiting area was nicely appointed with snacks, drinks and Keurig coffee but lacked a TV. That would be my main feedback.
My most recent email back to the dealership:---------------------------------------------------Did you or any of your Service team drive this vehicle around? Since the front brakes were replaced, something in the front of the vehicle makes a popping / thudding noise that can be felt in the steering wheel while braking. This popping / thudding noise is not when you first engage the brakes, it occurs close to when the vehicle is almost at a complete stop. I am clarifying this because I do not want this noise to be confused with a brake engagement clicking noise that I believe everyone is stating is a common noise.On another note, I will not have -name- involved with another transaction, service visit, or communication with our vehicles moving forward. His implication of us having the brakes replaced somewhere else while trying to hold your dealership accountable is not good business. As you can see, I am not afraid to go to the source if I am having issues with the services and or parts replaced. If he would not have cut the conversation short with my wife earlier today, by hanging up on her, he would have also been able to let you know that she was going to need for you to contact her on her cell phone instead of playing phone tag; very disrespectful.I also do not care for the fact that I still feel that we have been cheated out of money and time due to service work not being performed properly. The fact that we paid the dealership to replace brakes on this Highlander (I believe was actually December, 2017), came back to the dealership in Jan. 2018 with concerns about the brakes, and had to pay for a technician to re-grease and secure the loose caliper bolt, and Mike believed that this was a justified cost to us and did not question the work that was done.While looking at the picture above and the CV boot replacement that was performed by your service department in 2015, should the grease that was sprayed all over the engine have been cleaned up, even a little bit, when we had the boot replaced (twice)? Once again, maybe another assumption, if the grease was cleaned up, maybe we would not have had some uncertainty about a leak, or seeping (what the person called the potential issue, and claims that it is not a leak).This is all frustrating for us as it appears that our best interest is not kept in mind when ever we have our vehicles serviced there. I do appreciate the effort that you have put to try and keep us as a customer, but I will not have my wife treated as liar, or an unaware customer that can be sold anything because she does not know better. We have always brought this vehicle to your dealership, except when we could not get into your dealership for a couple of oil changes.----------------------------------------I also forgot to bring up how the service department sold my wife on replacement lug-nuts for this vehicle. They claimed that they were swollen and could no longer be used. I have never heard of this on a vehicle.Picture below is of the Timing Cover that was thought to be seeping
My car needed to be towed to the BMW service center. BMW North America took good care of me, but Dave at the BMW service desk took GREAT care of me. Made sure everything was working properly on the car, made some recommendations for winter storage and in my mind, went over and above. THANKS
We called months ago to have an airbag recall taken care of. They had no idea what we were talking about, promised to call us back and never did, even after several more calls to them. We called Erhard BMW today, having given up on GBM. Erhard said come in today and we will have the air bag replaced in 45 minutes. Terrible service at this dealer.
The very best Mercedes service we’ve ever had!! Having owned multilple E’s, M’s, S’s and even a couple of R’s and getting service in 3 states and 6 dealerships, we have never been treated so politely and efficiently. The FIRST time the final charge was less than the estimate and the estimate was $3000.00 less than the dealer in Novi.Love these folks!
Spoke with Peter in service, helpped me out and answered all my questions. Took time to listen and encouraged me to repair the things that I needed. Very professional service! Be very careful dealing with Mercedes they guess whats wrong with your car have had two different cars there and the first car was told needed lower control arms and specialty tools to remove them at a cost of over $1300 second time in for same noise was told I needed struts on the drivers side sounds like guessing to me that cost well over another $2000 the second car that was there was a 2003 slk230 and they were asked to repair a key issue needless to say another $500 later the car still isnt fixed and if you do have your car repaired here be careful the manager will talk bad about you behind your back this place needs a serious overhaul on staff! This review will not be removed or edited until the man that insulted me apologizes I do not want this happening to anyone else.
I bought a used 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 4Matic from a different dealer downstate. I took it to Grand Blanc Motorcars for service and cannot express how happy I am with the service. I received a free loaner as the parts I needed were on backorder. Victor in MB service was outstanding and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. I couldnt be happier. I definitely would recommend Grand Blanc Motorcars to anyone looking for a great car and excellent Red Carpet Service. .......UPDATE!!!!!!!! I also own a 2014 BMW 535i. I recently had an issue with the security system. I called GBMC on Holly Rd and they immediately sent a tow truck ti pick up the car. The car was repaired in 48 hours and they delivered it to my driveway in East Tawas. The car was immaculate and cleaned inside and out. I have owned many other brands in my life and dealt with many different service departments but Grand Blanc MotorCars is by far the best!!!!!! I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a Mercedes or BMW based on my experience with these great people!!!!!! 5 Stars!!!!!!
I went in to look at a Mercedes and the guy that helped me was terrible! talked to me like i didnt belong there LOL! i have purchased a BMW and a Toyota from them before and the experience was good but this guy was horrible, he actually told me the the GLC is a luxury limited edition vehicle and that a lease on that is around $800-900 LOL. Went to a different dealership and that info is totally false, this is actually the second time i had a bad experience at the Mercedes side of that business, i guess i should have learned from the first time i stopped in at they were too good for me to help me.
Had to come here for sudden service on a work freightliner sprinter.Victor, the Mercedes service manager, was able to get me in and out in about three hours, when all their service bays were busy, and during one of the worst snow storms of 2016. He answered all my questions and I couldnt be happier with my experience.I cant comment on the price as it was covered by a fleet service account.
Ive only bought parts from Grand Blanc Motorcars, and as an enthusiast, Ed Kamatoy in BMW parts is great when it comes to finding what you need.Their prices can actually be quite reasonable for a lot of the hard to find and small parts that you need, especially if you have a BMW CCA membership. I definitely recommend them for parts
I had my BMW serviced for a airbag recall which they did a fantastic job and the people at the shop from what my girlfriend told was great. The only issue had is when they washed my car! Now my car is not perfect but it never had any swirl marks in the paint until I took it in to get serviced. They did somewhat fix the issue but the the guy there named TJ said the hood of my car was repainted by someone and thats why its the way it is.... What? Ive had this car in my family and none of that is true! Look I understand no one is perfect but dont lie to me to my face. The only thing I could think of he used that as a scape goat was because my kidney grill is broken and held together with zip ties which I did and the only reason its like that was because I remove the grill to paint the one with BMW Motorsports colors since love that. So overall very nice people except for the one guy and if he just excepted they messed up I would be fine I just done like people lying to me and to blame it on me or it was something else thats just flat out wrong.
I brought a car in for a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) that I was about to purchase from a used car dealer. I thank my luck stars I brought it here. They were thorough and detailed every issue with this car as well as an estimate of repair. They helped me to avoid a very costly mistake.
Dealer Service Warning!I brought my Mercedes to Grand Blanc Motorcars twice for a bad battery under warranty. The first trip they told me the battery was good. Even though the green eye was black. I had the battery tested at a independent shop on a MDX-650 tester. The battery tested bad. The report shows the 760 CCA battery only provided 323 amps at 13.06 voltsI returned to Grand Blanc Motorcars for Battery replacement under warranty, for the 2nd time. This time my original battery tested bad after giving them the independent battery report.Grand Blanc Motorcars replaced the battery under warranty and charged Mercedes Benz for a new battery. The battery is still not performing as expected. The next day I pulled the cover and looked at the green eye. It was still black indicating a bad battery.I took a photo of the battery and date code on the case and contacted Interstate Battery. The date code of the new battery I received from Grand Blanc Motorcars was over two years old!They installed a used battery under warranty and charged Mercedes Benz for a new battery and warranty replacement costs!Now Im contacting Mercedes Benz about the shady repair practices of this dealer.
If youre in the market for either a new Toyota or a pre-owned vehicle, stop in and ask for Phil P. Hes both knowledgeable and honest. TJ, the Sales Manager, was exactly the same way. Every person I came in to contact with was warm, inviting and eager to serve!......and I wasnt there to spend a ton of money ($10,000 used car for one of my kids). WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
The service team at GBM is second to none.The service and support from professionals like Victor Calendar is the reason our future car purchases will take place at GBM.My Mercedes Benz experience with GBM has been the finest vehicle purchase I have ever made. The service team support my schedule and my needs for transportation at ever visit. As someone who drives a great deal for work and family I have a higher than average interaction with the service team for all required maintenance. For this single reason my wife and I will be future customers of GBM.
Was pleased with my visit the team seem to have diagnosed my transmission issues with my BMW 328i fairly quick everybody was super cool and easy to communicate with and also got another mystery issue knocked out for me all within a couple days , was a bit pricey for one of the smaller issues in my opinion but overall great service I got my car back fast and it’s running great for now big thanks to the BMW service department 🙏
Loved the professionalism and the care of the BMW service Department, had a flat tire , came in was greeted by Don the service advisor, an absolute professional gave us a loaner , the car was done on time ....We live out of state , wish we had them near us , Great experience and thanks Don

My salesman Jason was very professional and kept me up to date with the status of production and delivery date. 2022-03-03Jumped in my Prius to go somewhere & nothing! A quick call to the Service Tech at Randy Wise Motors helped me diagnose my problem. He said if I could get the car started, to come right up.With a jump from AAA I got up to the Toyota dealer in about an hour. They were really busy and had spent the morning with a power outage. But my car was taken right in, looked at and a new battery installed. They even washed my car. Now thats what I call customer service!This kind of attention is what keeps me coming back to Randy Wise.
