Very professional and best in class service!!! Randy and the guys are just a step above everything!! My wife and I bought a total of 4 pistols and Randy even took us out to his shooting range at his home and let her shoot different guns to make sure she got the gun that fit her!!!! Thank you again for everything and you have acquired customers for life!!

I have purchased 2 pistols from them, each about 7 months apart. I was very happy with the time they took to talk me through my purchases. I am new to this whole gun world and they were very informative. When I returned to sell back a pistol and immediately purchase another caliber, they made the process seamless and I feel they gave me a very fair amount on the trade in.

Won a gun from a whitetails banquet and was treated badly from the start. The gun was not what I would have liked and was told I could trade it in on another. Only would give me 365 on a gun they were charging 450 in the store and would not work with me on the overpriced gun I liked. I will never go back to a whitetail banquet as long as this dump supplies the prizes.
Normally have good prices are very helpful but they were selling 22 ammunition 550 rounds for $110box. No better than the rest of the people out there screwing everybody over in the ammo shortage . I will never go back there again. $100 never made or broke anyone they just lost a customer because of it. I purchased 3 guns from them and sent a friend there who purchased one also.
I purchased a Glock 19 Gen 4 at a gun show from Randy’s. They were super helpful when they were selling it to me. My husband and I took it to the range and 1 of the 3 mags was defective that came with it. We talked to them at the next show and was told to call the shop to find out what they could do. (Thanks for not taking the initiative to do so for a rightfully unhappy customer... I mean we paid $80 more for the gun than we should have and they basically blew us off?!) So I called up to the store and was told that they did not have one to replace it... really?! What was that at the show in the case today!!! When we mentioned it to them today they didnt want to be bothered with it. They didnt want to ship anything anywhere. So now I have to pay even more money to send the faulty mag into Glock...Check their prices... they are high, their customer service SUCKS after they take your money... Today instead of buying another pistol from them we went next door, saved money and hassle at the gun show.
Worth a ride from SCS. Randy is on site a lot. And is available and happy to answer any questions you may have. His shop has a fantastic selection of Ruger .450 Bushmasters, from what I hear, Randy was instrumental in Rugers decision to produce the caliber.Every time I have been there, there have been plenty of helpful staff.Randys has a huge selection of ammo and the ammo prices are excellent, example, 25.00 for a box of Hornady Black in .450 BM.Pick out your rifle, pick out your scope, and Randys staff will mount it and bore sight it for you.They also have pre-zeroed rifles... The Ruger American in .450 BM is paired with the most popular scopes and shot and zeroed, I believe at 75 yards. If you needed to grab and go into the woods, this would be the option for you. (I know, there is no substitute for practice, but this is an interesting option I havent seen before.)Overall, Its a nice, relaxing ride into the thumb. Randy and his crew make it all the more enjoyable with their sales and service.
Great guys to deal with. I often Drive several hundred miles to deal with these guys. Very knowledgeable great service and always willing to help you out with the right answers. Not to mention some of the best prices in the state of Michigan! If the system would let me give them six stars, I would give them seven.
I don’t Know how the store runs but over the weekend at the Shriners gun raffle it was not very organized at all. My uncle from out of town won a gun, had His gun picked out and they gave it to the kid next to him and then didn’t have his and then his background took longer than everybody else’s so he hast to wait five days and drive three hours to get it when he’s from Arizona in the first place and second there was two of us that are cards won and were posted on the board but the guy came over and said they were not winners After giving us tickets to claim our prize because they drew out of the same deck twice. So the three of us that won We’re not very happy at the way they run things.
Went to Randys for the 450 Bushmaster. Was acknowledged immediately and had a fun experience getting the rifle. Mike was helpful and did a good job explaining the different scopes.I would definitely go back
I arranged to pick up rifle at a gunshow, in Birch Run. It all worked out perfectly and I cant believe how friendly they were on the phone and in person. There prices are really cheap as well, looking forward to using them again in the future even though I am not in the same market.
I absolutely will never step foot in here again. I had intentions on buying a revolver there and stood there 30 minutes and not one salesman asked if they could help me. There were actually 2 guys helping one person. Thanks anyway, Ill go to to Williams. Zero stars on this one.

After hunting for a particular rifle for over a year, i found a NEW rifle from them at birch run gun show. it was lowest price and in stock. lowest by $150!!!short version of story is....got it home found magazine was missing. called and spoke with kevin (i think) he said let me check, ill call you back in a couple days like i said short version 3 days later i got 2 magazines, a Ruger shirt, a Ruger hat, and some other swag all in the mail, ....and a apology.i feel they did way, way, way more than what was necessary. (since i am partially to blame for not checking box)bottom line, Randys Hunting Center is top notch, and i will continue to buy from them in the future. they could of very easy said, sorry cant help you.....i had zero proof, that the mag was not in the box. they only had my word (which by the way is stronger than steel) but they dont know me from anyone.good job kevin, and to randys.
I went to the Gibralter Trade Center gun show and talked to one of RANDYS salesmen there. When I asked him about a particular hand gun, he didnt even know what I was talking about until he finally picked up the gun I pointed out to him and read the name and model on the slide. When I told him I was interested in that gun because it had a good trigger pull, he racked the slide, stupidly pointed it at my wife and pulled the trigger. CLICK !!!! When I told him that was stupid and unacceptable, he smirked, put the gun back in the display case and walked away. You can do yourself a favor and not deal with these fools!!

Scope was mounted, very loose couldnt group at 50yds. Second, was also to be bore sighted ....was not. Thirdly the caps were missing off the scope for adjustment wheels. Not sure where to go from here. Sent an email today as it was the first day to sight it in.
Bought 450 Bushmaster go wild good price but was supposed to be bore sighted was not scope rail was lose and rings were off center waisted box and half of ammo before realizing . Have herd others complain about this at the range I go to .

Have bought a couple Ruger 450 Bushmasters from Randys and find them to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
I bought a shotgun and it was not working right and I went back and he gave me a 300 dollors camo 12 gage pump Wich the one I got before that was only 200 always ask for Randy
Better prices and service at any other company. Dont go there first look at some other places save your self the headache.

Scope was not bore sighted for me or even put on strait Ill be paying someone to fix it sat thanks(Michael lind )Got it fix this morning still love the gun shoots greatPs should not had to fix it

2021-11-02Great selection on guns and prices are actually reasonable. They typically have a plentiful selection of ammo for a mid range price. I make sure to swing by anytime I am in town. The staff are always friendly and ready to help you. You can also find Randys at gun shows and the like, keep an eye out!

2021-11-27Purchased a .450 last year and a scope. Paid to have it sighted it... it was perfect.. except they didnt zero out my windage.. honest mistake. I also Purchased a boyd hardwood stock. It needed to be shimmed. I again had it sighted in because inwas having issues with it big being zeroed out... it cost more money and my own ammo this year.. ok i get it Prices went up.. but i got it back and the 3 round .magazine falls out still. If i put the rear of the magazine in yhe receiver first the bolt catches the magazine case.. i wrote them on the 15th like the answering machine said and im do being ignored.

2020-09-17I Had a great experience with my phone in ammo order. The people at Randys are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their selection of amunition is amazing, compared to other stores. 2020-12-04Great store with a ton of options but its hard to get any help unless youre a regular. Stopped in this morning and they were very busy so I understood that there would be a wait, looked around the store and let the place clear out some. Went up to the counter after pretty much everyone had left and wasnt even acknowledged. I understand there is paperwork to do after a sale and wasnt going to leave a review until a gentlemen that they knew walked in looking for something and was helped immediately.Like I said tons of options and somewhere I might shop in the future but definitely not somewhere I will drive out of the way to go to again.

2021-03-11Randys Hunting Center is the go-to gun store for Huron and Sanilac counties. They have the best selection of stuff around. I have bought a few guns there and happy with every gun Ive purchased. I think they have some of the best deals and service around.

2021-02-07Was flatly told over the phone they had no interest in carrying assault rifles or parts. Obviously a more liberal gun shop. In addition their ammo prices seem to be high considering that I can go to Gambles in Caro or Duncans in Bay City and get 5.56 rounds for $10 cheaper per case. If your looking for an inclusive gun shop and not just a Hunting store go elsewhere.

2020-12-16I have dealt with Randy for 25+ years. He has great products at great prices. You wont find a better deal anywhere. I will always check with Randy first before buying a gun and suggest you do to.
