Comment: If your vehicle has tire sensors make sure you take a picture of what it displays before you go in. After we took our truck we saw that one of them was not displaying and the hazard light turned on so we went and told them while we were still on the parking lot. They said that it would display it in a few min. It didnt so I called scheduled an apt. To go back to get it checked so I ended up going like 3 or 4 additional times on Saturdays, was there minimum of 4hrs each time they never fixed it. Turns out they swapped 3 of my sensors to aftermarket(broken ones) so now I have to pay more than $700 a piece to replace them . If they would of left the original ones I would of been able to get them replaced at the dealer through warranty. This happened almost 3 yrs ago by the way, but just be careful.

Comment: Keke was very professional. I had a 10:30 appointment, and my service was over in 63 minutes. If she said it, it happened. I had to return for a slight vibration in my wheels. The part was ordered and on the car within 24 hours. Otis is a man of few words but knows his job. Cynthia was very pleasant as well. If you need wheel or tire service, go to Rent a Wheel! Comment: The process is super confusing. I was told one thing price wise, then given the runaround on why that wasnt the case. The manager who was super cool to deal with seems to not be available to speak with since I signed the contract. I found out after signing the contract that the roadside, maintenance, tire rotation, tire repair was only good while Im renting the wheels and tires. If I choose to pay them off 90 days same as cash, I lose the warranty and all the benefits. But itll cost me twice the amount of the wheels and tires to pay for the length of the rental. But then Im told the $13.99 per week Roadside etc is optional, but only the manager whos not available can remove it. So in a nut shell, get customer service, shady business tactics. I dont blame the employees, I blame the company. The employees are doing what theyre told to do.I will be paying the wheels and tire off in 90 day same as cash.
