He spent the next hour going over everything on my bill and he was able to reduce it by $600. This person was nothing like the original agent. It seemed obvious at every turn that they were inept and totally apathetic in every way. We are normally extremely particular about our service providers (& about providing good service ourselves when on the other end) so why did we stay with this outfit when their level of service was so dismal & lacking?
