I pushed my car in and they checked it out the next day. I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse and they fixed that foreign the right way. Responsibly priced. Mike was very understanding, compassionate to my situation and all around a very nice person.

I took my 2005 Volkswagen Golf to Rays for a timing belt and water pump. They did an excellent job, and were very honest. Same day service. Mike even knocked off $50 bucks because the job didnt take as long as planned. Thanks guys!

Horrible shop. A mechanic that doesn’t know how to work on cars... if you don’t have any mechanical knowledge and you want to get your car fixed here you mine as well do it yourself. It would probably be done better than taking it to this shop. Bought a car from the owner who sold it to me as a good running car with no issues. Car drove fine on test drive other than a little loss of power. When I mentioned it to him he said it was probably just a loose hose, but wouldn’t check it out himself being a mechanic... having a lot of trust in people I purchased the car. owner said he replaced the brake pads (which he did not cause they were still grinding and I took the wheel off the check and the rust indicated otherwise... anyways as soon as I drove the car off the lot the check engine light went on took it to a mechanic and he said the the intake was cracked but whoever did the repair put apoxi on it and called it good... turbos were bad... fuel pump bad... should I go on? The owner of this shop doesn’t know what he’s doing when it comes to cars and just pieces things together like a preschooler in art class. but he sure is a smooth talker. Save yourself time and money and find a real mechanic shop and dealer.

Went to replace my fuel pump..they inspected my car and said it was a fuel pump..I was charged 400 dollars and a hour later my car went back down..they did not offer any compensation! Just told me that if it was another problem I would be charged more money even though it’s there fault that they missed the problem with my car! They arte Scam artists and will not refund you anything. Please save your time and money

This is my first review on the Internet, but I felt compelled to warn others about the horrible experience I had with this repair shop.Actually, this shop came recommended by a friend and I needed to have my brakes done, so I decided to give Rays a try. I told the gentleman doing the work that I knew I needed new brake pads, but that Id like for him to give the car a once over to see what other work needed to be done since it had over 100,000 miles on it and probably needed some additional maintanence. He supposedly did the brakes and noted that I needed work on the front axle, inner tie rod, and a new valve cover gasket to fix an oil leak.I say that he supposedly did the brakes because when I picked the car up, every time I braked the car pulsated. I brought the car back and the mechanic told me that the pulsating was from the bad axle and tie rod that needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the work done with the understanding that this would fix the pulsating. It didnt. He also had found an oil leak on that first visit that I agreed to have fixed on the subsequent visit, as well.Eventually, I took my car to the dealership for an unrelated issue and they actually test drove the car and guess what? The car pulsated when the brake was applied. They did a brake inspection and found rotors need machined, left front pads missing anti rattle clips, right rear caliper isnt oriented correctly against brake pad, and left rear caliper is innop and locked up. To make matters worse, they did a complete inspection on the car and found... yep, you guessed it, an oil leak! So as it turned out, they also had to install a new valve cover gasket to address the oil leak that Rays had supposedly addressed just six weeks earlier.I went back to Rays to see what their take was... All I got was that the dealership lies and if I want to bring my car for any other work they will give me a discount... What a joke!Beware, this guy knows that he can get away with ripping people off and was actually very rude and kept insisting that I should have brought my car back a third time to have him fix whatever was wrong. There are very strict laws about disputing auto charges, etc., so please learn from my mistakes... DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO RAYS... Trust me... Youll regret it!!!!
