Comment: My two kids and I (ages 10&4) got a kids bike, a cruiser bike for me and I added the trailer for my 4 yo. We rented the bikes for 4 hours. it was about 51$ out the door. Keep in mind there is a $400 holding fee that is returned once you return the bikes, which I thought was a little crazy but understandable incase people dont return the bikes. It was refunded after we returned the bikes.We rode the bikes from HB to close to Newport beach. We stopped and played in the ocean for a while away from all the HB crowds. Which was nice. The girl working was super nice. She held my stroller for us as well which made things easier for me, single mom life lol. Would rent here again in were ever in HB.

Comment: We received a five star experience at Rays Rentals. Everything from the bikes and surfboard we rented to the customer service (shoutout to Vanessa) we were given was exceptional. With it being our first time being in CA, they were definitely helpful in allowing us to experience the beautiful coast!

Comment: Had such a fun ride on the e-bikes! Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. It ended up being a little over 100 dollars for the afternoon. We did 38 miles all the way up the coast to Laguna beach. Crystal Cove was a highlight. The e-bikes made it possible. They were about to run out of charge as we pulled into the shop, so it was perfect.

Comment: From the Huntington Beach store we rented two beach cursers with a bike lock on August 3rd. We were giving the wrong key for the lock which was an inconvenience. We understand that errors happen. It was the attitude of the store employee when we returned the bikes that was disappointing. She basically acted like it was no big deal and took no accountability for her error. She was rude and unsympathetic about the situation towards us as costumers.

Comment: I wanted to update my review from a one star to a five star.The reason I feel they now deserve five stars is because all companies have mistakes and bad days but the true colors show when and if they try to make it right. The owner reached out himself and asked what they can do to keep our business and it was a pleasant conversation. I recommend using this company.-———————————————————————-Old reviewVery poor customer service. The worker must not like his job because he just complained about working six days a week and all holidays. Too many places to rent from and not worth dealing with poor service like this.

Comment: $15 for a day rental is standard. Very close to the beach and pier. Had to try a couple bikes to find one without a bent rear wheel. Fine after that.

Comment: Staff was friendly and helped adjust the seat all the way down for me since I am so short. LOL Best price around. I will definately rent from them again. I really enjoyed biking along Huntington Beach.

Comment: These guys are great. I really enjoyed how easy it was to book everything. It was an easy pick-up (only 1 block from the beach) and easy return. The prices were the best I could find locally and the service was friendly. We even picked up a cheap pair of sunglasses for my son for $6 instead of $20 outside with the sunglass vendor.One warning for the older folks. The beach chairs are really low to the ground, so youll get a decent workout getting up out of them. lolWe rented beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and 4 body boards. Everything was clean and high quality. I would recommend for sure. Thanks!
