Comment: !!WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONI RENTED BOBCAT ON A FRIDAY I COULDNT TAKE BACK SATURDAY SUNDAY THEY WERE CLOSE TOOK IT BACK MONDAY 9AM THEY HAD CHARGE MY CARD $1230.91 and i only used it for 5 hrs total and the reason i took it back late because i had a family emergency . I didnt mind paying xtra but over $1200 I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO WORKS THERE TO WORK WITH ME ON THE PRICE AFTER 10 MINUTES BEGGING HIM HE SAID NOPE SORRY :THATS OUR POLICY... I said your going to loose me as a customer HE SHOUTED AT ME AND HE SAID I DONT CARE GET OUT BEFORE I CALL THE POLICE ... me and my wife just left that place i dont recommend this place becauseThey dont care about there customers they dont have any respect or good customer service

Comment: Bad customer service. My guys went in there ready to rent and with all info needed. We were able to verify cars with my id etc and because there system was down they didn’t rent it to us. Wasted 2 of our guys time for 1hr for nothing . Better prices than others but now I know why

Comment: I highly recommend this place for heavy equipment rentals. Luis delivered/picked up my equipment. Not only was he very friendly, but he also gave me some tips on operating the equipment. I would definitely rent from this place again.

Comment: We were in dire straights with a broken trailer and our beloved Bob cat stuck along the highway. I called Steve to inquire about a trailer rental. He said he had a trailer for our needs but then checked what we would be towing it with and my Subaru was undersized. He offered to pick up the bob cat and deliver it for a great price. Super lucky to have a fantastic business so close to home! Highly recommended!

Comment: I’d I could give no stars I would. When I got to the office, I waited almost 40- 45 mins before anyone helped me. I got there before 7:30am & didn’t leave till almost 9am. Everyone looked at me like I was in the wrong place assuming because I’m a female and I went without my husband. The men working in the front literally would walk right past me without asking if I needed help. Very unprofessional. Anyways, I rented a generator on a Saturday morning and due to them being closed on Sundays I had to return on Monday morning. The men working in the front reassured me that as long as I turn it in before 8am I will get my full deposit back, I turned it in as soon as they opened at 7am & still didn’t receive the deposit, If you’re a women and thinking of going alone? Do not go. Send someone else because I feel like they’re antifeminist & took advantage. I will not be returning.

Comment: Rented the concrete mixer with 1 yard of concrete. Everyone was really helpful and respectful. Showed me how to operate the controls and I was in and out in no time. Looking forward to coming back on my next DIY project.

Comment: Decent prices. While they wont have everything that a contractor may need, they have a good selection of equipment and tools nonetheless. This time I went for a big contractors shopvac and had it over the weekend and was only charged for one day since I brought it back before 8am on Monday.

Comment: I tried to rent a cement mixer over the course of 2 days the first day I did what was asked they required a 24 hour notice, I did so when I showed up my vehicle was not capable of pulling a mixer. Mind by vehicle is meant for hauling. No one ever asked or advised prior I opted to pay for delivery instead since they would not allow for me to pick up, Unfortunately that needed another 24 hour notice. So I booked for the next day after I got another vehicle that meet the specifics that they wanted. I show up today and to my amazement these STUPID IDIOTS.. Double booked and they already rented out my Mixer!!!! Please do not use these people they have poor customer service and use garbage excuses!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible !!!! Horrible!!!
