But when I completed my review for her, per her request, all of her communication became minimal or not at all. If the property I was interested in was already in the process of being rented she could have informed me and I could have moved on rather than me continuing texting her with no response and seeing the rental on Zillow removed. I am very pleased to have found another agent at another company whose genuine customer service exceeded Paola’s.

My wife and I are so pleased with the professional and respectable service we receive from Stan who does the property inspections on our rental. It seems that he goes above and beyond to help us in resolving any problems we encounter. Just recently, during his inspection with us, he quickly fixed the air conditioning problem which put us at ease in not having to endure a hot summer and not having to wait for the vender to contact us. Comment: Usually I don’t leave reviews but in this case I wanted to warn others this company will modify your earning statements (which almost seems fraudulent) so that you don’t meet there income requirements. They collect their $50 application fee and don’t have to do any work. When you question why they deducted income listed on your statement they become very hostile and say you are implying they don’t know how to do their job.Fortunately I was able to meet Debi from Commonwealth Property Management, who was very kind and helpful.Save your self the application fee and avoid this company.

Submitted an application on their website, interacted with Pedro Quintanilla who was unwilling to work with military, it seems as though they just take your application fee and deny you even though you meet all there requirements. The reviews seem from other workers seem good, maybe I just got a bad one. Either way don’t waste your money and find another rental company, who will answer your question and not just send you the same automated response.

Comment: This company has been managing my property in Martinez for two years. Every aspect of my experience with them has been a disaster. Here is just a short list of why this is the LAST COMPANY you should ever use. I cannot stress it enough, I would not allow them, to manage a doghouse.1 - Gave anyone a combo to go look at my house without supervision. It took them 4 months to rent it. I went back in and found blinds pulled down and doors unlocked.2 - Mishandled the State taxes.3- ZERO meaningful communication.4- Only collect money and do nothing to make sure the lease is followed.5- I gave them notice but didnt follow the exact process they defined. They strung me along until the window to get rid of them passed.6- No direct contact information. There is no accountability or personalized service. they have a group mailbox and phones.7- Completely incompetent on top of showing no sense of urgency or customer serviceability.8- They insisted that they were listed under my homeowners insurance as additionally insured which Mercury insurance doesnt do. Instead, they have a Management company section just for that. They brought this up now that I have given them notice to end the relationship in November. a Blatant attempt at harassment in my last month and a half.

Comment: When we first rented our place, the house was dirty and the yard was overrun. We were there for 4 years and they probably went through 5 property managers in that time. We submitted 280 photos in person of the property and two years later we were informed that all physical files were thrown away and they no longer had record of our photos. Luckily I still had my copies with the dates on them. They have a forum for maintenance requests but they rarely followed through. For example, it took them about 6 months to take care of a termite problem and a wind storm knocked over our fence that borders a school. It was down for a year and a half and never got fixed before we moved out. Their one saving grace right now is the current manager Stephania. I would give her a 5 star review but she only just joined the company a few months before we had to move (owners wanted to sell the house).

They administered my condo in CA for more than a year, while I lived in AZ..Now its time for me to sell it, but otherwise I would have left my property in their hands for a long-long time. They did a wonderful job keeping me informed and updated on what was going on in my condo, collected the rent in time and deposited always as they promised in the contract. RPM Select has a team of very dedicated, knowledgeable and professional people, who go above and beyond to solve any problems that occur, in a timely manner and as efficiently as possible. Their reply time was always within hours of receiving my inquiries, never more than 24 hrs later. And if I needed half an hour or more on the phone to discuss a problem, they always made time to accommodate my requests.You can expect to have a great relationship with everyone at Real Property Management Select, and, as owners, entrust your property to them with confidence and peace of mind that theyll take good care of it.I did and I have only good things to say about my experience!
