Comment: For two years, I lived at a property that they expected the tenants to take care of the outside. Mold was in one of the bedrooms that never got taken care of. Child was constantly sick because of it. Moved in and bugs everywhere took me three days to clean. The floors were horrible and only thing done about it was. they put molding on the bottom to hit it. Mold still may not be taken care of would not rent from them again. The swamp cooler doesnt get the house cold till the night and even then it makes the walls wet.

RPM has always been a trustworthy and dependable partner, and more importantly, they are good at what they do. You may find some bad reviews here, but Id tell you as a good property manager, youll need to confront lots of challenges and upset lots of people. Id recommend RPM traditions to all owners and tenants, since theyre a group of people with integrity, conscience and professionalism. My first call was to Real Property Management Traditions in Palmdale, at the recommendation of our realtor, and all of these uncertainties were immediately solved. This company will handle all of the legal aspects, they have a 60 day tenant guarantee, and I could not be happier with the confidence that they instilled in me. I guess last year she was on vacation and if I would’ve spoken with her I wouldn’t have left the score I did last year. I always give people another chance and Lynn has been very kind and I am changing the rating for her. I will consider coming here in the future because of her. I don’t have stellar credit but great landlord references and make good money. Most companies help getting you in Lynn has been so accommodating the past few days that I would recommend based on her customer service. I have a great landlord now and I pay a little extra JUST because of how good she is. If I do end up leaving here Lynn would be one of the first choices. Thank youHORRIBLE I DODGED THAT BULLET, saw a house an ugly messed up one at that and decided to save some money and say hey lets me apply, mind you it was work $900 but rented for $1500. So i applied for this badly painted house, with lifted carpet and broken cabinets 2 weeks ago and paid a $40 fee. I emailed them that same day and told them to retract that amount and did not hear back i emailed again no response. I then called BARBARA and she was HORRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE customer service and AWFUL responses, when i called she literally HATES her job. Talks to people without asking any questions just very eager to get off the phone with you and cut her nails and talks to you as if your an enemy. I asked about the $40 app fee and she said it is what it is its gone...mind you she didnt even know what property i was asking about. She then FINALLY asked CONFIRMED IT WAS AVAIL and then i had to force her to go talk to somebody to get a status on it. TERRIBLE!!! She finally came back and said they had an app on it.... no problem...THEY NEVER ran my credit yet keep everybodys money she CONFIRMED it was still available because it was online yet she came back and said it wasnt??? Um which one is it. WOW I really dodged a bullet I would have hated to rent from them especially for an overpriced house that needed work done in it. TERRIBLEE!!!!

They werent perfect and sometimes going back and forth between us and the owner was tedious and slowed things down but when it came down to it I always got a solution to a problem. We discovered that after our owner left RPM, he was mostly the problem. I can see now why they were so frustrated with someone who wont do anything. So dont always blame RPM for not fixing things. Most of the time its the owner of your rental. The application process with Lynn was easy. They have a system to pay rent online. They always answered the phone or emails. Sal was always trying to help me the best he could. I would definitely use them again.

My property manager has never met my tenants, nor seen my property in person yet she is my managing my property?! Their office hour is from mon to fri 10-5, but good luck trying to get anything done. They are always on another line, out to lunch, off early or on vacation. They even sub contract the property inspection to another company, and charge u a hefty fee for it! Keep in mind this is after they charge you a 10% fee to manage. The only thing I like about the company is their receptionist barbara, she is nice receptionist unfortunately she does not know anything and sometimes I wonder why shes even at the front desk and she doesnt know anything might as wellhire a machine. The only thing this company is good at is collecting your hard earned money. I dont usually like to complain, but this company is just way too much and people need to know the truth.Please do your research before going with this company.

We have been in one of their rentals for 7 months and yet to receive the property report after asking for it many times, obviously its something they dont want us to see on the property report. They dont fix any issues the property has. Our home has water leaking from the bottom of the wall, 2 plumbers came out and said the toilets are not up to code, and bad plumbing throughout the whole house. The hot water pressure is so low that my 2 year old is forced to take a shower because it takes 20mins to fill the tub up half way and by then the water is cold, we have to boil big pots of water just to wash dishes. The weather outside has been really hot and we waited a month for them to fix the swamp cooler and it only got fixed because we contacted building and safety. Then the maintenance man discovered that there was no motor and called real property and they told him to wait til monday which meant my small kids would have been in triple digit heat for the weekend, the maintenance guy had to tell them it couldnt wait because we have small kids(which they knew since my kids are on the lease) how heartless can a rental company be? They know about all the issues going on with their property and has done nothing to fix the issues. Definitely will be looking into taking them to court. This rental company should be out of business. They want your rent money but dont want to maintain the property. If your searching for a rental please do yourself and family a favor and DO NOT get involved with this company. These 5 star reviews cant be real, if it wasnt for these fake 5 star reviews my family and i wouldnt be dealing with the issues we are right now. HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY!!! I would give them no stars if it was possible.

Comment: Renters Beware!!! Especially if you receive any type of housing assistance. I was a tenant for approximately 1 year. The property manager added charges to my account for repairs the owner was supposed to make! They left my family and I without a running refrigerator, made me pay for wind damage to a garage door, and the property manger was constantly out of the office, dealing with health issues. This left my family and I to suffer through things not be repaired within a timely matter. They charged me for lawn maitnance of 637.00$ my goodness the list goes on. One of the managers brothers told me they will add charges I did not believe him he even suggested if you speak up or say something they will add charges. ( he said how scared he was of his sister and begged me not to tell) And the worst of it is my credit was flawless and I had no negative rental history! They made sure I could not rent a home in a new state. How low could any company go? The manager in charge of my property said, The housing authority did not check for cleanliness? That was her way of saying I was so dirty? She said there was no physical damage? But they charged me 4,200$ worth of fees kept my 2,500 deposite for a grand total of 6,700 dollars! But did not feel, they should have reported it to housing authority? Unless I truly damaged a home I should not deserve to have my credit and reputation ruined! they are renting predators looking to take from others for their own selfish needs, but God does not like ugly, what goes around comes back around! Everything done to hurt will be made good! Stay away from this company, Mandy is really unprofessional whenever you can catch her working, she even changed my lease with talking to me.... Red Flag and this property management is Real Problem!!!

Comment: BEWARE Landlords and tenants... My family and I had the worst experience with this company. This company is a franchise so dont get sold on their website or be impressed as if youre going to get what you pay for. They were very unprofessional and dishonest and seemed only to care about their own agenda. We thought we were hiring a company who would take good care of our rental property and look out for our best interest as we lived in San Diego at the time. We were wrong. They will add charges to your account without discussing them with you, example: Theyre trying to charge us $75 for forwarding an email to an attorney... They are very unprofessional about how they operate their business. ... Its just a front. Please do your due diligence before hiring anyone. Check all the review websites. They will say what you want to hear just to get your business. Real Property Management and the broker Allen Wessel give property management companies the bad name.
