Not very good at answering the phone or calling to tell you what their doing to your car
I was quoted a price and after dropping off the bumpers to be painted I was called and I was told the price had increased which was irksome, but the coating looked great. Later I had a slight issue with the lineX coating and they fixed it without hassle. After researching other lineX shops around the increased price was on par with Red Rocks price. Overall I had a good experience and the customer service was great
Great shop and employees. Took my 2007 f150 here to get leveled and have rear shocks put on as well as some gently used tires. Couldnt be any happier with the service and way my truck handles now. I highly reccomend for truck or jeep owner. Clean and purty or with a lil rust on the fender and a few dings in the bed they treat their customers the same
Absolutely the worst owner and products I have ever seen in the off-road community. I called him about a wiring harness for a jeep TJ mating a 6.4 hemi. He acted like he did them in his sleep and it was a 4 wire hook up that was fool proof. He had all kinds of great answers on everything from emissions to A/C, the whole time telling me he did them all the time.Then he told me he was 6 weeks behind but the harness only took a couple weeks. I told him I in no way wanted a junk yard donor harness and wanted and would pay the difference for a new factory harness. He assured me this was no big deal and may take a couple weeks to get the donor from dodge. I was killing to wait.Well I send the jeep harness and give him the nod to start. I dont hear anything for 6 weeks so I can assuming they had ot done and were to busy to call. He would not get on the phone and I think his girlfriend made excuses for him then and the next dozen times I called. We missed our deadline so I pushed him to get it done. And long story short i waited for 4 months and got it. First it was a junk yard harness and was all wrong. Alt., starter, and battery were all on the wrong side of the motor and about 30 or more wires just dead ended. And it when down hill from there.End of the day he would not help me with all the problems and just quit taking my callsSo I had no choice but call my cc company and let them know and get my money back. He fought it and I had to send all the emails and phone logs to them and they finally gave me back my money.Avoid this shop!!
Just had my truck bed lined here. Great customer service, they had my truck done when they said they would which is important to me. Best part of all, when I looked in the back, the quality was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Dont know anything about them but they like to fly down the interstate hauling their toys on I-70 going west towards St. Louis and cut right in front of a heavily laden truck going 73mph just to exit the interstate. There was two of them running together. Whats the deal with that, very ignorant. I can imagine how they are personally.
I recommend this shop. They have been taking care of my jeep grand Cherokee with what I need. And Ill be happy to take it back to them.
After going to several off-road shops and other mechanic shops this place was my last stop walked in received help with in a couple minutes and got answers for every question that I had with no problem these guys are awesome also got a good deal with prices on parts that I need for my old Chevy truck that Im restoring and I will be purchasing within a couple weeks through these guys awesome customer service great attitude and fantastic timing with their service two thumbs up from this customer
Great place to have jeeps and 4×4 work done inc lifts tires wheels ,under coating and Line x, engine swaps to V/8 hemi and LSThey have the know how.I was treated very nicely

This shop does GREAT jeep work! The owner has alot of patience in explantions and his quality of work is exceptional. Great prices and customer service.
I had them do undercoating on my car, it was done very well but there was overspray on my bumper and a weird residue on some of my windows, I think residue from taping off the car.

His services are a rip off. And 99.9% of the time you have to bring the vehicle back in because its never fixed right the first time. Lazy and bad service.

2022-07-15Brought my truck here and gave cash for parts to be ordered, after two weeks they called me in for service appointment, and later on in the evening I realized they used the same parts I had but not the new parts I orderedThat was shady business and I would recommend if anyone have to deal with this people, plié do not give any money upfront but order your own parts and bring them in for service

2022-02-25DONT GO HERE!!!!! from the beginning. build date was pushed back 1 week, after I picked up truck, had 2 come back next day due to griding, sensors not hooked up, cable flopping around hitting everything when driving. 6 months and only 5k miles later, inner front tires are balding/worn down compared 2 outer. brought it back in, they can find nothing wrong, and blame the pot holes!!! They refuse to warranty the tires, but would cut me a deal!!!! straight up scam artist.

2020-07-23I will definitely not be bringing my truck back here again theyve had my truck since a week before june 27th when i told then thats when i needed it back by and they finished the rear end and its now july 23rd and i was told that my truck was done and it wasnt when i went up there and they communication is bad they couldnt tell me twice that my truck was done even tho the first time it wasnt. one of the guys thought it was a joke that they lost my keys and then found tthem locked in my truck still in the ignition and didnt even think to call me and tell me about further parts that were destroyed on my truck and i was told that it was suppose been done on a wednesday then it was thursday and i didnt hear back from anybody so i had to call monday and it was done and no one could still contacted me and not to mention yesterday was july 22nd when i dropped off a steering gear box and i was told my shock mounts came in for my truck yesterday and i was also told that it would be done by this morning when i asked and it is now noon and im told that it still hasnt been looked at or put back in the shop to get fixed. This is ridiculous!! So i might just take my truck to get these 2 things fixed by someone else its almost 5 weeks that theyve had my truck and have been doing nothing and telling me when its going to be done when they are just sitting around doing nothing...
