Clean room in a reasonably quiet Red Roof.The beds were a little flimsy and there are quite a few people who live here if that bothers you.
Best Red Roof Ive been to in years.We were politely accommodated with a super early check in (10am) without an extra charge. I could not appreciate this enough because I got no sleep the night before. We were able to nap from 11 to 7 before going to set up Milford Memories at 8pm.Room was probably renovated recently. Shower head looks new. AC unit looks new.All in all a great stay for the price
The hiring manager Thod is very rude and disrespectful to his employees. I would never recommend this hotel. Just because someone is from a different country does not give you the right to speak and treat people with disrespect.
Positive: Nothing Negative: When I got there I was told my reservation was canceled. It took 45 minutes to get things resolved.
Not bad for one night, I was actually surprised for the price I paid. Its the best you can get for that rate.
Well, Ive had to stay here several months and the improvements made have been fantastic the rooms are clean and good heating and air. I recommend this hotel if visiting Farmington Hills mI
Positive: Location and dog friendly. Negative: I registered and payed for a room with a roll in shower. That did not happen. I am disabled and needed an accessible shower. Also, the tub was full of dead bugs. It was very apparent that it had not been cleaned for quite some time. Floor was dirty all
Positive: The rooms have wifi and new modern furniture and TVs and many outlets for phones right by your bed. Negative: The smokers need a desinated area like a gazebo to sit in so there not in the walkways or hanging at there room doors flicking their butts in walk areas.
Positive: I liked it was close from my relatives home to book and wasn¿t far from their home. Negative: I didn¿t like that it wasn¿t iron and ironing board in room. 2022-02-18If youre thinking about booking here....DO NOT! They have the nerve to make you sign a no smoking contract when the room already smells like cigarettes. They only have one washer and one dryer and they allow guest to leave their clothing in all day so you cant use it. Dirty gloves and trash left under bed. Bathroom floor was super dirty. Theres a LARGE hole in the wall behind the door. No phone in the room but when I called my room while I was out she put me through but failed to mention it didnt even have a phone. The beds are uncomfortable and sit higher at the foot of it for some reason.

2022-05-04Creepy management and maintenance make up reasons to get into your room daily. Told me needed to check my bathroom once cause of room above. I work nights. Very frustrating. Talked to woman in room above and she has no idea. Thinking they trying for a smoking reward, but Im not smoking in room.

2022-06-30Positive: Accomodating front desk clerk and staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Close to freeways and shopping in Novi. Negative: A neighboring room was using an electric skillet w/oil frying pork chops for dinner.Bacon,eggs for breakfast.Fumes were overwhelming. Power outage, likely a tripped breaker from the frying device. Quite a bit if small litter & cig butts on ground/side

2022-06-28Stayed here for over a month with no issues, I file one complaint and the manager of the location refused to allow me to book another night. Petty manager, made me vacate the premises with a 1.5 hour notice after living there for a month. Do not stay here. Spend another $5 a night and get a woodspring suite

2022-03-01They had to switch me rooms due to the fact that there was pet hair everywhere I had to get dressed in the bathroom. Then the front desk clerk calls me in the middle of the night threatening to call the police on me saying that I was taking down the smoke alarm to smoke. When I tried to inform her that it wasn’t me, and that I don’t even smoke she then calls me a liar. THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience of my life. I have never been treated like this.

2022-03-09Blance needs to be fired. I have never met a manager as rude or as condescending as him. This location needs to be shut down. I filed a report to the MDHHS for the serious lack of health and safety standards. I will never stay at any Red Roof after my interaction with this location. The building is absolutely disgusting inside.

2021-12-21Unbelievable! The lady at the counter absolutely refuses to work!I came in after booking online for $51 at 1230 am. She actually told me she cant give me a key because its still the day before in their system. I am tired so I double paid for the room.She refused to give me the same price making me pay 25 dollars more for the room.I will never stay there again. I only double booked because Im exhausted after a 4.5 hour drive.Hopefully the supervisor will be sympathetic later when I approach her.Also, the lady at the counter pretended she was helping me and made me stand there Watching her until she fell asleep right in front of me.Its really crazy!Be warned. You will not be treated with respect here. I never go through trouble writing reviews, but tonight, Im so angry!!!

2022-01-29I would never come to this red roof in!! The worst place Ive stayed at in a long time. My room was dirty and there was a blood stain on my sheets. I also found a bunch of trash under my bed if I wasnt so tired I would of just left! Worst experience Ive had with red roof in! Stay far away from this place waste of money!
