I never like giving reviews that are not good. But, this experience was one I have not had in many many years( it was so different on so many disrespectful levels). This SVS location, needs training on patients first, customers service, and professional. I will be getting their Corporate Office number. Residents/Patients should not have to or feel as though they should go out of the city to get a better experience. Sad part I was referred by a long time patient of theirs. We must do better, but first we should want to do better.
Came here to get Mother’s Day balloons. Nothing fancy in this plaza, but I always find what I need. Safe, well lit, good service just about every store I’ve been in. Convenient right off the Telegraph Road freeway. And right across the street from Detroit Road outreach Church which I love. Glad the displaces here. It really seems to serve the community.
I can see my doctor, I can go in Burlington Coat Factory and do my clothes shopping, I can leave there and go in dollar General or in sun Valley for my food and house whole articles, the beauty supply for grooming, and right on the bus line for home, Redford Plaza is a great place to take care of, just about all your needs.
Plenty of parking around the entire bank of stores. I only visited SVS, which turned out to be an outstanding branch. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by each employee (and as I was leaving also ) Q took care of my broken frames efficiently, professionally, and in a friendly manner. I was very impressed by them all.
Burlington is a good store to purchase things. Good bargains. The staff is extremely friendly and patient. I wish they had more variety in the mens suits and sport jackets. I found a Ralph Lauren suit for 60% off and 3 pair of shoes. The bathrooms should be renovated. Thats the only disappointment.
I went to Burlington and had a nice experience there. They had what I needed, the cashier was pleasant, and the wait time was excellent. But, when I left Burlington the parking lot near the bus stop was pitch black. The rest of the parking lot had lights everywhere and one security truck patrolling. This was a little after 7 pm. No respect for the customers, employees, and the dedicated bus drivers safety!! Smh Be considered and correct the lighting problem immediately. My rating would have been higher but, the parking lot did not sit well with me.
The only reason I would come to this Plaza is because of the krogers but they closed down. So I no longer shop here the Burlington is always cluttered and you can never find anything especially the coats for which they are known for. But they do have a pretty decent dollar store.
I go to Lincoln Behavioral 4 counseling services. The staff is very kind and respectful. They truly care about their patients & want to help people better themselves. They offer a variety of groups for different life issues. I have been going here for almost four years and highly recommend it to family and friends.
I utilize this place all the time. I mean there is so much to offer at this location. The brand new plasma center was just built and opened recently here. There are stores for grocery shopping, nails , shoes, clothes, kids video games, jewelry, dollar stores, cell phones, hardware supplies.. And so much more, like how can you not love the location? And everything in it
Great Plaza I use a few things different kinds of stores in this Plaza one would be Lincoln Behavioral Services another is a new gym opening up called blink and they have the Dollar Tree also and they have a plasma center where you can donate plasma and earn money so its a very cool Plaza to me they also have Burlington Coat Factory just a great Plaza great people and all of these locations stores I should say check it out I love it
Im looking over the decent reviews with bewilderment. Redford Plaza has become a dump. Dirty, dingy, outdated and increasingly empty. Its nowhere near as decent as it was 20 years ago (but then again, neither is the city of Redford, in general.) Remember when there was a Blockbuster Video...a Hallmark store...a Bally Total Fitness...Henry Ford clinic...etc., etc. More and more the stores are becoming less name recognized and more cheap/urban/rinky-dink, and attracting riffraff. It unfortunate that the Kroger left. In the 30+ yrs Ive lived in the city, that was always a supermarket...but considering how run down it became, and who it was attracting in its final years, Im actually glad its gone.Whoever owns this place needs to completely overhaul it, but Im doubting that this happen, considering. Redford Plaza is a sad reflection of what the area is becoming, overall. If the owners are reading this review: DO SOMETHING. Renovate. Clean it up. Lure some more worthwhile stores. If Rainbow, Beauty supply, Dollar Tree and a check cashing place is the best you can offer the community, then perhaps the whole thing should just go.Over the last 10-15 years, I have been generally avoiding this place. When I do occasionally patron one of its stores, its because I need something in a hurry and I usually leave feeling underwhelmed/disgruntle. Its sad that as a long time resident of Redford, these days Id rather do most of my immediate shopping at one of the Livonia shopping plazas than here.
Since the Kroger left its not that busy anymore. There are still a few shops that people go to. I frequent the Ace Hardware and beauty supply store. Burlington is still there along with Footlocker, which expanded. They also have a Dollar Tree and AutoZone. Not sure who might be interested but there is a plasma donation center there as well.
Its become a run down structure with fewer and fewer stores, and these days seems to attract mostly lower income people. My guess is that not too many businesses are interested in opening in this plaza, considering who’s likely to shop there. It’s sad because Redford Plaza used to be nice, but urban decay has set into the area and now people with money and a low tolerance for nonsense would probably rather shop elsewhere.
Store always clean. Everything thing on selves. This is one of the better Dollar tree store. Community loves this place as they did the dollar tree that was located in the old 7 Grand strip mall on grandriver now located on Grand River between six and grandriver. Now a junk store nothing on selves. Have to get stuff out of box they where shipped in. Company refuse hire adquite help. That store was moved from into on two main busy street ( black community). Thumbs down to dollar tree located there.People need jobs, but you dont treat like trash, but their making money for owner of dollars tree.
It’s really sad that they close the Kroger now people are going to Aldis, down telegraph. Footlocker has expanded the Payless is still there, FELLAS, dollar tree, Burlington, beauty supply, the space also holds the mental health facility, weave shop, Nail shop, VILLA, rainbow & rainbow kids, Happys pizza, Aco hardware
The reason that I gave this plaza 4 stars is because it is a little ghetto I only went into the Dollar Tree of this plaza but the Dollar Tree was okay had what I needed Lions were kind of long but it was Christmas Eve everything else I cant lost for in that plaza have not been to that plaza and over a year

2022-05-01Great strip mall! Shopping 🛍 🏬 🛒 plaza. Good service and nice people working 💪 👷♂️ here. Plenty of places to shop at here. Need a little love around here for the paying tenants and customers. Hint..hint! I was out in about driving 🚗 around town looking for yardsales and found a another new place to shop 🙃. Multiple businesses on site to spend your money 💰 🤑 💸 and time ⏲️ 😑 at. Googlers got pics 📸! Definitely try this Mini Mall out.

2022-03-17This grocery store is just about perfect. Starting to shop here instead of Meijers. Only thing I miss is the convenience of their rotisserie chickens. The high rating is in part due to its proximity. As the big M is a 10 minute drive one way. Sun is 2 minutes.

2022-06-09Umm went 4 weeks and got pink and white coffin shaped full set, after two weeks I went back for a fill in and cut the nails shorter for work. I am now soaking them off and my nail beds are infected! I have never experienced something like this. I am freaking out and I will NEVER return here ! I wish I could you all no darn stars. This is ridiculous. Your number doesnt work and when I returned to question this you act like youre unaware of how it happened or how to fix it.. this is disgusting! This is a definitely a fungus Or just cheap products!

2022-06-19The groceries at Sun Valley are way over priced! The vegetables and fruit arent fresh. Just go down the road to Randazzos instead.
