I dont need to stay to feel comfortable paying for the work or give him a healthy tip. And he does a great job every time...the carpets look like they did when I moved in. Scheduling was easy, too. I like these folks and the customer-keeping culture theyve built.August 2017: Their breadth of services was very helpful. Pedro did an excellent job of taking notes of what was needed. Coordinating with all of his subcontractors created some problems, though.

Comment: The tech Allan that came out to do the carpet cleaning was very nice and professional. The three star rating is for being late 45 minutes. When I called the main line no one answered so I assumed no one coming to do the service. I was moving in three days so I was a little stressed. When tech arrived he explained that he didnt receive notification until the day of my appointment that the service window was from 8am to 9am. So three stars due to that NOT being my problem but a problem within the company communicating effectively with their employees. I requested a discount for the tardiness but was refused due to my rate being the lowest rate. The tech offered to throw in some additional services to the cleaning. I informed him it was a rental so I have no investment in the property or carpet for that matter.

Comment: Years ago REDi installed laminate throughout my new home. I had movers coming in a few days, but the installation crew found that sections of subfloor needed repair. More work requiring more time. Most company’s would have said, “Sorry, you’ll have to reschedule your mover.” REDi did not. Instead they worked from early in the morning to late at night and completed the job on schedule. What’s more, they charged a very modest amount for the extra work. Recently, I had water damage to the laminate in front of my sink. The insurance company, who refused to pay for the damages, told me I would have to replace all the flooring in the kitchen. Another expert said it would be impossible to fix the floor with the nine leftover boards I had in storage ( the flooring was discontinued and that was all I had). Well, Redi did the impossible. The floor is perfect! What’s more, Raul, who did the work was professional, polite and could not have been nicer. I gave this company 5 stars eight years ago, and I’m doing it again. 👍

At the very last minute I realized I just could not complete the cleaning of the rest of the house--I had done a lot already and would have preferred being able to customize what the cleaners were to do. Redi only offered packages, so some of the work was redundant, but all-in-all those women saved my breeches! They came in the DAY I requested them and made the house very presentable. They were on time, communicative as to what time they would show up. They asked about stains that needed to be removed, I showed them three areas that needed a lot of TLC. As they were cleaning the tough spots, they asked what I “tried” to use to clean them:Resolve carpet cleaner. Will never use Resolve again! Five star service.I almost removed one star because they will give you a two hour window and on neither occasion were they even close to arriving within that time frame. I had to call and have the company contact the cleaner both times.However, having said that, the quality of the cleaning was such that I can’t in good conscience give them less than five stars.Additionally, I called to complement the service and got the ladies’ names so that I can request them again. I was honest with my response, so the owner called me up and insisted they would try again. They tried again and there was a slight improvement, but it was because the carpet fibers were destroyed and would not get any cleaner.I really appreciated the true effort from this company, and their willingness to go the extra mile to make a customer happy.I would recommend and definitely use them again.

The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was lack of response on multiple calls regarding progress and when the rug would be ready. In addition to offering several options to clean white wool area rug - they took the time to educate me to the options, and potential issues for colorful wool Persian area rugs. California Steam Clean came in and installed new vinyl flooring, carpet, all of our bathroom sinks, redid the entire kitchen, installed sliding glass doors, french doors, painted the entire inside of the house, etc. etc... After all was said and done we are extremely happy with the result. The house went from a space I wasnt comfortable living in, to a place I hope to stay in for a long time. For us, they painted the interior and painted/stained the outside redwood deck, replaced carpeting and brought in and placed new landscape bark. They also provided suggestions for other trades that we needed, such as plumbing and window replacement. They coordinate the most efficient scheduling for their own work and the work by others. We worked mostly with Pedro who is very helpful, responsive and nice. We also had a great experience with the office staff.

Elisa Chieffo is always so generous to the youth in our community, so involved in our local real estate community and always with a smile. I had 3 couches and an ottoman that I love, but with 3 athletic boys and their friends sitting on them and 2 dogs and a cat.... there was a smell. Elisa sent over 2 amazing cleaners and they spent well over 3 hours doing everything to get the “smell” out.It smells like they are brand new and so clean!
