Comment: Reeves-Reeves and Associates have provided our insurance needs for the past several years and I am pleased to say that it was a great choice. The Reeves family and all of there staff work hard to take care of me and my family. For example, it was Christmas Eve at midnight we were returning home from a family get together and we opened the door into the house to see water pouring out of second floor creating a waterfall into the kitchen, family, bathroom, and living room. Long story short, the Reeves group were instrumental in helping us find not just any place but a clean and safe place to live, for 3 months out of our house during reconstruction, with four kids under under five. They saved us.Jammie, Paul, Steve and all the all the staff are great to work with. They take the time to answer my question, review my insurance needs closely, recommend changes, and always look for ways to save money. And finally, they all are cordial, upbeat, and, what I truly appreciate, they return calls promptly. They take good care of us. Thanks to all!

Comment: Let me start by saying, I don’t wish for anybody to be involved in an accident, unfortunately it happens and when it does, I do wish they had insured themselves with Reeves-Reeves, the best decision I could’ve made. To have dipped my car was terrible enough, but to think of getting a rental, making calls, etc, also was detrimental. Was blown away at the professionalism by the staff in handling not only my claim, but we’ll me! They really had my back from the gate, and stayed consistent, honest, and quickly settled any and all matters and concerns, and payoff for my vehicle was way more then I expected!!! Thank you kindly to all staff at Reeves-Reeves, I highly recommend Reeves for all your insurance matters, you will not be disappointed, i for one was not!!👏🏽🙏🏾

Comment: I have been with Verizon and Reeves now for 22 years.Whoa… time drives fast! ButReeves has always taken care of me, (like I was one of there own lol) they have covered my asssets and looked out for me. I have seen first hand, when you think your covered but come to find out. Your Not! Dont gamble with this decision its not worth it.So…you could save a couple bucks. When you need them, they won’t have your back.
