Comment: My truck was brought to their shop For repairs from a accident caused by Tie rod Breaking, they said frame was not damaged, but the entire front suspension needed rebuilt.I took the truck to another shop. Only to find out regal Gave me false information, the frame was damaged.

Comment: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK/SUV!!Unauthorized usage of my vehicle adding 70+ miles to my car.. About 15,000k in repairs. Respectfully questionable of their honesty and respect to the customer. Even as I complained about the usage of my vehicle and the mileage. It was denied by the employees Jim and Bill denied, strung that test drives are only 5-7 miles. Kirk came out of the garage stating “I test drove the hell out of that car”. Not to mention that I seen Kirk driving my vehicle in town and did not even inform me of this. Also, adding a puncture hole in my driver seat. Unfortunately it is sad that they could not even replace the gas that they used as a test drove the hell out of my car. Please respectfully take your vehicle somewhere else. Anywhere but, Here!!

Comment: Ill make it short and plain. I brought my car there to have my front bumper repaired (replaced) I hit a dog 🐕 on the freeway on my way to work Sunday morning🥺🥺 couldnt avoid it. Anyway they did a good job on the bumper but I had a little paint missing off my left sensor cap they took all the paint off of it and just left it white but they painted everything else. I thought that was very petty. And no they didnt just miss it my car is grey and the white is in very plane sight.

Comment: 2015 Challenger SRT I had damaged the front spoiler and cross mount plastic housing (air scoops to breaks, etc, etc) They took care of everything (sourcing the parts, doing the repairs). I had an issue with tire balance, so I brought it back and they took care of it. I had an issue where I damaged the spoiler again...they took care of it. Really a great outfit.

Comment: Ive had collison repairs done at a competitors shop in Vallejo and was not completely satisfied with the results. Bill and the entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. The service they provided was stellar; they repaired our vehicle to the manufacturers specifications of safety. The car looked better than it went in. It looked like a new car to us. We hope we never need Regal Collision again but when we do they will be our go to collision repair shop.

Comment: I dropped off my car for repair and they kept me updated everyday through text about the process with my car. I was expecting to get my car fixed in 2 weeks. But after a week I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. George even asked me if I need a ride to get there knowing I’m from San Leandro and they’re from Vallejo. When I get there to pick up my car, I noticed that they missed the window so I showed them the scratch caused by the accident. It wasn’t their fault tho. I’ve been to other body shop to get an estimate and they missed the window also. So back to my story, they said that they gonna change the glass and bring it to the tint shop to get it tinted again. And I can come back tomorrow to pick up my car. I asked them if they can tint the other side of my window too and I’ll just pay out of my pocket because it wasn’t included from the accident. So the next day they called that my car is ready. I really loved the outcome! It looks brand new and never been into an accident! They did vacuum inside my car, washed the outside and polished. And for the tint that I asked, George said don’t worry about it. I was so happy and satisfied with their service! Highly recommend 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
