2022-03-26I rent an office here. I was unable to get in my office for over a month. The key pad wouldnt allow me to enter. Had been deprogramed. It took a month to fix. Other then that almost two years not a problem

2022-04-20DO NOT UTILIZE REGUSDONT DO ITDONT DO ITThey are scammers and they rip you off. My entire time doing business with them I had billing issues( always the wrong charge) . They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , you get the run around and no real help. Scam is all I can day Regus SUCKS MAJORLY . I would not suggest to any business owner because this place ducks. No real humans to talk to and they do not follow there own cancellation policy. They charge your card without permission. I tried being professional and it hot me nowhere with these idiots. DONT USE REGUS ππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎ

2022-01-02The place is as good as most Regus. However, the light had a problem. It kept cutting off all day long; the front disk person was so nice, and tried hard to fix the problem but no hope

2020-09-07I would not recommend this place to anyone. Several of the tenants , including myself, had their property stolen from our rental units. This had to have been done by a regus or building employee because it was done over a weekend when we all out of the office and our units were locked! Yet, regus management took no responsibility and did nothing! If you value security of your property dont do business with regus!

2019-07-22Be wary of their fake 5-star reviews. Not real customers. Im a real customer. After being promised 24/7 access to their offices, I was locked out for 3 straight weekends (which is when i work most). So I leave to get an office thats actually OPEN for me and i get slammed with a lawsuit. Yes......you treat your customers right. After numerous chances given to Regus to fix the issue of me being locked out of my own office, Regus did not even bother. They didnt even care to take responsibility for it but blamed the building staff. And Im the one getting smacked with a lawsuit? 3 children and a herniated disc, a small-time citizen now needing to go up against Regus? Do we live as serfs?

2021-04-02Avoid like the plague! They put me under contract, then sold my space I was paying for to someone else and refused to give a refund! They refused to honor their contract. Thieves!

2017-04-13The building is nice but customer service is outrageous and nonresponsive. They overcharged me and blamed it on me. Sara the office district manager has no control and the office manager fadel cant admit when he is wrong. I waited 5 days for a response from management and still my issues is unresolved. Filing a complaint with corporate as we speak. On the phone now.

2020-05-22The girls at the front are very friendly. The leasing process can be dismal. New coffee machine is cool, but doesnt have decaf.

2016-09-19I spoke with Sara about renting some office space here. This is a new location that just opened in 2016 it seems, but its in a more ideal location then my current office.I went in uncertain of things but was pleased to find this space has everything I need and more. I have rented dedicated office space and co-working space in various locations/states and I was surprised to find this space was considerably less expensive then I anticipated.The 2 people I spoke with Sara and Fadel were simply excellent, taking time to answer all my questions during and after the visit. I was especially pleased to find Sara listened to my particular business needs and made some suggestions and offered options in the office that would specifically suite my needs.Im just moving in, but they did a fantastic job of listening to my needs and offering a solution that was helpful for me. I fully anticipate using the space will go well.

2019-03-01I went there to sign up to deliver meals as one my jobs.It was a fine place and quite businesslike and official and pleasant to go to .I found it quite easily in an area I didnt know that well ...A nice building from the outside with a good deal of parking ...in a parklike setting too.
