I’ve been taking my cars to Reliable for years. Kenny and Tim are great! They are friendly and honest. They trouble shoot problems quickly, tell you what they’re going to do and get it done quickly. I highly recommend taking your car to them for repair work.
They were great. Explained to me what was wrong. Fixed it within 2 hours after they looked at it. Fixed what needed to Fixed. Didnt add on anything additional. Told me about upcoming maintenance that will need to be done around spring. I always worry when I bring my car in for repairs. They did not take advantage of my lack if knowledge regarding car repairs
We have been taking our vehicles to Reliable Auto for almost a year now. With the pandemic our previous mechanic of 20+ years was always busy to fit us in. We were skeptical to try somewhere new but needed a diagnosis ASAP, so we gave Reliable Auto a try. Best decision we could have made! We have since taken our vehicles there several times for repairs and general maintenance. The service is always prompt and affordable. The staff is EXCELLENT! We will forever be a customer of Reliable Auto as theres no one else we would entrust our vehicles with. As time, safety, and money are of importance to everyone. Reliable Auto makes sure to do the job with those three things in mind!!
Tim was so accommodating and told me he couldnt get to my car right away, but could bring it in anytime. (His lot was full of cars needing service.) A few days later he called to say that all I needed was a new battery! I had been told that I needed a new alternator!! Being naive and not being a mechanic, I would have agreed to an alternator. He assured me that only the battery had to be replaced.I respect his honesty and integrity. Reliable Auto Service will be my place to go from now on.
I had a replacement of neutral safety switch on my toyota highlander.. itsVery nice place theyre Honest and fast Professional service.. they deserve more than 5 stars
Came in expecting to spend well over $1000 for general maintenance, they inspected my car and told me the total charge was under $100. Very honest and happy to do business with them them in the future.
Annie and Tim are amazing. They make every customer feel like family. The last time I stopped up, Annie gave my boys a guided tour of the shop, which they were thrilled about. It makes me so sad to see a hater tearing down a good, kind, decent business that gives back so much and does everything they can to improve the community. Id trust Reliable Auto with my cars, my kids and just about anything else precious to me.

This is the place to go for both major and minor repairs. I just got my engine replaced by them and it only took a week. Also, they found me the best price for a reliable engine. After I get my car back I never have any issues. They even give you a coupon around Christmas time for $25 off your next service. This place was recommended to me by a family friend and I’m so glad it was. I won’t take my car anywhere else. 10/10 service.
They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, found another during their test drive and, after consulting me, quickly fixed that problem as well. I wish we lived closer.

Courteous and affordable!Well my opinion has changed after spending over $2k on having brake lines repaired and tension pulley replaced, supposedly.Brakes leak, tension pulley still making the same noise.
Reprogrammed transmission and replaced a lost bolt holding my stone protector. Did a great job. Would have been 5 stars except I was not given an estimate. However price was resonable. I will still go back next time.
I chose this place because of their positive reviews and proximity to my work. I also like to support small businesses when I can. I had rear rotors and brake pads installed plus an oil change. $350 for everything, which is pretty fair. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional and the job was done by the time I finished work, so there was no waiting around. They’re not allowing anyone inside due to Covid, so the guy met me outside, ran my card, and I was on my way home in minutes. The only negative was that I needed a tire repaired but they don’t have the equipment to take the tire off the rim to do a repair, so I have to go somewhere worse to get that done. Otherwise, I’m very satisfied!
Had two vehicles in for work. Chevy Cruz for intake gasket/oil change and mustang For custom exhaust tips installation. They had mustang done in within an hour and Chevy Cruz the next day. Kenny and the crew are all very professional and go above and beyond what’s needed. I appreciate all the work they did and how prompt! I would highly recommend reliable auto service center to anyone.

I brought my 2012 Fusion in to have a fluid leak checked and also the brakes checked. The leak was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Front brakes also done. Work was first class and done at a fair price. Very professional people. I would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service, and came highly recommended. The workers are passionate and want the best for you. The labor costs were higher than I would of liked, but I would pay it again and again if it meant them working on my car to make sure it works properly. I have a car with high mileage so it needed good care.
Fantastic service! Tim was very patient with me, and fully explained my options. I feel I got a fair price for the exhaust work I had done. And although the shop is very busy the work was well done, in well under 24 hours! The office was clean and comfortable, not a grease fest, and there was no dirt or grease left in the interior of my car. I will return for any other repair work I may need, and I highly recommend Reliable.

I had previously gone to a mechanic that shall not be named and got quoted for some bizarre things and high prices. I called Reliable Auto, got a much lower quote. When I went into the shop I was pleased at how nice every worker was as well as how nice the lobby was (silly to note but anywhere that offers coffee and candy and comfy stools should be noted). They got the struts and sway bar links done on my jeep in a timely fashion, and saved me additional money on top of the already lower quote. I appreciate that they werent out to scam me. I will continue to take my vehicle back here and recommend it to others.

I usually dont believe in these reviews but I have to post my experience with Reliable Muffler. Me being a woman and not knowing much about cars I took my car here to fix my muffler. Now I have been to other shops and know that I was taken for as far as giving me a fair estimate. Reliable gave me a great price, went out of his way to fix my car and keep it up to parr. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. He did the car that same day and within an hour. Very professional and very courteous. My mechanic was Tim and i want to personally say thank you for a job well done and helping me out with my issue on my car. Its nice to know there are still honest people in this world!!!!! Lina

This Veteran owned repair shop is the ONLY place I go anymore. Straight shooters...fair prices...wicked quick service...the UTMOST professionals and QUALITY work. I discovered them a couple of years ago and I wont take my vehicles to anybody else. Recommended without hesitation. Give them a call 😀
Very amazed with how fast they got my car pulled in without an appointment. Very friendly staff. You can tell the are the type of company that likes to get the job done they also offer free shuttle service. They also had no problem letting me come out and see what was wrong with the muffler
I brought car in for 100,000 mile checkup and everything was done to perfection. Was even told if I could wait one more day they could save me $150. Awesome!
The starter is my Ford Ranger took a crap about a week ago at the State Farm office across the street from Reliable. I attempted the repair myself, but got in over my head with this attempt and decided I would take it to a shop. Right across the street was Reliable and I figured Id give it a shot and I am glad I did. I went in and told them the problem I was having and they came across the street to troubleshoot it. They didnt just skip trying to pinpoint the problem and sell me something I didnt need. They made an honest attempt to get my truck started, but had no luck. They gave me an honest estimate about the cost of the repairs, but didnt try to scare or pressure me into anything. I thought the quote was very reasonable and decided to let them do the repairs. About an hour later, they called me up and told me my truck was ready to go. They were quick and did a good job of getting my truck going again. To top it all off, I received a nice thank you card from their staff for my business - this is the right way to do business. More companies should take note of how Reliable does business because they dont just cut contact with you once you leave and act like youre just another number. They take the time to make sure the job is done right and appreciate everyones business. I would definitely take my truck or car here again.

Couldnt duplicate the original complaint, but found some things that may have caused the initial problem. Only time will tell. Very cautious with the whole covid thing, procedures in place for everyones safety. First time here, my first impression was acceptable.

I must admit that I was impressed and overwhelmed by their professionalism, not attempting to sell me service(s), etc. that may not have been necessitated, and qualtity assuarance as to their service and parts. This is, most certainly, an establishment of which I would recommend to anyone in need of REALIBLE vehicular services and maintenance. To not go there is a sin; especially when knowing that the quality of business is far above the rest.
Took my vehicle for an steering alignment. They call me telling me about all these other issues that have nothing to do with what I asked for and refused to do the alignment without fixing the other issues.. Be careful who you take your vehicle to know what needs to be done ahead of time so you dont get taken for a ride.

I would put 0 stars if i could. They welded a muffler on my truck. Its august 3 years later since ive been there. They welded a muffler onto my truck and had to use a spacer to fit it in correctly. The spacer completely rusted after the 3 years and my mufflers hanging. I took it up there and the owner blamed my bent tailpipe on their spacer rusting and breaking. The bend on the tailpipe was from a pile of snow over this passed winter (remind you were a couple days away from september so no i havent been driving around with my exhaust flying in the wind). I asked, is the spacer supposed to rust away like that after 3 years?. He said, well you backed into something and thats what caused this. If what he said was true then it wouldve been broken for 6-7 months now. The owner wanted to charge about $100 to make me a new tailpipe, i said no so he took it off the rack and went right back into his office without saying anything. Owner sucks, no customer service, and they wont gurantee that their work will last more than 3 years (more like UNreliable). Go somewhere else of you can.

I had been dealing with different mechanics for a year for front suspension problems and getting the wrong, costly, repairs done before I happened on Reliable Auto. One visit and my problem was taken care of the same day at a very reasonable cost.
Because I work at the hospital the owner took initiative to finish my car because I had to work the next day... even though we have this pandemic going on their system is right on point very nice and respectful group of man patient a true to their word thanks again.

Reliable Auto Works felt baited and entrapped after repeatedly telling them that I dont get a paycheck till Friday but I just need my muffler fixed if theyre not able to do anything for me I didnt want work done on my vehicle they ensured me that all I would need is a card on file and I would be able to return on Friday to make a full payment after the work was done and okayed by me they tried to run my card for the full amount I repeatedly told him there was no money on my card that I get my paycheck on Fridays he then turned and looked at me and told me that it was declined if I would like my car I need to pay it in full I feel that I was misled and led into an entrapment now I am going a week without my vehicle due to the Crooked business workings of the owner way to take advantage of your community and clients
For some time Ive been dealing with another source for my vehicles...I have been very disappointed until I found Reliable Auto Service, this place is very nice and well kept, the staff members are awesome...these guys are very good at what they do...If honest hard working mechanic(s) are what your looking for these guys are highly recommended !!!! 👍👍👍👍

2022-06-27I am an automotive repair shop owner in Hughesville, Maryland and had one of our fleet customers broken down in Taylor, Michigan in need of repair. Tim at Reliable Auto Service Center took great care of our customer at a more than fair price to get them back up and running. 2021-12-21This place has been ripping me off ever since I first took my vehicle there. They have been fixing things but not my original problem. The last time I took my Vehicle their they over charged me for a Starter replacement by $200. The bill came to $500. They put in supposedly a $329. Starter I had I clue they were going to install. I can get a starter for $60. but they wouldnt make money by charging me the honest price. I saw the exact starter online for $55. so all the rest of the money went into their pockets. They have been scamming me n doing extra work in my Vehicle and charging me so much money. I have spent close to $2000. there. I had told them I dont have extra money being on Disability n have had to keep borrowing money n also that my Vehicle has close to 200,000 miles on it do not want expensive parts put on it but they did anyway without my permission. I only found out the total cost after the job was done. When I told the owner he backed the manager up by basically calling me a liar. I have no reason to lie.

2022-06-14Reliable Auto Service Center was very prompt in diagnosing my issue and then giving me a rough estimate for repair time. They were transparent about the issue my car experienced and the price it would take to have it repaired. Id definitely use this company again!

2022-05-10Excellent service. Had a newer model chevy traverse that needed fuel pump replacement. They had it in and out in 2 days. Highly recommend reliable auto for all your automobile needs, not to many shops around that are as honest as these guys, thanks Kenny and tim!!

2022-07-19Reliable Auto Service Center did a great job fixing the air conditioner on my car along with installing new axle CV shafts. I think the price was a little high, but you get what you pay for.

2022-06-28Ive been using this shop for years for a lot of my vehicles and Ive got an old 99 Buick and I thought I would never be able to drive it again. Kenny and Tim do phenomenal work Im in a work and Im still driving my vehicle at 96000 miles thanks to them.
