Kathy Christo did an amazing job as our agent through the whole process; showing, selling and buying. When we sold our home, she knew exactly where the price needed to be that would generate the highest and best offer. When looking for our new home, we were extremely picky with what we were looking for and Kathy quickly focused our search efforts on the homes that matched. In this market, we knew it was going to be difficult to get offers accepted. She is extremely knowledgeable on the current market and what it takes to gain offer acceptance. She worked in concert with our mortgage broker to ensure our offer was accepted by the seller. Kathy is very strategic, aggressive, available, prompt, knowledgeable, and most important; honest. Goes͏ Way BehondNot only did I find Cynthia very knowledgable which was a relief as I am not..... but the added dimension of staging the house was such a winner. Cynthia bringsa great deal of expertise in selling the house and also making the house so attractive with her expert designer skills, that people would walk in and the next thing you knew, there was an offer. I was so taken by this I even began to think, did I really want to move, the house looks so nice? But for reasons that did not have to do with my house, yes I did need to move. I believe Cynthia can just about sell any house as mine was not easy to sell, but she sold it and sold it at a very good price. You cannot go wrong with an agent that brings so incredibly much into the transaction as Cynthia does.

When I decided that I should maybe buy a house instead of throwing my money away to paying rent I did not know where to start or anything about morgage loans. My family and friends just told me to contact a realtor and they will do all that stuff for me, however I was afraid of getting screwed or takin advantage of by just any realtor or mortgage broker. I had spoke with a few realtors at first that didnt quite seem to have my interest in mind so I was deterred from the whole home buying process, then I met Sylvia and noticed her Canadian accent and thought to myself Canadians are always nice, yet sorry for everything so I thought Id give her a chance to sell me a home. Sylvia German proved to be so much more then I expected! She seemed to read read me as a person and knew what I wanted in a home more so then I did! Yet helped me find a morgae broker that got me a record low rate and educated me on everything I needed to know and even prevented me from offering too much money for a home. Sylvia is one of the most personable yet professional realtors I know of and helped me find the perfect unique home for my unique self. Thank you Sylvia, Youre the best!

Kate Saulsberry is everything you would hope for in a real estate agent. Helped my in-laws downsize to a home in the country perfect for them, and helped me and my fiance buy our first home. Went here for help with home rentals. Not a whole lot of options, just a few. Not sure where to go for an abundance of home rental options, but this place isnt it. Ill visit a place like this when its time to buy.
