Comment: Art constantly litters our neighborhood with his flyers. No one wants to pick up unwanted flyers from their doorstep, let alone all throughout the neighborhood. All of these photos are from just this week, but this has been an ongoing issue for months. I’ve tried to reach out to him personally on multiple occasions, but the problem persists.

Comment: One of their associates, AUTHUR ALDERETE, threw marketing TRASH on my property, when requested to pick it up he never responded. I asked for his broker to contact me, crickets. I have a very obvious sign up that tells them NO but he did it anyway. Also CA RE Law requires that all advertising has the license number on it. There is no license number either. I had to go to the DRE and follow the trail back to find his broker who I will be contacting tomorrow to get the trash picked up off my property.
