Unfortunately I cannot recommend Cheryl. The beginning process was fine, no complaints. The end, sorry to say, was a completely different story. She was nowhere to be found and dealing with her associate Erica Higham was a really unpleasant experience. Certain things were not disclosed to us and the way we were spoken to and treated was uncalled for. We removed our playset as requested except for the base that was frozen in the ground because it’s January and left a few cans of paint in the basement and Erica called us “the worst clients she’s had in 20yrs”. Meanwhile, the home we purchased was left in absolute disgusting condition that’s going to take a lot of time and money to repair. I understand that once their checks cleared they don’t have a reason to care. But it just makes me sad because we had high hopes for our experience. I’m not sure what the issues were but I suspect if you are not a POC or an interracial couple like us you won’t have the problems with Erica Higham that we did. I completely stand by this review and if you’re reading this feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to give more specific details to save you from going thru what we did.

My family worked with Mary Hipol at Remerica in Canton. The experience was the least positive of all of the transactions I have ever had buying or selling a home and that includes at least 5 so far. I will not contact Mary Hipol for my next one.

Used Remerica for a home Im renting. Couldnt be happier! Leonard was a great representative, took care of all my paperwork and cleared up any issues. In the age of misrepresentation, Im glad I had someone on my side!
