Comment: Ive been with this State Farm office since I started driving in 2019. My mother and father have been with this office since 2011. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and accommodating. Multiple people in the office have helped me to get my payment down as much as possible while maintaining great coverage. Any time I need documents, they immediately help me and email them to me. I cant even count the number of times Ive asked them to send me a copy of my insurance card, yet they still do it with a smile and friendly disposition. Its easy to make appointments or just walk in. There have been times where I considered going to a different insurance company to get a lower rate, like the general. But ultimately, I could never leave State Farm because I trust my insurance agent. I know they will take care of me in the event I have an accident, and its ridiculously easy to get someone on the phone when i need assistance. No waiting in a que. I cant say the same thing for other companies.

Comment: Had an issue a few months back with a claim, was sent payment for repair but all of a sudden the payment was voided. It was so unprofessional and very irritating. During the pandemic wait times to get a car fixed were 3 months behind and I was more than done with the situation but Tiffany at the Statefarm office worked some magic and had the claims department honor our previous agreement. Thanks so much to her. With her help my car was fixed and paid for in no time .

Consistently the team at this office go above and beyond to support me and have for over 15 years of my life! I cannot recommend this office more highly for their true compassion, care, and support of their customers.Tammy Mullins is one of the team members I have had the pleasure of working with and I cannot say enough great things about her help and support! Most recently I purchased a car that had a bit of bad luck associated with it. Within 1 year Tammy helped me with 3 claims on my car (Wind shield, Vandalism, and getting rear ended) moving to 2 different cities, and double checked the coverage on my plan time and time again to make sure it was what I needed within my budget.Tammy not only had the patience to listen to what I was going through each time but gave me great advice and even continued to call and follow up once everything was settled just to make sure there wasn’t anything else needed. This AMAZING support calmed my stress and made the processes as easy as possible. Comment: My agent, Tiffany Varao, was awesome to work with! I initially only had an auto insurance policy, but Tiffany informed me that I could potentially save a lot of money if I combined my homeowners policy with my auto policy. I agreed, and she provided me with a new quote in addition to showing me how much I would save. It was definitely a much better deal to combine my policies, so I went ahead and switched my homeowners policy over to state farm. It was such a seamless process. And Tiffany was wonderful to work with.

Comment: Thank you Tiffany and other staff members for helping me today with my accident claim. You guys were on top of it and very helpful with the process of filing a claim, the staff was very understanding and professional. Ive never been In a accident so I cant image how my 18 year son felt this morning as the vehicle spun out (due to flooding on the freeway) and collided with the retaining wall, he wasnt hurt and no other vehicles were involved thank the lord. Tiffany and the claim department made me feel at ease and made it very easy on me to handle everything and answer all my questions regarding this claim. Thank you State Farm and Tiffany for all your help today, you guys are amazing.

Comment: I absolutely ADORE Ian and Jocelyn. Ian is my rep and he is incredible, he gets things done for me swiftly but carefully and super duper friendly !!! Actually Rena herself even has even taken time out of her weekend to respond to an email I had to her! WOW! Talk about amazing customer service!! They are always there to help me quickly, clearly, very professional but at the same time bery extremely friendly which I love! I’ve left State Farm twice to other insurance companies but for only maybe a 20 dollar difference? No thank you. No other insurance company has done what Rena and her team have done for me all these years. I have been with Rena since I was 19 and I am 39 now. I have my Renters, Life and Car insurance with them and I have never had major issues. Anything small they immediately take care of for me and explain things to me so I understand it all. I’ve been with Rena at State Farm since 1999 and not once ever been disappointed. I have always gotten the best personal service from all of her staff. They were even able to help me immediately financially through my tough times a few years ago. I’ve tried other companies for car insurance too. Never works out. State Farm has the best prices and best personal customer service ever for me. I will never go anywhere else!

Any issues or problems I have had over the years her office has handled for me with super timely and hassle free service, Id be crazy to steer away, highly recommend Renas staff and state farm!
