Comment: Im immensely thankful for the fantastic experience I had with this agency. I made an advance booking and payment, and although I had to wait around 10 minutes for the clerk, they made up for it by generously providing a complimentary upgrade when the compact cars were unavailable. The return process was equally seamless, taking just about 5 minutes. The only minor bump in the road was waiting approximately 15 minutes for the booth attendant to arrive at the exit pickup. Overall, Im extremely appreciative of the wonderful service! Excellent!
