Comment: I have had two experiences with the Fresno airport rental car services, and this is what I know now that they DONT tell you...BRING A CREDIT CARD!!! You can NOT rent a vehicle at the Fresno airport terminal with a debit card - you have to have an actual credit card. You WILL be turned away.What appears to be several competing rental car agencies waiting for your business, is a facade!!! Enterprise, Budget, Avis - ALL the same company!It does absolutely NO good to get out of line in hopes about rental car counter is going to be faster and more helpful or even cheaper for that matter.No overtime allowed to their employees, so never have enough agents to assist passengers who have just disembarked. Expect to be waiting for an extremely, excessive amount of time! That being said, get off the plane as fast as you can and get in the rental car line BEFORE you get your bags out of baggage claim.You will be able to pick out your luggage coming in on the conveyor since it is adjacent to the rental car waiting line.I have been turned away at this FAT rental counter with my confirmation number, reservation and prepaid deposit! All because I didnt have a credit card! There is no signage, literature, NOTHING anywhere posted in the terminal or online, requiring a credit card to purchase. My feeling is, there arent enough cars to go around - so why prepay with a deposit and have a reservation with a confirmation number??? Be prepared as I was forced to get myself an Uber, to then take me to an official, REAL rental car agency, and pick out a vehicle using my debit card.The Fresno airport should be accountable for such shoddy business practices. This should be an outstanding service extended to passengers, residents and visitors to Fresno and the surrounding Valley. Be prepared!!!

Comment: Recently I rented a car from alamo. When I got to the airport they said it was more than an hour wait for a car. They were at least 20 people waiting for cars. So this time I decided to use hertz. I thought they would have better service. Wrong. I got to the airport at the time of my reservation and they told me they had no cars ready and I have to wait 20 to 25 minutes. Im still waiting...

Comment: Terrible service. Was transferred 3 times between the same office because they couldnt figure out how call waiting works. Reserved vehicle on website and was told the day of its been sold out for weeks and they only have one luxury vehicle. Terrible customer service all around. Use anyone but enterprise.

Comment: Another place where I wish you could give 6 stars! There arent very many bakeries around anymore let alone good bakeries and Longs is better than good. Everything tasted fresh and homemade and as good if not better than we can make at home. We were definitely impressed with all of the baked goods they offer. The peanut butter and chocolate brownies are incredible as well as the giant Swiss cake roll sections. Definitely worth driving an hour away!

Comment: Booked through Hotwire for Enterprise, didnt see anything about needing a credit card. But even then they took the money from my bank 3 days before I was even suppose to get the car. Then the day I went to get it there were difficulties and unfortunately I couldnt get the car. I was trying to figure things out and trying to get another car or a refund and the guy through the phone laughed at me. It was very rude that he laughed, I was obviously stressed out and it felt like no one at Enterprise was even remotely interested in trying to help me. Would give 0 stars if I could.
