Unprofessional experience! Went in, filled out all the paper work, they did their reference checks to verify all the information. We went in the next day they said everything was fine and good to go we put the money down and all. They gave us a delivery date and time. When we called on the delivery day they say they couldn’t deliver anymore because the information wasn’t “verified” and our order was canceled. So why would you tell us it was all good and verified if it wasn’t. Liars and unprofessional do not visit this location!

THIS PLACE IS ONE BIG RIP-OFF! If you want to pay at least DOUBLE for cheap Ashley furniture that wears out and breaks very easily then this place is for you! If you have good credit then you have no business coming here & if you have bad or no credit then only come here as a VERY LAST RESORT! Youd be better off going to the Gardner-White thats in the same parking lot.Whats even worse is if you miss a payment they will call you 3x a day and will even send people to knock on your door multiple times a week. You can always call corporate and complain and say theyre harassing you and nine times out of 10 theyll give you a free week or more.

The people who work here are very unprofessional!!!! I have called numerous times to get the date of my payments to reflect my payday and every time I call they say its taken care of and then I get late fees and multiple phone calls!!!!! They dont listen. I wish I never started any contracts with this location!!!! Its costing me more with the late fees every two weeks!

I been with rent a center for um teen years and they are friendly reliable very clean very respectful people they always call me when they have deals and sales and they are very courtesy to me as always I love them😘😁👍🏾💯

I have gone through rent a center for a few different things and such a bad experience at a different location I swore I would never go back ever... untill my old matress started hurting my back..... so I decided to give rent a center one more shot at a different location and I am glad I did they have been very friendly and the young man who did my paper work and drop of was such a nice young man with a Brit future..... thanks dearbourn rac for making sure I was taken care of.... I will never go back to the Wayne mi store ever
