The new store manager there, is like the most monotone person ever, no personality and to be honest doesn’t look like he cares about the customers let alone the employees. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years going on, and they give me looks every time I go in there with this new crew. So glad I have few months of payments left because this is not a good place anymore in my eyes. They know they are over charging people to begin with, so at least show some happiness when customers arrive to pay! Highly don’t recommend this place to anyone from a veteran.

Dont go here. I stopped by one day after never going in, to check out the washer and dryer selection. They had a pathetic selection to choose from, but I found two i liked and got them. Everything was smooth. They delivered the units, and they worked great. About two weeks later I needed two receipts to get a rebate I had personally. I called and the GM was extremely rude to me for no reason, I had never spoken to him before. He said he couldnt split the receipts and that they can just come get the units from me. I called customer service then a day later the regional manager called me and told me that the GM was right, they cant print separate receipts. These guys lost business and money, while being very rude, because they couldnt print receipts. Ill never go here again, and wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

I gave them my card number to have them automatically take money out every saturday, but fail to do so and then I owe extra money cuz its late. Happend twice and when they asked for my card again they still didnt take it out and I owed more money again FROM THERE MISTAKE. I do not recommend this one.

I have no idea why so many people are calling the staff rude at this location. They have been nothing but nice, and helpful with us. Even if we see one at another store (Such as Wal-Mart), they will come talk to us, and have a pleasant conversation. They even helped me find a new Neurologist, telling me where to go, and which places are best. I do agree their selection is limited, but do keep in mind anything on their official RAC website has a ton of items, theyll even order them for you if you dont want to/cant yourself! The staff here may not be your typical professional people, but that doesnt mean theyre bad at their job. I always walk out of there smiling because of how nice these people are. Which, in my opinion, is more professional than most companies have been to us. 5/5 Stars to these wonderful people. (Who Im bringing cookies to today, you lucky bastards.)

I wish they would have told me I needed to install my own dryer vent. They hooked up washer water lines and the the drain. But we had to turn around and uninstall to put dryer vent in as it was limited space. I asked if we could put dryer vent on first. They didnt listen.

Keep bringing me washers and dryers that keep breaking. When they take it to replace it ,it comes back with a newer problem... Just got Warner replaced after them bringimg me a water they claimed was brand new it wouldnt drain... Now my laptop is acting up and freezing and all my work is on it 😡

Usually dont recomend any rent to own stores but Plainwell and Otsego have an excellent store w great employees. Finished paying off my huge tv and my ps4 slim.They really helped me when I was ill.

What a joke!!! The staff look sloppy as well as rude I waited 3 months for a refrigerator that runs right still paying I come up on a hard time asked for 2 day extension but they took my stove anyways bad business all around not to mention they just walk in your house without permission and leave the door wide open when they leave
