Rented power washer, no soap mixer on power washer but was told that the tube would work off a bucket with the soap. When I brought it back I was told I should just use a brush for the scrubbing, my thinking kinda defeats the purpose of the power washer. Staff was very polite but still did not even offer any sort of discount.ALSO WAS TOLD BY STORE EMPLOYEE THAT TUBE SHOULD WORK JUST FINE IF PLACED IN A BUCKET WITH SOAP MIX, WAS DEFINITELY MISLED, LAST TIME I WILL DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION.

Everything was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. Being out of state, Ryan really helped out with everything we needed. If we ever have a rental need in that area Ill definitely call rent rite in alma!! Thanks again guys!

I rented a gas powered trash pump with three in line from rent rite in St.Louis to pump out the discharge water from my house thats flooding my yard. Ive used these pumps before on jobsites it wouldnt self prime so I added some water to prime it still didnt work. Contacted the after hours service didnt get an answer but a call back a few minutes later returned the call spoke to Ryan who troubleshot over the phone with me we determined the suction can wasnt submerged enough so I dug a three foot hole to put the can in and it still didnt work. Called Ryan back and didnt receive a return call until three hours later. Went to return Monday morning requesting another day for free or a refund and was denied by guy at the shop said it worked when it went out he doesnt know the situation he has to talk to the Ryan who wasnt available. Their after hours service is over the phone advice they dont come out and get their equipment running or anything like that. When I asked the individual at the office to hook up where they test it and see if he get it running he told me he doesnt have to take my attitude and he wont do it. Its a shame to have to share this but I want you all to know my experience before thinking about choosing this company for any type of rental.

We rented a paint sprayer for 24 hours. The gentleman showed hubby what to do. Got it home and it went through 1/2 gallon in no time and all it did was squirt paint like a power washer. We opted to stop using and wasting paint. Hubby returned it before 4 pm same day. Asked for a 1/2 discount. Gentleman said he’d have to check. Still 3 days later no phone call. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

Ive gone to Rent-Rite in Alma and Mt. Pleasant a number of times over the past few years, for everything from augers to tents for my wedding. Ive had a great experience every time, and really appreciate their help and professionalism.

Dont even want to give 1 star this place outdoor equipment is ridiculous. The chipper didnt chip well it had dull knives and lacked power .The stump grinder has the exhaust broken off the engine , they tried to wire it in place , so loud that you can stand to run it .

Started to rain out and needed a last minute tent. Great crew--from the phone call to the quick set-up of the tent. Very friendly and would recommend them for anything you need for your party.
