Comment: A real nightmare!We rented a Mercedes class c via TURO from this rental company for 15 daysThe car during our roadtrip refused to start for 2 hours, so we called the rental company who explained to us that we had broken the engine and that it was going to cost us a lot of money because we were going to have to pay for the car in full. The rental company yelled on the phone that we had broken the engine;It turns out that the problem was just a problem of overheating linked to the temperature which created a false contact.After dropping the car off, he charged us a $150 cleaning fee because we had put a dog in the car, which is completely false. He also charged us $290 in fees because of a slight tire scratch that was in no way our fault.This rental company is a liar, a crook!!!

Comment: I came into town for my fathers funeral. I had arranged a rental at the Westin. The Westin rented my car and told me that it would take 3 days to get my deposit back. I had only brought 200 cash for the trip so I didnt have the money or credit card for the down payment. My plan was to eat in n out and then go home since I had no way of getting to the funeral. A search on my phone for a burger led me to in n out rent a car. I told them I was broke and what the situation was. He sat with me and figured out a plan that would get me into a car. He stayed late and helped me rent a car. This place is amazing!

Comment: Worse rental business ever. Over charged me after they lost my reservation and I had their email confirmation. The car had a check engine and tire light. Went to put air in and the tire is almost bald. This company will absolutely fail. I forgot to mention when that LAX will not allow them to shuffle to their location so you got to taxi there.

Comment: This is the most convenient place near LAX to rent a car. They even pick you up at the airport on request. Nothing can beat that. I have always rented from them and the service is amazing. I would rather go to places where I get personalized service than those big corporates that dont care about you. They have a good selection of cars to choose from. I wish them well.

Comment: I rented a Nissan Versa about a week ago from In and Out and i was very satisfied. The moment I walked in the manager invited me to use the massage chair and offered me a bottle of water. This company is very cost efficient and provides quality vehicles that are NEW. I was literally in and out of the office within minutes. Thank you!!

Comment: You can actually call them looters. The only thing they do is grab your money. Cars they provide you will be in their worst condition and the most amazing thing is that they know it because it has happened to many customers before as you read all the reviews that are posted here. They will blame you for the car failure and then they will charge you and will even grab all the deposit too. And when you call them to inform about the mechanical failure they will talk to you in a rough way. Totally ill mannered people. TBH I have never faced these kind of cheap ill mannered people in my entire life.

Comment: The worst company that I have experienced in my entire life. The car they provide is absolutely a junk. After three days it did not started and they they blamed us for the mechanical failure and told us to take it to a mechanic to repair it while we were on a vacation. They charged us all of the deposit that was $661 and refused to give anything back. We had an agreement of six days but he broke it by refusing to provide any other car. Just save your money and time because this company and its owner are totally cheap and ill mannered.

Comment: I had booked a cheap rental for Dollar and when I got there they only had electric cars left, and my hotel did not have a charging station. So I called Rentex and the owner gave me a 2017 Lexus SUV for cheaper. He even dropped us off at the airport afterward. Great car, great customer service.
