I gave this company a one star because no stars was not an option. I ordered a $55.00 carburetor and added a $9.00 filter. Freight of $12.00 was intended for both items. I then get a notice that the carburetor is not available, the filter gets shipped and I get billed the $12.00 shipping for a $9.00 filter. I call their customer service and after 35 minutes on hold I have to hang up. I call a second time and I am on hold for 47 minutes and finally get someone who can barley speak English. After much befuddling conversation in which I had a very hard time understanding, I was then informed that they do not refund shipping. I will not do business with this company ever again and urge anyone to do the same.
I ordered an oven rack from this site. I had given my Samsung model and serial number to them, to get the correct size. The oven rack they shipped was the incorrect size, about an inch and a half too small. I called them and let them know of the issue, the representative told me they didnt have the size rack I needed. She suggested I contact Samsung directly. I asked for a return shipping label, it was sent to me, however my refund was $54, when I had paid $68 for the rack. I also paid $17 to ship it back. They told me they would not pay for shipping because it was my fault. I dont understand how its my fault when they sent the wrong size. I will never use this company again.
We called the number for the Canton, Michigan store. After waiting 33 minutes a younger sounding guy answered. I told him what I needed by providing the part number found on RepairClinics webpage. I took a photo of the actual nomenclature plate on the back of the MAYTAG washer in question. The guy said that wasnt a MAYTAG model number. I explained several times its the number on the plate located ON the machine. I asked what should a MAYTAG model number start with if not the letter A? he answered with; How should I know, Im not MAYTAG? He finally said OK as if to say if you say so. I offered to text him the photo. After going back and forth he said it was indeed the correct number. We asked what the return policy was and if there is a restocking fee should it not work (for whatever silly reason). His response; Why do you need to know that? Really? Thats his answer? I got a bit angry and he then said theres no restocking fee and the part can be returned up to 365 days later (?). All in all, I wont use RepairClinic ever if thats what they use for and call customer service.
BUYER BEWAREYou better know good and well what part you need for the job without installing it. TROUBLESHOOT. This “prestigious” companies “do not use this part at all” return policy is essentially a twisted “you break it, you buy it”. First off, the fact they make YOU pay for return shipping is ludicrous. Second, they essentially robbing you. If I could give less stars I literally would, but you have to leave at least 1 star. Enjoy my $410, RepairClinic. Don’t spend it all in one place.
I had a great experience with them. I believe they have every component you could possibly require. Since I didnt have my component number, I was a little apprehensive at first but their supportive representative was able to correctly match my component and get me started. Highly recommend!
I ordered a fan motor on 5/20. It’s been delayed already, claiming the part would be shipped by 6/7 at the latest. It is now 6/8 and we have received no update whatsoever; Not for a shipping confirmation or even *another* delay.I’ve called several times and emailed with no response to either form of communication.At this rate I would have been far better off paying an HVAC technician the $2,000 they wanted instead of trying to buy this $200 part.Definitely would not recommend using this company.
Buyer beware for anyone with an order that includes a part thats labeled On Order, as more than likely that part will never arrive. The in stock status detail on their site states This item is on its way to our warehouse, and will usually ship out between 7-10 business days., however for the part we ordered on February 26, we continued to receive shipping delay emails delaying delivery every two weeks like clockwork. Its two months later and just received another shipping delay, so ended up cancelling the order! Customer service was non existent.
I used this company exclusively starting about 20 years ago until about 8 years ago. As of today I am removing the plethora of magnets they used to send from around my house. This used to be the elite online repair store. About 8 years ago I began finding other online sources with better prices for OEM parts, faster shipping for less cost, and better customer service departments. I still gave this company opportunities to win my business throughout. Over the last couple of years, there has been nothing to rave about with this business. Prices and shipping for the same OEM parts are easier to find, more quickly delivered, and spot on when they arrive. In addition, other sites even have better diagrams and videos to assist with diagnosing and repairing appliances.My most recent order of about 9 parts for one appliance was delayed and the only notifications one receives about delivery or ship date might be from the shipper of this companys choice - other companies I use send notifications (and choices of more shippers or methods). Notifications from shipper showed one package being delivered, and when it arrived it was the only part I threw in which didnt really matter for the repair. Packing list shows all parts should have been in the tiny box. After waiting on hold with no option for a callback or even an approximate queue time, I finally reached an associate. Associate checks order number and says there was a warehouse mistake. Without any concern for my time, or empathy for the situation, he did offer to send the parts again. However, he could not expedite or offer any apologies and was strictly matter-of-fact that I could wait another 5-7 days and the missing parts might arrive.Sorry, for those of you considering, I think this company is well on the downturn and it might be better to find another supplier at this point due to the stagnation and downward spiral of what they have to offer. I have found that forming and alliance with pros seems to consistently beat this company in every aspect. And no, I am not affiliated with them, but have had some great experiences which continually to be improving the last few years.That said, feel free to research a few of the companies out there and consider shipping rates, product prices, and customer services for sure. Im sure youll be happy when you find the truth and avoid this site.
Delighted to find the retail store open on Sunday after my refrigerator compressor relay gave out on a Saturday afternoon. Forty minutes after purchasing the part, my refrigerator was back in business (and half an hour of that was my drive home). Not having to put the job off until Monday morning saved me from taking a day off of work, not to mention a freezer full of food. Quick, efficient, and polite, professional desk service.
The part I ordered was not in stock and I was uninformed of the delay until I called to check on the status a week after placing my order. The customer service representative I spoke with was not knowledgeable enough to identify another solution for me (substitute product, location, etc.) so I was forced to cancel my order. Disappointing.
I am giving a one star review because fedex has not picked up my package and I called to cancel it not even 24 hrs after placing my order and was told since a shipping label had been CREATED that my order could not be cancelled even though when I called Fed ex they said repair clinic can stop the order since it hadn’t been picked up yet. Will never use them ever again.
An awful experience with an ice maker that would not hook up. Was told we could not get a refund due to extended time we had the part . explained to the rep that the electrical connection plug in the refrigerator freezer is set up for five wires. It only has four wires going to it The electrical connection on the icemaker is set up for only four wires and is a different shape. The rep at this site mentioned an 8 wire plug was also a possibility. This part has been setting in a box in my dining room since November of 2021 . We have spent hours on the phone trying to rectify this situation. Today I spoke with a Person at Whirlpool who after 45 minutes gave me a new parts number , which matches neither of the parts number Repair Clinic. com has on file for this refrigerator. I might also mention we purchased this refrigerator new at Lowes in the fall of 2021. We were told we could order the ice maker for the model through Lowes. That was the first of now 4 ice makers we ordered. Lesson learned. I am not throwing out my ice cube trays yet. I will be the first to admit that we have had the part for an extended period of time. However, one can only be kept on hold, hung up on, and in general treated like you dont know anything until you nearly admit defeat.
Several times Ive ordered parts that show in stock - weeks later no update from the company and no part shipped, tracking # shows that it hasnt been dispatched yet. Ordered May 16th - order states Arriving Tues, May 31st - Fri, Jun 3rd - Shipped (no it hasnt) its now 6/6. If you dont have the part in stock then please set the correct expectations. Not to mention the lack of support on your website chat. Cmon Guys you use to be better than this, what happened?Update 6/8: I used the chat yesterday and they apparently are sending a replacement subbed part. Suppose to get it around the 6/18 - a month later. If I get the part around the date I will update my review ~ thanks for replying.
Horrible experience. They sent my package to the wrong address. I called them, and they said it’s an issue with FedEx and to contact them. I contact FedEx, and they said that Repair Clinic put a restriction on the package and also put the wrong address on the shipping label, and that the only one who can change that is Repair Clinic. I call Repair Clinic, and guess what. They can’t do anything and told me they had no control over shipping and that I wouldn’t receive a refund. They stole $104 from me. Don’t use this company.
I entered my serial number into their site and searched for a gasket retainer for my fridge. I ordered the part that came up in the search and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I reached out to their customer service only to be told I ordered the wrong part and the only thing I could do is ship it back at my cost for a refund. I put it back in their packaging and took it to FedEx and while it only cost them $10 to ship to me, not having a FedEx account it will cost me $60 to ship back. The part was only $42.
I went in to the store today was met with the rudest young lady I have ever dealt with. Gave her the Information for the part I needed vacuum battery she tells she needs model no. We point out that it is a dcdc2 I show the numbers and picture on my phone she starts yelling at me I ask for a Manger. She then comes back into the room using the f___ word in front of customers. No apologies where given. Not someone that should work in customer service.
The worst experience ever. I decided to purchase some parts from this lame excuse of a company because they were local to me and thought i would receive the parts faster and I would support a local company. Guess I was wrong. I ordered three parts. Two of the three parts that were flat parts showed up a in a big box as you can see in one of the pictures. The third part did not show up for a week later in a bag. And of course this part was not flat. And as you can see in the picture it was broken. So I called repair clinic up after waiting on line for 30 minutes to get through, and they said they would ship out another part the same day. This was on Friday. I was told I would have it the next day. Five days later it showed up. Again in a plastic bag. Thank god this one was not broken. The costumer service is horrible. For $4.00 more I will buy the parts from ebay next time.
Fast friendly service. Called in model and serial number peraon on phone put motor in will call. Went to install. Wrong motor. Looked up model number myself on there site totally different then what they gave me and the one i looked up was right. So not a bad idea to bring the old one with you and open the box before you leave
Purchased dishwasher valve. Failed after 2.5 months. After, multiple calls and wait times to get to a person, Ordered replacement, worked fine. Repair clinic would not pay shipping, for parts return for a defective part. They make customer pay to return defective part, before refunding. Plastic junk. Never had a company make me pay to return a defective item. In summary, over an hour on phone, to have to pay to return a bad part.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!Dishonest. Tried to order a part online. The transaction did not appear to complete. and no confirmation came through or was sent by email. One month later got a notice from fedex that package was coming. called and asked what happened. Guy said system was messed up and wouldnt have told me that part was backordered and if backordered it would not send confirmation. Said no problem call when it arrives and theyll send free pickup tag. Then when I did so they refused. Luckily, I ordered part when repair clinic transaction wouldnt go through from supplyhouse.com. got it couple days later and heater has been fixed for almost a month.
This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved.I immediately knew I had ordered wrong part at 10pm MST. clicked on link in email to cancel order, and it would not pull up order without signing in. So I tried calling and it just rang and rang, then I tried the chat feature and it said leave us a message, (both are supposed to be 24/7).I emailed support and messaged the Live Chat (that wasnt) within 10 minutes of order and canceled.Next day at 10 AM (12 hours after order) I finally got someone to anwser the phone and they refused to cancel as it had already been shipped. When I explained that the system refused to let me cancel and the phone and chat were down, their answer was too bad, you will just have to return when you recieve, and are phones & chat are 24/7.Which means I now have to pay $20 to ship back an Item their system would not let me cancel.I was a fan for several years, but I will never buy from them again.
Terrible customer service and super delayed shipping. Ordered Dec 22. Their website had Dec 30/31 as a delivery date. We had our furnace broken and it seemed fastest delivery for the part while we are having freezing weather. Dec 30 i checked tracking they sent and now it showed January 3rd. January 2nd i checked again and it still says Jan 3rd, but there is no shipping details. I contacted them. Very rude customer service brushed me off asking to contact Purolator. I said i purchased it from them and its not my business to chase their shipping agent. She put me on hold and after 20 minutes she comes back that they filled something and will contact me as soon as they hear back. I asked if its the same day and how they are going to contact me. I sensed its just the polite way to keep me on hold and say good buy. They didnt care about my order. Anyway January 3rd no one contacted yet. I check status and now it says January 11. But this time there are details and its clear that only January 3rd they submitted some sort of paperwork. This is the very last time i order from them and highly suggest to stay away! If it was summer i wouldnt care but freezing cold and whole family running heaters in every room on full steam...damn this is not great attitude and culture!
I ordered a part and paid for the 2 day shipping. They’re website said it was in stock by the way. However, the day it was supposed to arrive I get an email saying it’s been delayed and will be here 3 days later which was the 18th. Which is odd, figured if it was the day of they would know before hand it would be delayed since it was never shipped to begin with. Come the 19th it still wasn’t here, so I gave them a call. Asked about it and a refund for my 2 day shipping. Did not receive a refund for the shipping and was told it’s not even at there warehouse yet but it’ll ship when it does. So as I understand it’s not the lady’s fault in customer service I talked to, her attitude definitely changed once I asked where I could leave a review. Her sturn “uh yeah i don’t know about that” was a cherry on top. I never get on these things to leave reviews so please take this review seriously. I also got an email today the 21st saying my package will arrive on Monday. If the warehouse received my part and it’s taking over a week to get here with all the problems you would figure they would ship it overnight or something. Well anyways, when I also emailed customer services they never responded until the day my part came in which is today the 21st. I emailed them 3 days ago. They said “it’s due to arrive Monday and wasn’t in stock that’s why it was delayed” they purposely waited until days later to respond when I could have went elsewhere to buy a heater part before the 5 degree weather hit. We toughed it out big deal. But it’s principalities. I know it’s a long read but you would do the same if a company irritated you like it did me, lol.
The employees are amazing and helpful. Its 19 degrees outside and only 5 people in the lpbby at a time (social distancing) even though the 3of us were in line outside before closing they let us in to stay warm and help us. They were friendly and sacrificed their own time to stay late and assist. You just dont see customer service like this anymore thanks Repair Clinic!!❤My family will have heat tonight because of your kind employees!!
Total scam. Didn’t send both parts, then when we returned the item (didn’t take out of the plastic or box) they charged us for it. Saying it had been tested and was used. Definitely just charging their customers and seeing who calls back to make a “claim”. Businesses like this shouldn’t exist. Shame on you I will report to BBB
This company is a complete and total scam. My suggestion is to not use this website. We ordered a piece for our washer. Pretty instantaneously, we realized we ordered the wrong item. I looked at their return policy. They allow returns, which I thought was perfect. We received the part, I packed it up and sent it back. I then receive an email stating that I wont be getting a refund, because the part is used. Why is it used? I certainly didnt use it. I didnt even unpack it. One of two things happened. Either they sent me a used part to begin with, or they are lying to me. No matter which it is, I am now unable to get my money back. Thank you Repair Clinic for stealing $125 from me. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to let everyone know that you are thieves.
I’ve waited a year for a part that I continuously had to follow up on. I waited so long my credit card on file expired. I was sent an email to update my card which I did. Never heard another word. I followed up again and just received an email that my order was canceled. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Do not bother with this company.
This company is terrible. Although I read the numerous 1-star reviews, I decided to take a risk because I enjoy supporting local Michigan businesses. This was an awful mistake. I ordered a $300 part for my dishwasher this week. By the time it arrived I decided that it would be more worthwhile to buy a brand-new dishwasher. When I opened my package I noticed sharpie markings on the dishwasher part. This was strange at the time, but I wasn’t too concerned since I wasn’t going to install the part. The Repair Clinic return policy states that they don’t accept used parts so I assumed these abnormalities came from the original part factory. On my way to work today I stopped by the Repair Clinic warehouse to return the dishwasher part. I stood in line for 20 minutes just for the sales representative to inform me that he would not be able to give me a refund. He claimed that the part I brought back was used due to scuff marks in the terminals and it couldn’t be sold to another customer. I never even plugged in the part, so I have no idea where these scuff marks came from. Even if I wanted to install the part, I wouldn’t be able to since I have worked all week. Eventually, the sales representative told me that the best he could do was give me $60 for the part that I did not even use. I was very confused when the employee offered me a partial refund since their policy states they do not accept used returns. I left the warehouse because that offer was criminally ridiculous. My theory is that Repair Clinic sent me a used part that some else installed and returned. This company is a scam, stay away.
Ordered a control panel for the dishwasher, part came as promised. Plugged the part in only long enough to realize this was not going to fix the entire dishwasher issue. Repackaged the part and sent it back, and due to scarring on the from being plugged in it could not be returned. They offered to send the part back to me if I sent them a shipping label. This is a terrible return policy, if I sent them a part that had been trashed or unusable, I understand. The part was plugged in for minimal time and could at least be sold as refurbished in effort for some kind of return. Too much effort maybe. I needed the part and this was the only resource I could find for it. Just be mindful of the return policy when buying parts!
Charged almost 47.00 plus for overnight shipping which was requested due to needing the part. Part never came. 2.5 hrs on hold and 4 direct chats over 3 days until a response for cancellation of order was was taken. I was Informed via email confirmation order would be cancelled and refunded. Then 5 hours later my card was charged again. Called back and on hold for 35 then 20 minutes with no response. Based on my experience, Any prospective customers should really consider other companies for fulfillment of part orders. I have never had such a hard time with a company. I understand customer service is difficult sometimes I have never reviewed badly Ever but this one should get negative stars.
Do not use this company! We ordered an $85 component for our oven that went out. When we plugged the new component in we discovered that it was in fact our oven and not just the component that went out. We immediately packaged up the component and shipped it back. Paid $25 dollars in shipping (cheapest route with insurance). Once they received the component back we received an email from them stating they couldn’t return it because there were scuff marks on the terminals. We assured them the part was never used and the only time it was plugged in was to try it out. We had the part in our possession for 24/48 hours at most. The email from Repair Clinic also stated we would have to pay shipping AGAIN to receive the part we paid for. We didn’t want to eat another $25 dollars so they still have the part. Poor customer service and will not be using them again!
I’ve used RepairClinic on two repairs now. First our dryer stopped heating. Replaced two parts and it’s been working great for over 13 months (so far!). Second repair was today. The control board on our refrigerator failed after a power outage. $164 later our fridge is working again! Both of these repairs would have resulted in replacing these appliances had I paid a repair person for the job. The labor and parts rate from repair companies would be too much to justify repairing old equipment. But thanks to RepairClinic I was able to fix both of these appliances cheaply and easily.I can’t say enough great things! Their support is friendly and helpful, their videos are AWESOME with step-by-step instructions, and their website is easy to use.
Ordered a part for my oven. Payed for 3 day shipping, didnt get it till week and a half later. Got it, tried the part and it wasnt was I needed. Read return policy because if you put the part in and its not right, they wont refund you, because you put it in! It becomes a used part and youre out whatever you paid for it!
This is my first time ordering with this company, and it will certainly be my last. I ordered a heating element for my oven, but instead received a microwave plate. Besides receiving the wrong item, it also took longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time. When I called customer service, the representative was anything but helpful in rectifying this issue. After going back and forth unnecessarily, he did agree it was an error on their part. When I asked to have the correct part sent with expedited shipping, he told me I would have to pay for it. I already paid for shipping the first time, and I would have to wait another five days without an oven to receive the part, and the best part is that none of this was my fault! When I told him I was going to contact my credit card company, he told me he was not even going to send the replacement part. After stating I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, he conveniently agreed to expedite the shipping on the replacement part. It has been nothing but aggravation dealing with this company!
Ordered a thermostat 2 weeks ago. I looked two days later to see if it was arriving as expected but fed ex indicated they did not receive it to ship. After calling their customer service hotline and waiting 40 minutes to speak with someone, they could not locate the part. So they said they would ship another, fair enough. 2 days later the exact same thing happened. Fed ex said they didn’t have either the old or new order. Called again and they assured me another would be sent. I asked the service rep if this was common and she replied “unfortunately yes”. Today I look again and cannot find the 3rd package either!!!! I’m going to buy a new refrigerator and spread the word far and wide to never, ever use this company for anything. How is this company in business?Update: I cannot reply to the Response from the owner, so Ill just do so here. According to Fed Ex, they have not received any of the packages, so it is completely in your control. Invite me to your warehouse and Ill show you how to take a package to Fed Ex. Customer satisfaction seems to be a very low priority.
Completely disappointing experience.Ordered main control board and blower motor for my furnace online. Couple of days past the expected delivery date I call only to find out the order had been cancelled. Stated due to being unable to confirm the credit card billing address despite the charges hitting the card (pending for a few days then later returned). I question why they wouldnt communicate as much or even try to reach out to me? I explain that my family is without heat and the temperature is dropping daily. I then am informed that one of the parts I ordered is no longer in stock and my only option is a $100 more.I reluctantly place the order. This time over the phone and even waited until it processed. I received a verbal confirmation that my much needed parts would be sent out this time. Today is that day. I called to confirm delivery. I am told that the order was once again cancelled.I, again, ask why they wouldnt even try to call or email me? The rep stated that it was rejected due to fraudulent concerns. Call credit card company who say everything is perfect. Even offered to make the call with me so they could confirm directly.I had so much faith in this company prior to this to only be left in the cold, literally. I just placed the order for the oem board through a 10yr verified hvac dealer via Amazon for $70 less. I found the oem blower motor through SupplyHouse for apx $65 less. Both without shipping or taxes which saved me a little more. All while using the same credit card we use for everything else.Despite my frustrations and anxiety over potential freezing pipes and the resulting damages. Reading the rest of these reviews I feel I am probably luckier than most. Use their site for the how-to videos and for correct part identification numbers but DO NOT order the parts through them. Unless you just like the thrill of the unexpectedness then do you.1/5tldrPoor customer service and unreliable at best.Would not order again.Site how-to vids and part #s are mostly solid though.
Horrible experience!! Dont recommend!! We ordered a part that was never installed. Veronica Lyons said that it was and they couldnt refund our money. This was after we called n spoke to someone that said they would refund us. So no refund, out additional money to ship back. And they would only send back if I paid for it to be shipped back again. So please be aware of this i know it wont fix what happened but people need to know the truth!!
If I could give zero stars I would. The experience started great but quickly became horrible. They sent the two parts I ordered, both were defective. After several phone calls I received word via email I would be getting a refund for one of the parts. A week and a half later no refund, I call again and have been on an off hold for 20 mins and they say they dont have the parts I sent back with the shipping label they provided. They now have said they have to submit the request, even though the emailed me I would be getting a refund on Oct 22th. I could never recommend this company, the customer service has been incredibly difficult to navigate.
I called about the status of a part I order and told it would be here on Monday. Called on Tuesday when it didn’t arrive and it had not even been shipped.Customer service had no record of the conversation and they were unwilling to remedy their mistake. Told we it would be sent out Tuesday.Reading the reviews it seems like lying to customers is pretty normal practice.After they lied about sending my order repair clinic cancelled my $200 order of the three items (the same Tuesday they said it would go out that afternoon)without me asking. Glad I called a third time or I would have continued to wait.Buyer beware. If you read these reviews and still order from them you have been warned.They have a good website to cross reference parts.
I remember years ago when these people were great. Not so anymore. Ordered part and delivery kept getting pushed out. Customer service rep would guarantee the part would make the date and when I would follow up the date would get shoved out another 2 weeks. I realize their vendor is probably to blame for this. After numerous online chats I just gave up and figured my pressure washing project would have to wait. Just by chance I called customer service a couple of weeks later and was told the part was there and had been there for eleven days and still hadnt shipped. Was told that day that it would ship that day. Two days later followed up as I hadnt seen any shipping confirmation. Guess what... still hadnt shipped but said it would ship the next day. I have been lied to so much by these people I am back to I will get the part when I get it. I am sure Covid and availability of employees will be used as an excuse but I still seem to get all my Amazon and ebay items in a timely manner. I see in almost all of the reviews the owner has responded. My question to the owner is what are you doing to fix these problems as many of the negative reviews tell a similar story as mine? Isnt someone required to run reports showing inventory availability for shipping and assigning shipping priority based on order age?
Do yourself a favor and order your part from Amazon or someone else.I ordered a dish washer arm and was told I would have it in a week. 2 weeks later my tracking info only said shipping. I called to find out to be told it was on back order and they just got it and I would get it in one more week. 2 weeks later my tracking info still said shipping when I called to figure out whats going on I was met with a very rude person who got mad at me for cancelling my order and requesting a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Placed an order for a $40 part by phone and additional $29 for overnight shipping. When part was not received the following day representative told me it was on back order when order was placed but would ship out today to be received tomorrow. Company would not refund the overnight shipping fee. When part was not received the following day, representative now said part would ship in 2 days and would still not refund the shipping fee. When told this, I asked for a full refund as I would be getting the part elsewhere and was told that was not possible. Will now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Wish I could rate this company 0 stars!
BUYER BEWARE! All the correct model information was given yet I received the wrong parts and they refuse to refund my shipping cost. I even paid more for faster shipping so I would have the parts in time for the weekend. Attached are pictures showing the incorrect parts that were sent to me. The friction ring was too small and the slide shoes were not even close to the right size. I provided the same information to my local hardware store and was given the correct parts. This leads me to believe it was a mistake within your warehouse and I had the wrong parts shipped to me. Aaron in customer service was very pissy and unpleasant to deal with, said it was their suppliers fault and not Repair Clinic’s problem. I requested to at the very least please make an update somewhere so nobody else has to go thru this. As a homeowner ripping apart your snowblower only to find you had the wrong parts sent with a driveway full of snow and a closed hardware store is not fun and not something I would wish on anybody. I told Aaron to talk to his supervisor and contact me with a verdict but I never heard anything. You just lost a customer for life and I will warn everyone I know to never use you!UPDATE: After them seeing my Facebook review and discussion among supervisors they have refunded me my shipping cost. Still a ridiculous battle to try and win to get my money back for something that was not my fault. But they did come thru so I will give them 2 stars and maybe consider using them again in the future.
Paid overnight shipping, which was twice the amount of the part, over a week ago and still havent received item, after a week I ordered same part 1 dollar more from Amazon but received next day, so my issue is fixed after 9 days but still....no part from REPAIR CLINIC...
I am very disappointed with this company now, it is not the same and customer service keeps getting worse and worse.I ordered 2 items for a furnace, and at no point I was told that they were on back ordered. It is winter, so not in my best interest to wait unnecessary long times.Its been a month and my items never came.Needless to say , I canceled the order and was forced to buy a brand new furnace.
Last two times Ive had to order a part from Repair Clinic for pick up the website doesnt say they dont have it in stock. Last time I ordered a part for my washer with same day pickup. I waited a day later, had to call for them to tell me that it wouldnt be in for at least a week, and possibly 3 months. I ended up cancelling the order and reordering the part from another online business in TX (Im in MI) and got the part in 3 days and at half the price. Im really disappointed in Repair Clinic, as they used to be a good place to get any parts we needed same day. In the future, I will be going elsewhere.
Incorrect part on their parts list even though model number was correct. Was unsuccessful at cancelling order. Big pain in the butt to return and get credit. Interminable hold times, live chat also un available, no reply to email inquiries. This site is to be avoided at all costs c
Great place I think they have every part in peace you could ever need. I was a little nervous at first because I didnt have my part number. She was able to match my part up and get me going. I will definitely come back and recommend this to anybody that needs parts and pieces
Do not use this company. Their 365 return policy is bs. I shipped back a part that we didn’t even open the shipping box. Had to pay for shipping and they denied my return said it was scuffed up. It had to be that way when they sent it. Check bbb and consumer affairs website they have a lot of complaints. I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company.
Ordering and delivery are fine, but they intentionally make make mistakes when charging credit cards. Its impossible to reach anyone who can fix the errors, so be prepared to dispute incorrect charges through your credit card company.Update: I sent an email to the merchant as directed in their response but did not receive a reply. Even their replies to reviews are a scam.
On 7/13/17 I replaced my rear tub with bearings with parts from Repair Clinic. $200 part and you have to take the whole machine apart down to the frame. The Repair Clinic rear tub/bearings only lasted 2 years (7/3/19) before it failed. Tub/bearings lasted 13+ years on my original machine. The tub also came with a broken shock. So Repair Clinic said theyd waive shipping on the new replacement $200 tub part. I asked them to contact the supplier. Bearings should last about 10 years. Im only doing one persons laundry. They refused. OK so thats bad enough. When I received the new tub, again, the same rear shock was broken on that second tub too.Also I had 2 weeks prior to 7/3/19, replaced a heater I bought from them. The original heater had lasted 15+ years. This replacement heater worked fine for 2 weeks. When pulling the machine apart to replace those bearings again, my little lady fingers pulled off the 90 degree flipper type wire connector when pulling the heater out. The flimsy metal broke. Now I had many times pulled out the old heater to work on the machine. The original OEM heater had never broke. It merely failed from old age.So I ordered a new heater with the new tub bearings. They did waive shipping. Wowee. Repair Clinic threw the new heater with those delicate connectors in a big box with no wrapping or padding and I received it just as you see in pic. Baling wire tag was a nice touch. Thats way too delicate a part to just throw in a oversized box with a bunch of other parts. Remember their last heater part was 2 weeks old but so delicate I snapped the connector off with my little fingers.Talked to Ray who mansplained to me talking to me very slowly that unless I had proof the heater part was defective he would do nothing. I asked him how he would like to have his delicate electrical parts shipped in that sloppy manner but he didnt care. I pointed out that since the prior heater from them was so defective you could break it with a finger and the bearings on my prior tub failed in 2 years, that I had no confidence in that heater considering how he shipped it loose in a box with other parts. Ray said that was too bad and he was sorry if LG parts didnt last. Advised me to install the machine together and see if it works. If the heater didnt work hed replace it. Now realize this is no easy part to replace on a LG washer. Its not a cheap part either. Replacement requires taking off the front end including the entire door. If he didnt want to replace, why not just send me a pick up label and let me return it and Id buy the heater elsewhere.These are cheap parts but expensive prices. Doubt they are OEM from LG in that they are so delicate (heater) and and they fail so fast (bearings.) My original bearings lasted over 13+ years and my original heater lasted longer.Going forward I will avoid these people. No ethics, and no pride in their work. Misogynistic too.
OMG this company is an absolute scam outfit!!!! They sent me the wrong part so I returned it. They refused to refund me for the part claiming I had used it, which I had not. SO basically the return policy they have in place isnt a return policy it is a system designed to take peoples money by sending them the wrong part and then when you return the part they can claim it was used, not refund the customers money and keep the part and re-sell it. So its a win-win for them and a lose-lose for the customer. They get to make money off a part twice and the customer is SOL.
We provided the model number of the oven and the control board that was provided did not look the same. I called to try to get verification as to what the pn on the board should be sense there website did not offer this information and the rep on the phone was unable to. They have also changed their return policy so I dont believe I am able to exchange the product for the correct one. I have not installed the part but I believe there policy now states that once the box is opened you can not return or exchange it.
Past experience has been good but latest order was not. Order was placed on-line and I was confirmed that parts were ready for pickup at the Canton Location. I called to double check before driving the 45 min to get to the facility. Once I arrived I waited for about 35 min to get my order and as I was walking out with my parts I decided to open the order and check. I was surprised to find 2 parts with the same part number were totally different. These were in clear plastic bags so anyone packing would have clearly noticed parts were not correct, or at least the same. I went back in the office, and after about 15 min, was told that those were the only two in the building - I never got an apology for the mix up and my 2+ hrs of wasted time. I asked for a refund and will have to find someplace else to locate the correct parts.
I wasn’t sure to order from their website in the beginning because of the bad reviews this company has but I give it try anyway and I can’t speak for anybody else but my experience was great my washer motor came on time and the exact part I ordered .... now repair clinic may need to change the return policy consider must people had complaints about it , maybe after that they get better reviews.I would do business with them again and I would suggest people to double check that the part you about to order is the right part.... Just to avoid headaches do you research .
Do not use this company. Not only did they send us the wrong part three times in a row but they offered us a refund and we never received it. Yet we sent the parts back and still have not received it. When we call to ask what happened they just keep saying call tomorrow if you don’t get it, with no answers on to why they won’t give it to us (even after we mailed all the parts back) so we’re basically out of hundreds of dollars with nothing to show it for it. It’s the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with.Ps found the correct part on Amazon for half the cost. Use Amazon or a competitor but please save your Wallet and time the hassle and do not use this company what so ever.
I always purchase parts from here, I just bought one for my refrigerator. When I went for return, the guy at front desk was like “part never come in ziplock bag”, he was looking for small tiny scratches which most of the customers don’t look at when they get out from there. But funny thing was, he took the part and put in it ziplock bag with new label. Stupid person doesn’t know that it could be same situation occurred with the same part that someone might have returned in the past and that’s how I got it when I purchased.Anyways I got my refund and but watch out for this kind of customer service.
This used to be a good place to go, and for years (10+), I have come here for parts and advice. On social media, I’ve been the first to recommend this place to people looking for repair help.Today, with no line, and no one behind me, the surly clerk didn’t even want to talk about how to do the repair. If this had been the standard of service the first time I came here, I would never have come back.I came back over the years for the smiles and good advice and knowledgeable service. I’m smart, I can order parts online and google videos. I liked the good-natured helpful advice. This place was special.I don’t think I’ll be back.I only had a partial serial number, but the models all work the same. It’s basic parts and basic advice. He couldn’t be bothered to even talk to me about a fridge that stopped cooling.One star because they were open as stated and there was someone in there. But nothing more than that. I drove here from the other side of Ann Arbor, and he was a total grouch.
Ridiculous return policy! Ordered a pressure switch for my furnace and they sent me the wrong part. Tried to return it and they refused since it’s terminal connections were “scarred” from plugging it in. If every online retailer refused to accept returns based on the fact that the customer plugged the product in; well they wouldn’t get much business from me.Won’t be ordering from this place anymore.
So far...no part. Ordered a part for a dryer, a fuse for 20.95 and had it expedited overnight for another 27.95 shipping and I have nothing....and no one answers the phone or its busy signal in the afternoon. Wish I had checked for the part elsewhere. After searching on line again, I could have gotten it at Home depot for 7.95 and just waited to be shipped being im waiting anyways.. No more from this site thats for sure!
I ordered a replacement part for my fridge in December of 2020 and paid for expedited shipping. I got an email after the order was placed that it would be between April and June 1st that I received the part. It took so long my credit card expired during the process. When they were going to ship the part on june 6 2021 I got an email saying my card info was wrong and I needed to correct it in 7 days or they would cancel the order. I called and gave them the new card info and I got the part that week. Once received a tab was broke but I still decided to try the part in my fridge. It did not work so I called to return it. They said that since I tried the part they would not take it back, even though it was broke when I received it.
Purchased a dryer lint trap and the wrong part showed up. The part I received did not match the picture on the website. I contacted them and they verified the part # I ordered was correct for the model. I explained that the part may be mislabeled because the part # was scotch taped onto the product and didnt look as described on website. They agreed but said they had no more available and couldnt get me a replacement. I asked for a return shipping label but they would not, they said if I want a refund I had to pay for return shipping. They also said I would not get refunded for my shipping the 1st time. I had to pay for $27 of shipping both ways to get a $44 refund for the incorrect part. We emailed the company about this with no response. I have never dealt with a company that treats customers like this.
Ordered a door latch for my GE dishwasher. Confirmed the part number was correct and the picture on the website matched my part before ordering. Slam dunk purchase right? Nope. Item arrived on time but when I opened the package it wasn’t the right part. Looked nothing like the online description. I hoped on the phone to talk to them. 20 minutes later still on hold. Hey they have live chat, great. Hoped on live chat, number 45 in line. Sent them an email got a reply same day. They said they would refund my money plus shipping costs. Two weeks later no refund and I follow up. Coincidentally I get an email reply from them the same day I ask about my refund. They only refunded the part price. I reply to the email asking why shipping costs weren’t reimbursed and get no reply. I ordered the part from a different company and it arrived on time and was the correct part. Buyer beware on returns.
You can and should get your parts cheaper elsewhere.Ordered a part that showed as in stock and estimated to be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday. I reached out to customer service that Tuesday as I had not received shipping confirmation. I was told that the item was not in stock would be shipped when available. I asked for upgraded shipping for the inconvenience of being misled, of which I was told it was too late to alter the order, however when I asked to cancel the rep was more than happy to do so.. blatantly lied to. Never again.
Great parts. Long line. Very nice customer service. The older my dryer gets, the more difficult it is to get parts. Today they had all the parts I needed. I took a dremel to one of them.The website is superb. It will tell you exactly what parts match your model. And I love the how-to videos. I was able to accomplish the repair myself.
I ordered a part from them as this part I needed to get heat in my house. I paid for shipping and ordered from here specifically because they had a decent price and Saturday shipping so I paid for overnight shipping ($30-$50 as much as my part). The part was supposed to arrive Monday and did not arrive until Wednesday. I call repair clinic and they said they would check with FedEx and if it was because of the shipper they would refund my overnight shipping fee. They then said on a later call that they would not. Do not pay for overnight shipping with this company!
Avoid buying anything from this company. I purchased a deck spindle after giving them my tractor information; make, model number and serial number. The salesperson said it would fit. The part did not fit. I was able to return the part, but I had to pay for the shippping because I was told I ordered the wrong part. I explained I gave the correct information and I was sent the wrong part. Then kept saying it was my fault. I purchased the spindle at Amazon with the same information given and it worked. Use Amazon, or anyone else and avoid this company. RepairClinic is a rip off....
Do not do business with this company. They have a state of the art online system that allows you to input your model number and it will tell you the parts match. They dont and to ship it back will cost you an arm and a leg.When you call in and are on hold for over an hour they will then tell you that you should have called and had their help because they arent liable.
Bought an AC grill for $37.72+$9.95= $47.67 Shipping. Wrong size called to return no problem. Went to Fed-Ex $31.95 to ship. Took it to USPS $41.00. They shipped it to me for $9.95 Fed-Ex ground. Share your Fed-Ex account with customers so we can return items at a reasonable price. Throwing it away makes no sense to return it.
Let me preface this review to say, that I understand the deficit in the workforce. I anticipate delays because of Covid and having a lean supply/demand chain. If it is possible to give zero stars, I would have. The company should evaluate their shipping partnership. It should not take over 2 weeks for an item to be delivered via FedEx. The item was supposed to be delivered on June 30th. When I called to inquire, they take no accountability and place blame on FedEx, rightfully so, but based on the reviews this is not a new issue. When I called customer service to inquire, the lady stated I see you opened a PayPal dispute. Absolutely! Yes maam. I fulfilled my part of this purchasing contract and this company has not. There is no delivery date estimated at all since the June 30th proposed date. My harsh review is based on using other vendors that I have purchased from and have utilized FedEx ground and receiving the items I purchased within the delivery time frame - with a minor delay of 2 days. Whats the issue Repair Clinic? I would like a refund and you can haggle with FedEx to get your part back. No sense of urgency for my behalf as a customer. One additional thing as I read other reviews, do not ask me to contact you via Facebook Messenger. I am not on Facebook and choose not to correspond with a company through Facebook.
Gave Repair Clinic rep the part number for a part no longer manufactured by the OEM. Was assured that the part they would send, though a different part number, was a fully compatible replacement. It wasnt, not by a long shot (or at least 1.5). Since Id paid for shipping on send-out, I asked them to eat the cost of return shipping. They refused, which means if I returned a $15 part and got reimbursed, it would still cost me $16 for unreimbursed shipping. These folks dont know the meaning of customer satisfaction, nor do they seem to want to.
I Ordered and installed a part for my burner and the replacement element for the burner only works on low and high. I Cant get anyone to answer the phone and the website says i have to contact manufacture for warranty. how do i do that? What a Scam. Ordered a fan blade shipped overnight. Received it quickly, unfortunately They shipped two separate fan blades and charged me for the fan blade and shipping twice. Trying to get them to refund the cost of the second fan blade was difficult and when they did refund it, they didnt refund the $27.95 shipping cost. When I called them about this they said they did not charge me for shipping, they just preauthorized it on my card. I told them that I WAS charged for the shipping twice, it is on my credit card statement but they said that since it doesnt show that way on their computer they will not refund it. My credit card company confirmed that I was charged twice and I disputed the charge. Wont buy from them again. Too bad because the ordering end and actual part was shipped quickly, but their accounting and customer service is poor.
Ordered 2 different microwave switches. They sent two of the same ones. They sent a return label for the parts so I took the label and the switches back to send them in. When I hadn’t seen my return, I called. Good luck getting ahold of these people. You’re going to wait…a long time. When I finally got ahold of them they told me they had not received it and blamed me for sending it to the wrong address, when I used the label they provided to me. They told me that I had to get with UPS to retrieve the package but UPS won’t give me any information because it’s the repair clinics label. Working with this company has been a complete hassle. Just buy your parts off Amazon or even eBay, atleast you’ll be able to get ahold of someone if they mess up EVERY part of your order. This company is a joke.
Part took twice the time promised to be delivered. As a result I ordered the part through a faster vendor. I was unable to cancel the order prior to delivery because the site service is so slow that they didnt register the order till after it shipped. Asked for return instructions, they dont provide return shipping, clearly they know the quality of their products and dont want them back.I was faced with paying $25 in shipping for a $35 refund (assuming the money would be refunded, service so far makes this questionable).
Buyer beware!! If the wrong part is ordered, you will have to pay to return it even though it is not your fault along with wasting your money. I ordered a drip tray according to my model of the refrigerator I have. I have a stainless steel refrigerator which a photo was shown of it when I entered the model number. In looking through the listing of all the parts under that model number, I found the drip tray. The ONLY description listed was tray drip. No color or anything. The photo of the drip tray showed what looked to be a grey drip tray. So thinking I have a grey refrigerator and the part was listed under my model and looked grey, I ordered it. When I received it, the part was white. I called customer service and explained they sent the wrong one. They told me they dont sell the grey one only a black one and a white one. I explained the scenario above and why I ordered that one and asked if they could at least exchange the white for the black. They stated No. I could send the part back and order the black one which is what I was going to do. But THEN I was told since I did not call to confirm the part was grey, I would have to pay for the postage to send it back. Call to confirm the color I was looking at is grey? REALLY!! And I was willing to purchase the black one from them. Now I am stuck with a white drip tray that doesnt match at all and wasted money.
Would not honor a return on a part that was not installed. Dishonest thieves is what they are. Recurring theme with this company sending wrong parts then claiming it was installed and denying refunds. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The money you thought you would save by purchasing here will not out weigh the money you lose if you have an issue with an item they send you. They capitalizes on wrong items being sent out. They are not throwing out items that get returned like they claim, they are reselling them to the next customer. You should have seen the factory box my item was in. It looked like it had been opened and taped shut multiple times. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from a company who cares about its customers.
I am a DIYer wanna-be with a desk job. I have ordered products from Repair Clinic and have had excellent experiences. I love this company for the following positive experiences that I have had:1) They have a broad inventory of parts.2) The parts arrived promptly and safely.3) The 365 day return window is very convenient in the event that you determine that the part you bought is not the one you needed. I experienced this and was able to return it with no hassle.4) My customer service experiences have been great. An example is an experience that I had one night this past week. It was just about time for me to hit the sack when the furnace started making a loud noise. When I did some reseach and found the cause but was having trouble finding the right part. With the 24/7 chat feature, I was able to connect with a customer service agent (although it took about a half hour to get to the front of the que but it was still very appreciated that there was someone available at 10:30pm). They helped me determine that is was unable to find the right part because I was looking at the wrong model number.5) The videos that show how to install the part that you purchase are awesome.

Ordered a $150 part to repair my washer. Part arrived, a day late and broken but usable.When I tried contacting customer service, 20 plus minutes on hold, chat was no help and the 2 emails I sent were not answered.Only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because their help videos are good and easy to follow.As for shipping and customer services, i will never order another thing from this company.
I have shopped Repair Clinic several times over the years and do not remember having a bad experience with the parts ordered. Same experience this time as well. I ordered an oven heating element on a Saturday and the item arrived early Tuesday. Easy install. Thank you for carrying millions of parts and for shipping quickly.
Found RepairClinic in a quick web search to find a fix for a broken door latch on my KitchenAid dishwasher. Their 2-minute how-to video helped me locate and order the right part, then fix the latch quickly and safely. Saved money. Saved time. And the manly sense of accomplishment was an unexpected bonus!Everything about this experience exceeded expectations. The video was extremely well done -- short, sweet, and providing exactly the advice I needed. Finding and ordering the part was trouble free, and I received the part in 2 days with the cheapest shipping option.
Absolutely terrible service, order was placed on March 3 for a shelf. 2 weeks had gone by and hadn’t heard anything. Decided to give them a call, was told it would be May before I got my product. That would have been nice to know upfront I would have went elsewhere. 3 months to deliver a product is unacceptable if it is going to be that long you need to make the customer aware before the purchase.
I ordered a part on February 17th. I was told it was back ordered and it would ship at the latest March 18th. I called today March 23rd to check if it had shipped and was informed it was now pushed out another month. Had I not called I would not have been informed as their representative told me they have no system in palace to alert their customers to delays. I understand delays although they are frustrating. I do not understand false ship dates and a complete lack of communication. I will never order from these folks again.
Absolutely horrible and unprofessional business. Ordered a pressure switch for my furnace because mine was not working properly. Paid for overnight shipping. Arrived 2 days late, while I was without heat in 2°F weather. Would not refund my shipping cost due to Act of God. Im not sure how a business can use an entity that cant be proven to exist as an excuse for late shipping. They then sent me a link to a shipping policy which I was not required to agree to when checking out. The woman on phone was very snotty and unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. I am also relaying their business practices to my colleagues and to the 3 locally owned HVAC businesses in my area so they know not to do business with them.
Well first time Ive ordered from this company & will be my last. I had ordered a part. No longer needed it, still waiting for a refund. Should have been leery of this company from all of the reviews. Anyhow as the owner as said send a message on FB chat I have done that & still waiting for a reply so as some of the reviews state this place is a SCAM or BEWARE.
Very disappointed in the service. I had a motor for an A/C unit that I paid for expedited shipping. It arrived packed well and on time so we were off to a good start! Unfortunately the part was not the correct part after the technician connected it. The motor did not run and so I spent $28 to ship the item back, no damage, etc. I received an email that the package had been signed for and waited over a week and hadnt heard anything so I reached out to customer service via the chat function on their website. They told me that I would the motor was connected so they will not offer me a refund and if I want the motor back, I need to send them a shipping label at my expense. I find this extremely disheartening and I will source parts local for any future issue. The most frustrating was there was not ownership in the fact that they hadnt reached out to tell me that it wasnt returnable, it was just if you want it back, then sent us a label. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer that way. The part is perfectly fine and can be resold so to me, a company should take care of the customer so this post could have been a positive one!
Worst customer experience ever!The order process was easy and delivery was on time but when the order came I recived two items when I only ordered one. I check my credit card and guess what, yep they charged me for two. I checked the online accout and it says only 1 was ordered and 1 charge authorized.I chat with their customer service and am told one is a pre-authorizarion and will fall off in a few days. I push the issue because I know it is not a pre-authorization, and out of nowhere she tells me I did two orders minutes apart online as a guest and that I authorized the charge because I had to put my card number in twice and now if I want a refund I have to ship the extra one back at a cost to me because they dont issue shipping labels. I know I did not put my card number in twice. I ask for the shipping to be refunded then and am told no.Becareful ordering through this company. They will send you duplicate items, charge you for it, and say it is your fault and you have to pay to fix it. Not once was I offered any help and everything was my fault. I will return the item but never again will I do busness with this company.
A ZERO star would be better. I ordered a part from them. Paid for the part. Received the part in a timely manner. Installed the part. Works great. About a month after they decided to send me the same part again. With out me ordering another part. They charged me for the second part and the shipping. With out me ordering it. There return policy says that i will also have to pay to return the part that i did not order or need. And they will not refund me for the shipping of the part that i did not order. The shipping cost as much as the part. Worst customer service ever. Horrible company. Do not recommend.
Ordered capacitor for ac online which was supposed to OEM. RECEIVED PART THAT WAS WAY TOO BIG! Then when I returned it they refused to give me a refund claiming it had been installed, which was impossible as it was WAY TOO BIG!! Horrible company, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
My Whirlpool gas dryer started making a high pitch squealing sound, like a belt was slipping.An Internet search for my model dryer pointed towards a tensioner pulley. YouTube showed the exact same sound, and how to replace it. The video had a link to a part on Amazon. Reading the reviews, it wasnt an OEM part and didnt last more than a couple of months.Google lead me to the Repair Clinics website. They had the OEM part in stock! Even better, they are located 15 minutes from where I live, and they have a retail counter!!It took the counter representative less than 2 minutes to pull the part. They were limiting the number of customers in the showroom to help with maintaining social distancing.Their e-commerce site is awesome, and orders received before 8pm Eastern are shipped the same day. They have my business forever!
Horrible, horrible merchandise return experience. Very difficult to get money back from your return. You should try to avoid this company.The merchandise was mailed to me without any sealed plastic bag on it. It is not an original part. It looks more like a used part.When I returned the merchandise, they claimed that the part was installed, after receiving my merchandise return, They said they cannotrefund the money to me. They only want me to create prepaid shipping label for them to ship the part back to me even though I told them I can pay the shipping cost by my credit card. They just wanted to make it difficult so that I will give up the merchandise I paid for.Creating a prepaid shipping label is difficult for me to do because I dont know the part weight and their shipping date. It seems to me they just dont want to return the part back to me so that they can sale it to another user and a second payment.They only sent me one email telling me they will not refund me the money. Then they never responded to my repeated email requests and phone calls. Looks like they want to keep both money and the merchandise. Also, their customer service is very terrible. It makes you very difficult to talk to or chat with their customer service representatives.
This place is great! No longer do you have to rely on a repair person or even mail order to get what you want to fix an appliance or maintain it, you can go close by and pick it up. We needed a new filter for the microwave. We called and ordered Sunday. Picked up on Monday. Very helpful!
Should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Ordered 3 parts for my washer on 4/27 with 2 day shipping. As of 4/29 no confirmation email on items sent. When I called I was told 2 of the items are on back order. This of course was not noted when I made the purchase and paid for 2 day shipping. I was told that when an item is on back order it will note in green on the website. My actuator, which is on back order shows in stock on their website today 4/29. Very dishonest practice and fleecing of their customers.
Computer said they had my part drive all the way to store no part. Told me I would have it shipped to me the next day no part. The day after that still no part and can’t get through on the phone been on hold over 45 minutes. People in store was nice other then that I would give them a one
These guys are the worst and very FRAUDULENT! STAY AWAY!! I ordered a knob then called to change the address. They charged me twice. I called to ask them why am I charged twice, they tell me its a hold on the account. How is it a hold when I have to pay for both charges on my account!? I am calling my bank to charge back both charges. AAAHHHH!
I had previously purchased appliance parts from RepairClinic in the past without any problems. This time, it was much different. I ordered an ice maker assembly back on August 12, 2020. I then went on-line to check my order and it said it was shipping. After several weeks, I checked again, and again it said it was shipping. Again, nothing, so I did the on-line chat and the agent said it was back-ordered and was expected to be in stock sometime between September 22 and October 14. When those dates rolled around, I sent an email asking about the status of my order. I never received any reply what-so-ever. A few days ago, I once again got online to check my order, but now it said it could not find any such order. I then tried calling Customer Service to see what was going on, and after being on hold for 20 minutes and being continually told someone would be with me shortly, I gave up. I assumed at this point that the part was never coming, and the order was most likely cancelled by them. You would think I would receive some sort of notification that the part was either not available, or that the order had been cancelled.Now I know that these are unusual and extraordinary times, but that doesnt mean customer service should suffer as well. Especially for a company that thrives on online purchases.Since I was unable to get the part I needed, I searched again, and thankfully found it at a parts store close by, in stock, and cheaper for the exact same thing. My only regret was I didnt go this route in the first place. And guess what, I got great Customer Service. Sorry RepairClinic, you lost me as a customer. No customer service, no customer.Just a bit of advice for someone in the company. I just scanned through several recent reviews, and the majority of them are one star. I think someone should take a look at that and do something to correct it. Just a thought.
I called at 10am to confirm that they had the parts I needed for a same-day refrigerator repair, and the rep confirmed the location (which they claimed is the ONLY location) had both parts I needed. I ordered everything online (which also showed in-stock) and selected in-store pickup, as advised. Around 2pm I got there (after 1hr+ drive) and the associate told me that one of the parts was backordered and wasnt available, but that he could have it sent from their Chicago location the following day.Im not sure how it turns from a business with a single location that has my parts turns into a multi-location business that doesnt, but whatever the case is, this wasted not only hours of my time driving to/fro, but also wasted time I couldve spent finding parts elsewhere, so I didnt lose everything in my refrigerator.
I’m having a negative experience with this company. ordered a stovetop grate kit. was suppose to come with two grates, only got one. i spent an hour in a chat room with a rep (who never apologized or showed any empathy whatsoever) and just now more time with a rep over the phone only to find out the item may be on back order but she can’t “get ahold of the person handling the issue”. almost a month now trying to get what i purchased. time wasted, money wasted. hopefully they’ll give me a refund.
Placed an order for a water heater part, it didnt look right but i was reassured that its the right part for my model heater. After getting back and trying to install i realized its definitely not the right part. Called customer service who then told me they wouldnt return it because i tried to install it. Dont go there unless you know exactly what you need and dont walk out the door until you know its the right part or else youll end up wasting half your day like me.
Extensive delays, inefficient customer service and terrible communication. On 11/14/20 I ordered a part for our freezer that was backordered, but supposed to arrive 12/18/20. Its now 1/8/21 and I still havent received it. The dated website cannot provide updates, so instead I spent 30+ minutes waiting to chat with someone who said they dont expect to get the part until 1/18/21. Thats fine. But the fact they couldnt tell me this upfront and that I cant quickly find out this status online is frustrating. They need to be transparent with customers about availability, communicate openly and modernize their website so customers can get information on their own.
Placed an order for a couple of gaskets to repair a leaking dishwasher. Disappointed first that it took 3 weeks to receive my shipment only to find out that half of the order was missing. I called to find out where the rest of my order was and they informed me it was on back order and would take another 2 weeks until they receive it from the factory. This was completely misrepresented in the order process where shipping times were anticipated to be a week after the order. 5-6 weeks it takes to get parts. Perhaps Amazon has spoiled me but this is unacceptable to misrepresent.
I have ordered parts for my home appliances from them several times, and the prices have been reasonable and service excellent. The first couple of orders I had shipped to my home, until I realized they were only about twenty minutes away from my home, and I started driving there to pick up my orders. The items I had shipped arrived in a day or two though, so either way their service has been good for me so far.
My card information was stolen, found two charges with this company. Called them to let them know they were not mine and were fraudulant charges. They gave me the names of the two guys who used my card from California, Im in Michigan. They said they would reverse the charges but never did!! Beware this company has terrible ethics when they let fraud happen and do nothing.Its been more than a few days, its been over two weeks!!
Ordering the part from RepairClinic.com was no issue. However, the part we ordered didnt fix our leaf blower so we are returning the part. Repair Clinic requires you to provide the serial number of the OUR leaf blower (not purchased from Repair Clinic) in order to process a return of the part. Thats absurd. Why does the company require the serial number or MY tool (not purchased from your company) in order to return the part I bought from your company to you? This is a scam to prevent customers from processing returns. Buyers beware.
Bought a $200 washer part found out there was another issue after I installed it. They wouldnt take it back even though the machine was never run after installation. Lady at repair clinic looked at me and laughed. Said hey try ebay. What a joke. Struggling to pay bills during a pandemic and thats her response. I dont even want to give them one star. Horrible company
No refund for shipping on wrong part even though the error was theirs! I searches online for a part for my fridge, used their online dropdown list to verify the part was compatible with my model number. Wrong part arrived. I called customer service and ordered the right one and got the paperwork to return the wrong part. They only refunded the price I paid, not any of the shipping on any of the mailings--two from them to me and my one return--even though the error was their list for the part showing my model number. Since I cant be sure Ill get the right part even by model number, Ill shop somewhere else.
I just received my second order from repair clinic in the last week. Both orders exceeded my expectations with how fast I received them just using standard shipping. The parts were exactly as described and worked great. Finding the parts on the website was extremely easy. Installation video was helpful. Also, the condenser fan assembly was $60 cheaper than anywhere else I could find it on the Internet.
I ordered a part for my dryer and paid for overnight delivery. It took 4 days until notified by Fedex that the product was at my door. It wasnt. So I called Repair Clinic and left a message with my number because they would call me back. They didnt. I called back the following day and after a long wait on line, the representative said that first they needed to check with Fedex and after that they would send me an email with the answer. Oh, yes they did but 2 days later. They sent a new dryer but 10 days after I had put the order. Too bad.
Besides the long line for a weekday afternoon, I had a great experience here. The counter worker was incredibly friendly and got my part to me quickly. I had a walk-in order and he called to get the part out of the warehouse and had it to me in less than 5 minutes! The prices are pretty middle range compared to what I found online, not the cheapest, but certainly beats any online retailer out for convenience when you need a part replaced ASAP. Highly recommend!
Why cant I give 0 stars? My refrigerator stopped working yesterday. All of my food is now in my garage. I ordered a new control board from this company because they could overnight it and the person I spoke with said expected arrival would be today. Today, when I hadnt received any tracking info, I called them and was told the board was in back order and estimated ship date was Feb. 18. Thanks Repair Clinic.
Excellent purchase experience. The two parts I needed for my snowblower were very easy to find on the website. I entered the part number on the very first page (not even the manufacturer) and a picture of it popped up. One click and there it was. Prices were very reasonable and...importantly...the first product screen told me whether the parts were in-stock. They claimed they would ship same day and have it here in 2 days. The parts arrived in 1 day! The parts were exact OEM and fit perfectly.
I sincerely hope that you order your parts at least two weeks b4 they are needed. I knew my furnace needed service three days before it failed and ordered fhe replacement part nine days ago. It is the dead of winter, it is cold. I have still not recieved my replacement part, . This is the second time REPAIRCLINIC.COM has failed to deliver in time of need. I live only 100 miles away from warehouse. Why does it take two weeks to deliver?
They do not stand behind their delivery promises, order a part for over night paid an extra $27 received 4 days later, have to wait for credit because they have to discuss with Fed Ex. Not my problem did not get what I paid for will never use again. Everyone says I cant do that have to check with manager I cant do that have to check with Fed Ex, WORST customer service. I have never paid for over night not gotten it and had to wait for credit.

Specificly purchased a part and paid for faster shipping to have the part in my hands by the date defined on the website. The delivery date came and went no part. I called their support and they told me the part is back ordered and I might get it with in the next 2 weeks. This is pathetic because your website set the expectation that I would have in my hands by the 22nd of October. If I would have known it was back ordered I would have purchased else where. Thanks for wasting 3 days. Also, inventory management is not difficult to integrate with a website. I ordered a part in early August 2020, it was stated online to be in stock. 2 days later I received an email informing me that it is currently on backorder and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. So I wait. It is now over 1 month later and the order is still pending. I have sent several emails with no response from this company. Because of this I would not do business with them again.
Had a white knuckle experience that appears to be ending on a good note. Created an order with them at 2am hoping for a early email confirmation so I could plan my install for the following day. After no email was received, I call them from 4pm on and they say their servers are down and they cannot get any status info in the office, but the website still works and parts will be shipped up til the deadline of 8pm if you order before then. I created a second order so I could make sure one of them went through. Thought I was going to be FREEZING with NO HEAT but they came through at the last minute.
I ordered a replacement shelf for a refrigerator. It came very quickly but unfortunately was broken. The packaging was terrible and the item was barely wrapped. I contacted the company via chat with my order number. The rep was quick to take care of the product replace and instruction on returning the item. The replacement came the same day as Fedex picked up the broken one and this was packed very well and was totally fine. Fit the refrigerator perfectly. I think the first one was packed by an employee who has a bad attitude. The company comes very highly recommended. Thanks.
They are cheater still people money. After you return stuff they don’t refund because you open it they said. They DON’T REFUND. They make an excuse because you install they part even though you didn’t. They sell used or refurbished parts and claim to be sell new parts. When you return them for some reason without installing, they refused to refund and said they check that part it’s been installed. We received and returned that’s it. Who installed it? They are crook don’t but my stuff from them you have to pay shipping and returning if for some reason. I would not recommend to anybody to purchase from them. They have lot of reviews people did not receive their refund. They have all positive fake reviews. Please don’t waste your money to purchase anything from them. You would loss your money and get stress to call them 2-3 time in a week and wait time is about 40 minutes and still not going to get solve your problem. They are super unprofessional and rude. I ordered a new part for my LG Washer after being told by their customer service rep that it was the right part; $250 later I received the part and it was the wrong part. I sent it back the same day and when they received it, now it was damaged and they refused to refund my $250.00; then told me it would take 6 weeks to get the proper part. I WENT TO ENCOMPASS.COM AND GOT THE PART IN 4 DAYS! Very courteous & professional at ENCOMPASS.COM REPAIR Clinic is the worst I have ever dealt with & very nasty to Senior Citizens. will never do business with REPAIR CLINIC again; they really suck!! Hello my name is Chrissa I Ordered an Ice bin with the blades for my refrigerator back onJune 16th 2021. It is already doing the same thing other one was doing. The cube ice is getting caught in the blades and bending them and causing the blades to jam the turning of the auger. Only when it is on crushed. I called the lady wad no help at all.
Worst online experience I’ve ever had. Ordered part and it was never shipped. Had to reorder it after an hour on the phone and it still hasn’t been shipped. I paid 10 for shipping...why?? If they don’t even bother shipping the part how do they justify a premium price on shipping. Just awful. Will never do business with repair clinic again. And I will do everything to spread the word about their horrible service. What’s even worse than all that, it was a time sensitive refrigerator part and most of my food spoiled.
Online ordering is great. All parts I have needed have been in stock. Would give a 5 star rating except that each time I have visited my online order has not been ready when I arrived for pickup. Website suggest pickup orders will be ready within an hour of ordering. Each time I arrived for pickup over an hour after ordering. However it did not take them long to fill the orders after I arrived.
I ordered a part and needed to return it because it was not correct… I can not get a hold of anyone… it did not come with any paperwork order number ect… I never received an email for an order confirmation… the only email I ever received was to rate the product I ordered… no one answered my email asking for help and calling on the phone was pointless… I’m stuck with an $80 part that I don’t want to ship back because I don’t want to pay more money for shipping when I am not sure I will get refunded
I ordered a part for my dishwasher and found the part right away. When it came time to ship, I was told the part would be here on the 29th. Now im being told it wont be here till the 5th. The part is lost somewhere in shipping. When I called customer service I was told there is nothing they can do, cant reimburse shipping, couldnt ship a new one faster, she basically was uninterested in my problem.Lots of places to find replacement parts, Ill be looking elsewhere in the future.
Horrible business practice.and total scam. Purchased a main control board for my microwave as stated in their website it comparable. Didn’t even needed to open the package to tell it won’t fit. After waiting an hour to speak to a live person, getting a run around trying get a refund. Why do you need to do a research before you refund my money? False advertisement on their website to get your money and run around getting your money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I purchased a part for my washing machine that they claimed was compatible, it was not. When I returned the part, I was denied a refund because they claim the part was installed. It was the WRONG PART! How could I have installed it?! I have spent SEVERAL hours on hold with them trying to reach a representative. They are impossible to reach via online chat and over the phone! I dont know how a business like this is still operating but they must be stopped from ripping people off!
BUYER BEWARE, read the fine print. I ordered a new control board for our clothes washer, though I was not 100% positive it was the cause of our washer’s problems. The part arrived and I installed it, but it did not fix the problem. I removed the control board and returned it. The board spent less than 15 minutes out of the box, it was handled with care, and repackaged with all of the original packaging. I was notified that I would not be permitted a refund because it shows signs of scuffing on the terminals.I ordered from repairclinic because they touted their 365 day return policy. But if you read the fine print (which I didn’t) it says that electrical parts can not be returned if they have been installed. Which means that if the part you ordered doesn’t fix your problem (and how can you know if you don’t actually, you know, try it?), you’re stuck with it because they will not give you a refund.Shame on me for not reading the fine print more closely, but what a horrible, customer-unfriendly policy for a DIY’er. Repairclinic will not get a nickel from me again. I hope this review saves someone else the trouble and expense.
What happened to this company? The used to be the go to spot for repair parts and Ive used them several times. I ordered a part 11 days ago and finally got through their chat help hold time of about 1 hour to find out that the part wont even be available to ship for over one and a half months!! At no time during my ordering process was I told it would be this long of a wait, nor was I ever contacted to tell me the long wait.I cancelled the order and ordered on ebay for cheaper and it will be here in 5 days. What a joke.
Ordered stove part 2-5-20. When part arrived, the wiring connections were not the same as old part. Tried to get info. on their web site, with no avail.Sent part back, refund was different than purchase price $10.00 less. Went on their chat site, to find out why the difference.In being told the refund was less for shipping cost, Karen then accused me of ordering wrong part! (very rude,know my ability to replace this part outreaches her knowledge of the item itself. WILL NOT USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!
I love this company. The purchases arrive packed nicely and I get them asap. The only delay I ever had was on the part of FedEx . The part was shipped the same day and the tracking shows that but Fedex seems to like to ride around with items on the truck instead of delivering them. Great job RepairClinic! I will keep purchasing from you. *You may want to look at using UPS though instead!
I ordered a part for a pressure washer 2 months ago and said 3-5 days shipping. I got an email 3 days ago that said it has shipped and I checked the tracking number and it says FedEx has received the shipping info but it has not shipped out. I have tried to log into my account on their website and it tells me my password is incorrect so I tried to reset it multiple time and it says they have sent an email with instructions to do so but the email never shows up in any of my inboxes. at this point the person I was fixing the pressure washer for has already just gotten a new one, so I am just out the money I spent and if the part ever does show up it will be pointless and Ill just have a part that I dont need because I couldnt log in to cancel the order. needless to say I wouldnt ever waste my money with this company again.
Good selection of parts, my issue is the shipping. Shipped with FedEx, my last order took over 2 weeks to arrive. They could use USPS for the same price, or cheaper, and the part would be delivered in 1/4 of the time. Ill be ordering from someone else if I need more parts for my range.
I don’t usually write such poor reviews but this really seemed necessary. I work in home maintenance and appliance repair makes up a good portion of my work. Repair Clinic has always been my go-to website. I ordered a part for a customer’s freezer and opted for the next-day shipping. Although I was disappointed when it didn’t show, I tried to be understanding considering many delays the coronavirus has caused; it has caused many delays in my own work. However, I could not be so understanding when I was informed by customer service that I would not be receiving a refund since the product was on backorder and that I would not be getting the part for another month. If the part is not available I do not believe the option should be available. Two stars accounts for all the times Repair Clinic has helped me out over the past 6 years, but it only took one experience with their poor customer service to change my mind about using them in the future.
I ordered 2 ignites for my GE gas range on 4/27/20, and received them the very next day! Exact parts we needed at a great price. Ill be telling others about Repair Clinic, and gladly do business with them again. Now I can use my oven & broiler again! Thanks Repair Clinic. 😀👍
Becafeful ordering from here there is no communication at all. Placed in order in March on back order no one has ever let me know I had to reach out every few months up to October . Worst customer service...And to reply to the below NO ONE ever reached out to me and now another issue I received the incorrect part and now they are telling me they cant return what a business I tell you .Stay away if i were you
I Was having a hard time locating parts for my furnace, but repair clinic had a feature to enter my model number and pulled up the exact parts I needed, and was a very good price, shipping was quick, and I got my parts a day earlier than expected, the email even came with how to videos for the parts I ordered
Ordered my parts on a Sunday evening and received them at the customers house by 1pm on a Wednesday. Called customer service on Tuesday and got the tracking number. I received excellent service and fast shipping. Thanks from myself and the customer on getting their blower rebuilt and running smooth and quiet quickly during a hot spell.
I received 10 days later half of my order that I made and one of the pieces was damaged. When I contacted customer service, they told me that they should come to pick up the piece and WHEN THE PIECE ARRIVES to their warehouse and they check the damage, they can send me another one. So, I should wait two more weeks to have a decent piece. Not only that, but they ended the chat without a solution, and in the middle of the conversation. Their customer service is disrespectful and they are a scam, sell damaged pieces and ask you to wait two weeks for a replacement. not I will never buy from this company again. I had to buy the replacement at Amazon (at my own cost, of course). No refund, no apologies, no solutions. Such an scam.
Since they changed ownership last year, they no longer have a valid price matching policy. As was explained to me, “no websites meets their criteria for price matching” so they will not match anyone’s prices. They also will not take back any part that “ has been electronically installed”, so good luck returning parts that do not fix your problem. Finally, they prove to be much more expensive than other retailers. I’ll only use them again if I’m desperate to get a part the same day, since I live nearby.
I cant believe how many people have had poor experiences! I had a great experience with Repair Clinic. Accidentally shattered my oven door, and had to order new door glass. With COVID, the estimated shipping was 1 month (this was a few months back, at the very start of COVID), I was not mad about this, because that is out of their control. When the package arrived, it was safely packaged, in perfect condition, and was the correct part. They even sent me a video 1-2 weeks before on how to install it, incase I needed the assistance. I overall had a very good experience with Repair Clinic!
Would give this place less than 1 star if I could! I ordered a part for our central air unit on July 27th and was given a date of 3 or 4 August of when my part would arrive. After waiting longer than I should have, without any order update correspondence from the company, I called today to check on my order. The guy said the part is on back order and that the information was included in my order. WRONG! Nowhere in anything that I got from the company did it say the part was on back order! That information should have been confirmed via email to inform me as the customer that there would be a delay in getting my part. The only decent service I got from this company was the cancelation of my order.

Tried to contact them but wait times on phone and chat line were in excess of 30 mins so couldn’t get through. No email for customer service is published. Ludicrous business practices. Recommend avoiding repairclinic. Ordered two parts from them via Home Depot parts only because they could deliver within two days. Problem is the shipment was an item, missing the critical component. I needed it and had to drive 40 miles to buy from a local shop. They honored a refund of the one missing item but refused to refund shipping, even half since I kept one part. I would not have paid $10 shipping on a $10. Will follow up with BBB and HomeDepot corporate.

However, upon opening the package, some of the parts were damaged. Seems like they didnt even check what they were shipping out. Would like to get a replacement, but then youd have to ship the damaged products back, and you would need to pay for the shipping cost. I think its unfair and ridiculous as it was their responsibility to check the items before they ship them. I tried to complain, but then theres no one you can reason out to as they would just say the same things over and over.
Worst Customer Service experience I can imagine. I live about 15 minutes from the Repair Clinic warehouse and usually stop in person to pickup orders - and I order alot from RC. This time I decided to have 2 orders shipped. First one never arrived, second arrived in 1 day (I live very close). When searching tracking info, it appears it was shipped from Canton, Mi. to Ohio, to Indianapolis, sat for 6 days in is now in Minnesota. Like I said, I live minutes from the warehouse so WHY is my product being shipped further away from me? Whatever the postal service is screwy sometimes - the big terrible part of Repair Clinic is I contacted customer service through live chat and waited for 25 minutes to chat with Victoeno. WORST CS AGENT EVER! His answer was when asked where my part was I dont know, go to the post office...What ? 1) it was shipped Fed Ex, 2) Telling customer I dont know.. basically too bad for you customer...is about as bad as you can get. After pointing out that my online order record shows the part should have arrived 6-7 days ago and he kept saying check your tracking info. What a blow off to a loyal customer. The reason I contacted CS in first place was because i checked tracking and my part was apparently lost. A GOOD Company and CS agent would say Im sorry, I will ship you out another $6 part right away. No, this agent never once apologized and said contact post office what an arse. and what an arsehol company. Will NEVER use Repair Clinic again and dont recommend them to my worst enemy.
Fridge went out on a Wednesday night, found out it was a control board issue, googled main control board for my model number fridge and repair clinic showed they had the part in stock and offered overnight shipping there was even a button that said does this fit my model number and i clicked that and confirmed, ordered and paid $30 for overnight shipping, got the part on a Friday afternoon like promised and it was the wrong board, I now have old one out and ordered it off the board number not the model number of my fridge (which i should have done to begin with but the site made me feel confident i was ordering the write part) paid overnight air again and am waiting on he part, in the mean time i ask for a refund on the wrong board, I got a VERY rude Aaron schooled me about how i ordered the Wong part, all but called me a liar about how i ordered the wrong part and was super rude, i guess if you get lucky and order the correct part to begin with the experience had the potential to be 5-star and an amazing experience so long as you dont have to deal with anyone and can do it all yourself correctly, heavens to Betsy something goes wrong and you need their assistance.. I think he was trying to get out of paying for return shipping which i didnt even care about but didnt appreciate the rudeness of the CSR. sucks for them Aaron was the face of their company and this is the way it ended.. probably never order from them again, heck would probably rather go buy new then to have spend $400 on the part and get this kind of customer service...
Repair Clinic is my go to whenever I have problems with appliances. Why throw it away when I can get the parts from Repairclinic.com? Ive fixed my dryer, my washing machine, dishwasher and stove numerous times. I dont understand the people who have written some of these bad reviews. This site has saved me many, many times.
I ordered a part back on Sept 15th 2020 and paid for an item, it was out of stock and was told that the item would ship when it went back into stock around 11/4/2020. On 11/4/2020 the item went back into stock but I was not sent the item and now 11/12/2020 I am being told that the item is back out of stock and I can not get it. I have not had a dishwasher for almost 4 months now they are saying I probably will not get it until January of 2021 if they get the part it. This is highly unacceptable and not professional.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Ordered a replacement drawer for a kitchen trash compactor and the part was spot-on perfect. It was shipped with excellent packing to prevent damage and was received at the front end of the timeframe stated, and customer service was supremely helpful when I called on status. My family is back to crushing garbage with the best of them! I enthusiastically recommend RepairClinic.
So I ordered the part 10 days again. I went off of the model number on the oven and confirmed it was the right one. Well when it got here, it was obviously wrong, the pet numbers didn’t match and the box had different numbers on the outside.I called up to tell them, and the lady on the phone was rude and argumentative. Without listening to what I said she immediately started telling me I was responsible for mailing it back despite the company sending me the wrong part. Finally after going back and forth with her I got her to listen to what happened and she checked my model number on the oven. She realized I ordered the correct part according to the repair clinic website. Apparently I still wasn’t done proving it wasn’t the correct part though. After calling in I had to email anew customer service rep and send them photos. I went through the same process through email and they agreed I was sent the wrong part through no fault of my own.In the email chain I asked them for expedited shipping due to it being their mistake and my stove top being out of order for another week. They completely disregarded the question and instead just started asking when they could pick up the incorrect part. Then after I made the request I got an email saying the part was being shipped out and it would be here in another week.Apparently incompetence is part of their company motto, or at least just accepted as their norm. I won’t be buying anything from them again.
Im commenting on their help with repairs. I spent about an hour waiting for chat then not getting answers beyond What is your model number and part number? There is no clinic you just see if they have your part number and then order it or go elsewhere. There is no help. Its just a parts source which is OK, but why pretend to be more?
Ordered twice from RepairClinic. A clutch and a hall sensor for an LG washer. Received both parts two days after ordering. The parts were correct and well packaged (although neither part solved the problem). The RepairClinic videos were a big help in understanding the installation. In my experience RepairClinic did a great job. Just wish I didnt have to repair a two year old appliance. I will never buy LG anything again.
I I could give a negative number I would. Some of the WORST customer service EVER. I ordered a part that was supposed to be delivered to me on 31 July, in fact FED Ex sent me an update. By August 3, no part, 4 phone calls and numerous chats with FEDEX produced absolutely no results so I called RepairCLinic on 3 Aug. Person I spoke with me very nice and told me FEDex would never help me out (TRUE) but he found my tracking order and discovered it had been 2 hours away from me for 2 days. He contacted FEDex and assured me part was due to be delivered on 4 Aug. Still no part on 4 August. I called again and spoke to a Floor Supervisor named Mario who would not give me a phone number to contact me but told me he would refund the shipping cost and SWORE he would call me back between 3-4pm on the 5th of August. 5 August, no part, no phone call from Mario, who obviously lied through his teeth to get me off the phone and in fact tried to charge my credit card again for the part I have NEVER received. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES EVER..DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Ordered a light bulb and socket for a microwave. Delivery was slow and when I received my order in a large box, there was only a tiny light bulb in the box and no order status to let me know about the socket that I ordered. I sent an email to the company the following day asking them about the socket....24 hours later, still waiting for a response. I should have ordered it from Amazon for a little more money.

2022-06-27Ordered a replacement gas burner for my cook top, and also needed 2 torx screws for it. The burner was fine, but they sent me 2 tiny screws that were way too short and would not work because the head was too large and unable to get a wrench on it. Not to mention, they charged me just under $20 for the two tiny screws, the screw on the left is what they sent. The screws they sent probably cost $0.25. I realize I over paid but thought the original installed screws may be hard to find elsewhere. To top it all off, they require me to pay to return the 2 tiny screws before they will refund my money. I used Repair Clinic a lot in the past but this is the last straw, never again. PS, it cost more to return the screws than they were actually worth. Stupid Return Policy.UPDATE: Owner has requested an email with order number so they can assist. If Owner had actually checked, Owner would see that I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service already about this problem. Looking at other reviews, seems the Owner response is the same for most all complaints about return policy.

2022-07-21My experience is like so many others Ive read about. I ordered a part for my dishwasher. They sent the wrong part. I called. They sent a replacement part assuring me that if it was still wrong I would get a full refund. Spoiler . . . wrong part again. Since getting that second wrong part, I have emailed them pictures, talked to four different representatives, and I had a guy hang up on me. On two of those calls, I was promised a refund was coming . . . nothing. One of the agents, just flat out told me he would not give me a full refund after we talked for over an hour. Every time I called, I had to wait 15-60 minutes to finally talk to someone and then it was like starting over from ground zero every time. So much time wasted. I filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau. I am just asking for a $27 refund. I dont understand why it is so hard. I think ordering from this company could be a good experience if there are no hiccups, or mistakes. But, if you do have issues, the customer service is one of the worst I have ever worked with.

2022-02-16We ordered a inducer motor. I was not delivered on time (3 days late) even when we paid for next day freight, but weather was probably an issue... Understandable. One star was given because the part was damaged and we havent heard back from Repair Clinic as to how they can resolve this issue. We probably jumped the gun on this order, seeing that we paid twice as much for the part as we have in the past. Repair Clinic popped up first on google, Ill scroll down next time.

2022-02-08I didnt read the reviews before making my initial purchase of 3 dishwasher parts. After the first (and least expensive) fixed the issue, I did read the reviews after having over $400 in parts that I didnt need. I was horrified about some of the return experiences people had shared. However, I was pleasantly surprised when, less than a week after sending my parts back, my refunds were applied with no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend the repair clinic for your name brand appliance parts.

They responded to my email quickly, helped me figure out the correct part I needed and shipped it to me fast! It arrived and was a perfect fit, I would definitely use them again.

2022-01-12Buyer Beware! This company uses shady business practices with their return policy. They make it appear their 365 day return policy is simple and easy, however it is anything but that. Also, DO NOT rely on getting accurate information from their representatives and make sure to read the return policy before any purchases...they do a good job on intentionally betting you wont. A good company would give you some kind of heads up on the full return policy or provide you with documentation about this with your order...They do neither!

2022-07-05Five stars for this company! Everything is remarkable – platform, products, prices, people. I order online then pick up the items myself. It’s a long drive but it’s worth it because their people are knowledgeable and always ready to assist. Best of all, they’re open every day! Really helpful especially in times of emergency.

2022-02-07Needed 2 parts for my furnace, the one I knew about and had shipped, received it the next day a-ok. Found out I needed another part, which was also in stock, and ended up picking it up in person and everything was great. Ordered several things over the years and have never had an issue.

2022-06-03Absolutely disgusted by this company! Ordered a part was dissatisfied with the purchase so I called customer service to make sure I returned the item correctly so I could be refunded. I was told to provide a copy of the email they sent me inside the package so I could be refunded. I ship it back at $56 my expense and when I called to explain that I shipped it and had no choice to pay that much in shipping I was told “the representative you spoke to the other day should have provided you with a label so fedex could just pick it up” but now there isn’t anything we can do because you shipped it (per the instructions I received from a representative). I asked if a check could be mailed to me since the representative openly admitted it was their error and the reply is “no we don’t have checks.” What kind of company is this that doesn’t have business checks?!?!Unbelievable that it was admitted the error was not on me and nothing is going to be done to make up for it….the level of customer care is a zero!
