We had such a positive experience with this Restoration company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need. They were extremely detailed orientated and spent time explaining each step to us and what to expect. Jeff the owner was so helpful and his team were equally wonderful. When our claims adjuster came out he was also impressed with this company, how thorough they were with clean up and dry out process. This company was absolutely 5 stars and had great customer service and were always available for questions.

I would highly recommend Jeff Stevenson and his team at Restoration 1! The team kept me updated at every step in the process - this is NOT a small matter when dealing with construction! I really appreciated the kindness and empathy shown by this team! They went above and beyond to handle my flood mitigation and I will tell all of my friends and family who to call if they ever have any problems in the future!

We have used Jeff and his team on multiple flood occasions at both of our homes. Each and every single time he was incredibly responsive, very professional, very knowledgeable, very through, very understanding, straightforward, fair and reasonable. Jeff the owner went above and beyond for our family while we were making a purchase on a home that had mold damage. I called a few companies prior and Jeff was the only contractor that went out of his way and was able to provide detail of the damages. Their prices are very reasonable and his customer service is extraordinary. I highly recommend this company.

When we woke up to a inch of water in our basement due to a failed sump pump, we were panicked. Jeff and his crew were out immediately to access the damage. He gave us great advice and recommendations of how we should proceed even if we didnt choose him and his team.Jeff was able to walk us through every step of the way of restoration in which we could understand. His team was professional, respectful and ultimately very helpful. The crew was able to help us remove heavy items from our basement and bring them back down once the basement had dried out.I never felt that there was a time when I was unsure of what was happening. We are very satisfied with the service they provided.If you are in dire need of water removal and/or restoration give Restoration 1 of Macomb a call.

Restoration 1 sanitized my wifes business after 2 employees tested positive for Covid-19.The owner was easy to contact and he set up an appointment right away!They did a great job with minimal disruption and helped everyone feel safe at work.

I called Restoration 1 Macomb in a panic with water in my basement....completely unsure of how to proceed. Jeff himself answered the phone,talked me through the steps: call a plumber to check for roots in drain,speak with insurance,etc. The reassurance and support offered was so appreciated! He checked in later that day, made arrangements to give an estimate. He and his guys arrived early,were so polite, hard-working and reassuring!! I would recommend Jeff and his crew 100%!!!!! Integrity and kindness!!!!!!

Restoration 1 Macomb provided an estimate to cleanup mold from a leaky basement shower. We received two additional estimates, but Restoration 1 had the best price. Their team arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. What impressed me was that Jeff was so knowledgeable and able to explain the entire process so both my 87 year old mom and I could understand. There was no inconvenience to our schedules and they cleaned everything up beautifully. I highly recommend Restoration 1 Macomb for any cleanup or damage jobs. Thanks Jeff!

Had severe flooding that happen while away from home for several months. This led to a major mold problem that destroyed everything in the basement. Restoration 1 was recommended to me by a coworker. I contacted them, the owner took my call and immediately came out to accessed the problem. The next day they began work to remediate the issue. There was a significant amount of mold, however, Restoration 1 had everything cleaned up in a week. My Insurace company was amazed at how thorough of a job was done for such a great price.
