Restore is a great place to stop in and take action towards your health and wellness goals. They offer many great services from cryotherapy, IV and compression therapies to name a few. You have to try some out and find what works best, the staff are knowledgeable and great at what they do.
Staff was great and the infrared sauna was amazing! My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt fully refreshed. We slept really well that night and felt recharged the next day :)
The cryo, PBM, compression and the assisted stretch have helped my body heal from sciatic pain. I am no longer having flare-ups and I continue my self care regiment with cryotherapy and compression services. The staff are all so amazing and professional! I absolutely love it here at Restore!
My sister and I enjoyed the wide variety of services as well as the clean and relaxing atmosphere.Ive tried multiple core services now and feel rejuvenated after each visit. I sleep better, have more energy during the day and feel better overall. The friendly and professional staff members make Restore a place I recommend to everyone I know.
Beautiful aseptic environment. A combination of a spa-like experience crossed with state of the art wellness therapies. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase anything it was a great experience. I even received free infrared sauna therapy which is was amazing. I’ve been to quite a few wellness spa’s and Restore is hands down the best I’ve experienced.

I always have had a wonderful experience at this location every time. I appreciate the customer service I get at the front desk with ( Lucy or Stacy, Katie Viazanko and Esti Jillianne) They each are so nice to me, and most of the time Im just excited to be around some of them as they are positive-minded individuals. Lucy or Stacy is who you want to go to for effective communication who is awesome!!!! Katie is the Nurse you want to go to, who takes her time to talk to you about each IV option and will give you the best recommendation to address your concerns. Lastly, Esti is my point of contact who has given me the best suggestion when it comes to the best approach to take in caring for my skin and always makes me feel relaxed within myself. Overall, this is a very nice place and the people are nice. I can not say this about many other business, as Im a very straightforward person and will only give recognition to those who truly care for their customer.
All of the people are wonderful and super friendly. My favorite service is full body cryotherapy, I can honestly say it is one of the best parts of my day. Keep doing what you are doing.
Love these different things you can do to help your health that you cant get just anywhere. BTW, Leah is amazing with a fantastic personality and great knowledge of restore and all that it has to offer
This was a fun place to try. I clicked on a Facebook ad and started receiving calls to try it.I finally decided to give it a try and was happy that I did. With a lot of hesistation I decided on the full body cryotherapy as my complimentary service. Terrified of stepping into the cold, but with Beyonce playing in the background, I completed the 2:45 minutes (suggested for my first time) with ease.That went so well that I decided to try the localized cryotherapy for my arm pain.Maybe my imagination, but I felt a significant difference afterwards.I do plan to try more services like stretching before locking into a plan. While I do see benefits, the services are pricey - but you get what you pay for and I believe that this will be worth it.
Fast and efficient. Hope the red light therapy helps with poison ivy.
The nurses and staff were amazing and very friendly. It was my first cryo experience and I hope to try it again soon!

2022-05-19I have been attending Restore Hyper wellness center in Birmingham for the past six months.I can only say positive things about that place, and all wonderful people who work there.They offer different services ,which are very beneficial for your emotional and physical health. I particularly love infrared red light sauna and PBM-intense red light therapy.I started going there after I had very difficult surgery, and it helped me tremendously to feel better.On the pictures you can see how skin looks after PBM,red light therapy, and cryofacial.I am 52 years old.Good management, special thanks to Nick Timmons. But all employees are friendly, attentive to your needs, and very accommodating.Would highly recommend this Wellness center!

2021-12-21Restore Birmingham has been a great place to come for much needed help restoring my energy, metabolism, boosting my mood and do much more! The staff from everyone Ive met is very kind and attentive, and their services are stellar. There are easy ways to schedule through the mind body app, or directly with the staff. The process of using my dials has been very easy for me as I determine my wellness goals for the month. Also, this is the best place for setting up an IV! The nurses are so kind and attentive and I really love coming back! Dont hesitate to start your wellness journey today!

2022-05-05I have been wanting to try out some of the services at Restore since hearing great things about them for months. The place is amazing! It was spotless and the staff was friendly, super knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain the different treatments they offer. After choosing compression therapy, cryotherapy, and red light therapy, I left there feeling healthy and energized. I can’t wait to return next week for a hydra facial.

2022-04-01Great variety of services under one roof, and services I have yet to see other places (IV NAD, hyperbolic chamber). Staff was friendly and attentive, manager gave us a tour and not only knew what he was talking about but his commitment to healthy living was genuine. He was also kind enough to let my wife and I try a cryo session on the house because we had already used our first time free service on the infrared sauna. I will absolutely recommend to anyone that will listen. Well run business. Again, GREAT STAFF GREAT MANAGEMENT

2022-06-25It’s an excellent and relaxing place to go along with your gym workouts at Orangetheory next door. The manager Nick, the nurses Katie and Kelly, and all the other staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in their services.

2022-06-01For the short time that Ive been coming I have been more than satisfied with the services rendered. The IM shots really help when you can actually tell the difference after youve received them not quite too sure about the infrared and the other treatments perhaps I didnt get enough to where I could really tell the difference to my body and then you all know how everything affects everyone differently but I would most definitely recommend giving it a try. And the place is very clean and modern And the nurse and the esthetician is extremely knowledgeable in their field

2022-05-26The services are great, staff is exceptional! My “goto” is the IV and leg compression combo. It’s a great refresh and recharge for my busy schedule. With a lot of work travel, it’s a must in between trips

2022-06-04Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you offer a niche variety of stuff thats hard to get elsewhere. Im just not sure how cost-effective it is to go into the cryo, ideally I would alternate between sauna and cryo a couple times in a day, a couple times in a week, but that would cost a small fortune.
