Oliver is the best around. He taught me simple exercises that have had a great impact on the enhancement of my mobility. I had all but given up on physical therapy before going to Restore PT, Im glad I didnt. I was tired of a regime of a little traction, ten minutes of ultrasound and being handed print outs of exercises to do at home. Rinse and repeat. At Restore, Oliver is hands-on. He works with you for the entire session, which allows him to understand exactly what you need. This attention and level of interaction wasn’t just for the initial visit, but remained throughout the duration of my cycle of physical therapy. Many friends Ive referred to him have reported similar experiences and results. I would say that if you suffer from prolonged back pain, and I know there are many of us out there, dont hesitate to give Restore a call. It wont be easy; in fact, its a lot of hard work, but its well worth it. (e.g., Ever try to get out of chair only using one leg and no hands? Me either, but towards the end of my therapy I was doing it with relative ease).I’m by no means cured, but I’ve gone from having 3 – 5 severe episodes a year to 1 – 2 since my time at Restore PT.
Oliver is the best physical therapist Ive ever worked with. Hes been incredibly accommodating with his practice to ensure his patients get the care they need. I never thought I would be able to feel even remotely better after my accident and my next steps were to be surgery. Now I have an option and a choice and I could never express my gratitude for Oliver providing me that choice.
Connie and I came there together. We were in the treatment room together. You charged me $260.00 per visit. You charged Connie $136.16 per visit. WHY?? You billed for the same procedure codes. In my case, State Farm was the secondary insurance. I was concerned cuz they werent paying. You kept telling me, dont worry, they HAVE to pay! They didnt!! I had to pay out of my pocket...You said the charges are irrelevant cuz you only bill deductibles and copays. You billed me for $6,075.00.
I was referred to Oliver Patalinghugs Restore Physical Therapyprogram by my family practitioner. The treatment would be for mylack of balance and general fatigue. After a few difficult sessions, the Restore program way, I began to see that hard workouts would be helpful. The structure of the program allowed me to see how progress could be made. However, the key to this successful treatment was the genuine interestin me as a patient. Both Oliver and Melissa, the receptionist becamepersonal friends. Those relationships were very helpful to me incompleting the exercises.I have seen much improvement in my physical and mental state. I feelmuch younger than my age of 85 as a result of the restore program.
I had severe pain in my lower back at least 15 years. After many years of pain and lots of pills, physical therapy, pain management with no help. I could not walk I had to always sit because my leg gets numb. So my doctor said she had a great guy who could help me. That guy is Oliver. After few visits I am pain free hardly using a cane, walking straight and feeling great! Im so happy I could just shout about it! I would highly recommend Restore Physical Therapy.
I didnt believe that Physical Therapy could relieve my pain. I had just spent four days in the hospital where they did X rays and MRIs they ran blood tests and taught me how to walk up and down stairs as if I were permanently disabled. I was eventually given prescriptions for a couple of controlled substances and the nurses wished me well as they wheeled me out of the hospital. On a follow up appointment to the spine surgeons office I was shown my MRI. My spine looked like there was half of a round-about in the lower portion. It was surgery, controlled substances or Physical Therapy. My Internist recommended “Restore Physical Therapy”. I wasnt crazy about the Idea but what did I have to lose?I had some reticence going in to my first visit but was quickly put at ease by the causal yet professionalism of the office. There was no hospital like regimen but rather an interested, caring staff. After the course of care was explained to me and I did a just a couple of the exercises I felt an easing of my pain. The following sessions and my work at home gave me the relief I was looking for.Im am now drug free, no surgery needed and a believer in the real benefits of Physical Therapy as practiced at “Restore Physical Therapy”.I give Oliver and the staff at “Restore Physical Therapy” my highest recommendation.
I had a great experience with Restore PT. I was treated for Vertigo and by the end of my treatment it had gone away. I also learned many exercises to continue at home. These exercises not only will help with keeping Vertigo from reoccurring but also help with my posture and flexibility.
I spent most of this year in constant, sometimes excruciating pain in both my lower back and shoulder. 27 years of not understanding the importance of stretching plus a few years pushing myself too hard waiting tables took its toll. Some days I couldnt even walk because my hips were so tight and I couldnt raise my arm above my head. Oliver was always gentle and made sure to keep things as painless as possible (which was a pleasant surprise since Id always heard that physical therapy had to be super painful), and it worked! After a little over 4 weeks of treatments and daily exercises, I can enthusiastically say that I am no longer in pain! It wasnt easy but thanks to Oliver it was so much easier than I expected.Big thanks to Oliver for helping me heal and return to a normal 27 year olds life, and thanks to Danielle and Isha at the front desk for always being kind and helpful.
Oliver and Marty are wonderful! I got into a car accident 6 months ago, and I’ve actually progressed faster and better since I have started coming here. These two get to the root of the problem and always give a solid plan of rehab to get everything back to normal. Also, the office administrator, Jamie, is extremely nice, helpful, and has a stellar sense of style. She’s always happy to make sure that all your appointments are set up, flexible with your day-to-day schedule, and always greets the patients warmly.
I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Restore Physical Therapy. The physical therapist, Oliver, was very patient and kind. He went over and above the call of duty. His staff was very good too. I am pain free now. I could barely function before the therapy because of the terrible pain. If you are considering physical therapy, I highly recommend Restore Physical Therapy. I heard about them through my physician whose patients had achieved good results.Terri Fuller
My experiences with Oliver and his team were truly nothing short of fantastic. Earlier this year, I went in with constant headaches and neck pain, but left each time feeling renewed and confident that I was in great hands. What still amazes me to this day is that it only took a few visits for my troubles to be cured. In addition, Oliver and his team had also provided a wealth of knowledge about correcting my posture, and taught me simple exercises that carry tremendous health benefits, which I still practice to this day. He is passionate about what he does, and truly cares for his patients – that alone speaks volumes. I’ll certainly be visiting Restore Physical Therapy from here on out. Do yourself a favor - don’t go anywhere else!
Restore physical therapy is a good place for the therapy. Erica and Oliver helped me to recover from my shoulder injury and they are very good at their work. Overall it’s a very good place and friendly people. I would recommend this place to anyone if they are looking for a good physiotherapy place.
I toppled down a mountain in Colorado and got separated shoulder from it. Shortly after, I underwent surgery. 6 weeks later I had my sling off and was ready for physical therapy. I am extremely active and it was very important to me to get back to 100%. Oliver from Restore pt did an amazing in helping me achieve that goal. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and really cared about my recovery.
I had minor, but persistent wrist and elbow pain that is gone thanks to Oliver and Restore Physical Therapy. The treatment alleviated my symptoms, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. This was my first encounter with physical therapy, if I ever need it again, I will go back to Oliver at Restore. As a bonus, I am now hooked on green tea.
I had suffered from piriformis syndrome/sciatic nerve pain for about two and a half months due to a sedentary office job. Taking pain killer prescribed by my family doctor did not improve too much. Then I decided to give a try at Restore. After seeing Oliver for about 12 sessions, I am pain free. I am very happy about the result and would recommend Restore to anyone with muscle and nerve pain.
If you are looking for an alternative to large, sports-oriented physical therapy practices, definitely go to Restore PT. They have 2 PTs so you will always have continuity and seamless coordination of care in two private rooms. More importantly, they are gentle and cater specifically to the bodies of mature adults. Personally, I found that made a huge difference, as I had actually injured my knee by overly aggressive exercises at a different practice.
I had a bad back pain for several months and a bad shoulder posture. My doctor advised me for Physical therapy.I was lucky picking a right place - Restore Physical Therapy. After a 10 visits, I found it worked very well and back pain not as bad as before. My friends also said to me saying my shoulder posture is almost coming back to normal.
I was sent here by my doctor for back pain. When I first started coming I had such bad back pain and couldn’t move or sleep much! After coming here I am now pain free and sleeping through the night! Everyone there made me feel so welcome and they were very kind and gentle! They were even nice enough to send me a reminder text for my appointments! I highly recommended coming here if you are in any pain! Thank you restore for giving me my life back! Melinda Randall
I visited Restore Physical Therapy over the summer to treat my trigger finger. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the office- timely in their appointment keeping, friendly office staff, and excellent service delivery. I would highly recommend Oliver Patalinghug.
I was really impressed that I had one-on-one attention which kept me honest about my progress. When it come to large PT establishments there therapist often left me to complete a set of exercises while attending to one or more other patients. My progress was fast and I am back to exercising again

2022-05-26My husband, Doug Werdehoff has had Multiple Sclerosis for 29 years. He currently is in the Secondary Progressive Stage. He has not been able to walk on his own for the last 10 yrs. He has had to use a walker, as he has leg weakness and very bad balance. In August of 2021, he had a hip replacement on his R hip. He spent 2 months in a in-patient facility for Physical Therapy. During that time he was in a wheelchair. After the 2 months he was sent home for in home therapy. He was still in a wheelchair. The home therapy started immediately when he came home. They came out 3 times a week for an hour session. They were very good with Doug but needless to say, he’s a bit on the stubborn/independent side. He kept getting up without asking for help and yes, he was falling a lot. He ended up fracturing his R leg bone right where he had his hip surgery. They gave him another 2 weeks of in home PT. He was then told he had to go to out-patient PT. The in-patient Therapist highly recommended that we go to “Restore Physical Therapy.“ I immediately called and they got him in right away. He was still in a wheelchair at this time. The first visit he saw Oliver the owner. He was wonderful! He went through all of Dougs records and came up with his plan of therapy and discussed it with Us. Not only did Doug get therapy for his hip, he also included therapy for his balance from his MS. Erica was assigned as his Therapist. She was wonderful too! I believe he started out with 6 weeks of therapy and then extended it for another 2 weeks. At the end of his therapy he was walking very well with his walker. His balance was also much, much better. But it gets better! About a week after his therapy was complete, he started taking a few steps on his own. He continued his exercises and now is walking most of the time without his walker. After 10 yrs of not being able to walk on his own, he is now walking on his own. Now, this is a miracle!! Thank you Restore Physical Therapy. This is not the end of the story though. From all the times I had picked Doug up off the floor, I injured my L shoulder. I had a MRI done and I had 2 small tears in my rotator cuff. I went to the surgeon and he suggested that I could try PT first and maybe I wouldn’t have to have surgery. I went with the PT. Of course, I went to Restore Physical Therapy. I saw Oliver first and after looking at my records he discussed the plan of therapy for me. I, too, had Erica as my Physical Therapist, she is wonderful. I could not use my L arm to pick up anything, so I used my R arm. Now this arm was sore too when I went to the Dr. about my L arm but did not mention it because my L arm was extremely sore. So after having to use my R arm all the time it became very sore. The surgeon said the same thing had happened to my R rotator cuff. So again, I did another 4 weeks with an extension of 4 more visits. Both my shoulders feel much, much better. This was yet another miracle!I “HIGHLY” recommend Restore Physical Therapy. My husband is now walking and I didn’t have to have surgery on either one of my shoulders. Live doesn’t get any better than that!

2022-03-14Never experience a nicer business. My physical therapy was right on. I received my therapy from Erica each time, not like other times with different business where you could have several different therapist. I felt I completed my therapy at the end of my sessions. I would for sure to recommend Restore Physical Therapy to anyon.. Thank You Restore and Erica..

2021-10-04I had a meniscus tear in one of my knee and was really in stabbing pain. It was daily struggle to stand and walk. I started my PT with Oliver in mid June . I was amazed with pain relief in couple of weeks . Oliver was slowly progressing with giving me knee strengthening exercise every week which gave me my knee back within 2 months. Erika did a tremendous job with helping me recover back with exercise and massage .Thanks to Oliver and Erika for your help .

2021-02-11I struggled with lower back and hip pain for quite some time, figuring it was an unavoidable part of aging. My Internist suggested I see Oliver at Restore. My experience with Oliver and Erica was amazing. Olivers original assessment was thorough and spot-on. He and Erica taught me how to recognize the specific problem area, as it can change daily, and gave me exercises I could do at home. Now Im able to self-evaluate when I occasionally have pain and turn to my exercises to make it go away.(Like magic)Professional, compassionate, gentle and effective. And a special shout out to Aisha who keeps the office running smoothly. I have already recommended Restore and will continue to do so. A+++

2019-07-24I can’t say enough good things about Restore Physical Therapy. Oliver is truly a wonderful physical therapist. I started going there for pelvic/hip pain due to a rough pregnancy and I realized how out of balance my body was. Oliver likes to address the body as a whole rather than just that specific area and it makes so much sense. When your body is out of balance that is when injuries occur. His physical therapy approach is different than many other places I’ve been to. I felt really hopeless that I’d heal quickly because I was suffering with the pain for a year. My hip and pelvic pain went away within a couple weeks after doing exercises and stretches that he showed me to balance my entire body and have equal strength on both sides. I was amazed. I stopped the exercises for a while and randomly had some knee pain. I started the exercises Oliver taught me back up again and the knee pain went away. Oliver is extremely knowledgeable and gave me tools and resources I can use to fix myself on my own. I’ve gone to other physical therapy places where they work on you for 10 minutes and then have you lay there with ice or heat while they work on someone else but Oliver spends the entire session with you. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is also always friendly and accommodating to appointments and fitting you in. I highly recommend Restore Physical Therapy.

2020-08-09Just three months ago, I was very close to a wheelchair or a walker. My back hurt so much that I could not stand or walk more than a couple of minutes before having to sit down for a few minutes before I could go on. Then Oliver at Restore Physical Therapy was recommended to me by my primary physician. He evaluated my situation and then designed a therapy program that he thought would work for me. And work it did! I am now completely mobile with very little or no back pain. I am totally thrilled with the results. Oliver is very nice and I actually looked forward to my therapy visits.

2018-05-15Oliver at Restore Physical Therapy is a great physical therapist with an upbeat, kind, encouraging personality. He uses a different style of therapy at his office that I’ve never experienced before and it is really helpful! 2017-06-26I visited Oliver for the treatment of my frozen shoulder, and it was a great experience overall. Prior to visiting Oliver, I had severe pain and a limited range of motion in my left arm. The pain was so extreme that I even had trouble sleeping sometimes. I had multiple sessions with Oliver, and he was able to help me with both of my issues. He conducted bi-weekly exercise and massage sessions, and with his help I was able to recover exponentially over a period of about two months.I’m so thankful to Oliver for everything he has done for me! Also, it was a pleasure knowing him and working with him throughout my physical therapy sessions. He is one of the best physical therapists.
