I am a local business owner and have many trucks in our fleet and we are starting to switch our fleet to newer models. The other night we took our truck into this dealership for trade in and a fellow salesman named Omar greeted us very quickly and said what do you need we are about to lock the doors. We said that we would like to trade in our truck for a newer module and he seemed in a rush and told me that the value of our trade in was not worth the money we were looking at getting and proceeded to walk away and me and my guys seemed very shocked by what he said. i never thought a salesman can have the eye to appraise a truck without even looking up the vin number and getting the truck information. Omar was definitely in a rush and rude to my employees and myself. This salesman needs extensive customer service training because this is not a way to treat potential customers. I am informing everyone in the community STAY AWAY!!!!!!! from this dealership and the salesman called Omar. I hope this review helps the community.

Comment: ***update***I would strongly suggest not going here for service to your vehicles. I’ve had multiple incidents with this place. First one, they lost a lug nut from one of my tires. They claim that I came in with one missing. How is that even possible. I inspect my car constantly. I would have noticed that. I had to pay out of pocket. But fine, let’s say that was the case.Next scenario, the back window starting leaking inside out of nowhere. I take it in and they re seal the window. Not sure what product they use because now there is a noticeable white cast on the black plastic piece that borders the window. It’s from the inside. I took my vehicle in twice to get that cleaned off and it’s still there.After my 2nd oil change, I noticed a smell coming out of my air ducts. Smells like a dirty public restroom every time I turn on the A/c. That issue wasn’t there before. They claim it’s “normal” and if I want it checked out they would have to open the whole area where all the A/C stuff is located to see where the issue is coming from. No thanks.Now my most recent problem. I took my car in for an oil change last week. Did a whole inspection. I replaced my air filter. This week I used the windshield wiper washer button because of the recent winds my window is dirty and water only comes out of one side. And every time I turn on my car, it sounds like water is draining. What are these service people doing with my vehicle??Go elsewhere!————————————-I really appreciated that the manager called me when I wasn’t sure about the purchase. He wasn’t rude, wasn’t pushy and seemed very genuine. Edward, our salesman was also very helpful, wasn’t pushy and super easy to work with. Made our shopping experience pleasant, short, and memorable.

After a week he called to tell us that GM couldnt do anything for us. We have learned that there is a lawsuit against GM for this problem with many trucks, so we will continue looking into this. We are very happy with the performance of our truck but so unhappy with the paint problem.

Comment: I bought my 2017 GMC Terrain here and have had it serviced and maintained by GMC since then. After taking it in for manufacturer-recommended maintenance costing over $500 in July 2023, I immediately noticed several new problems, including fluid leaking, a burning chemical smell, whooshing noises as if a hose had been disconnected or a reservoir improperly closed, and reported it to Reynolds to have them fix the problems they caused. The car has only 56k miles and has been carefully driven and maintained. It took two visits (all day) after they first told me nothing was wrong. Now they want over $3000 to repair the transmission. I have lost trust in Reynolds GMC and I will never again recommend them or the Terrain model. It has been a terrible customer experience — disrespectful, dismissive and sloppy.

Both Edward and Jim were very knowledgeable and easy to work with, I was also assured my order would be placed with no issues the following week.Low and behold I did receive several emails from GMC about the production and progress of my truck. I called Edward a few times to check in and he assured me everything was looking good.Low and behold the anticipated email came in from GMC that my truck was at the dealership,I called Edward and he confirmed, I was so excited !! Comment: The service department recently serviced my truck for an oil change and in the process recommended brakes. I took my vehicle to get a second opinion and was told my brakes were fine. GMC Reynolds offered to re inspect the brakes and discovered they were in fact in poor condition. They even showed me the pads and did and exceptional job in detailing the truck. The staff was courteous and respectful. I even spoke with the service manager who explained the process to me. I have been going to Reynolds for 7 years and will continue to get my vehicle serviced there.

Comment: I ended up at Reynolds Buick GMC after moving into the area. My first service there was for an oil change (the cheapest in town). It was a good experience and got some suggestions about the services needed for my vehicle. The services department guys are not pushy at all and are friendly. The second time I went to Reynolds was for a bigger issue with my truck (water pump replacement) because my car was overheating. Jack was great and walked me through each step of the way. I also had an oil change done again. They recommended other services but were not pushy about it. Overall my experience has been great with this service department. I have it 4 starts because I havent dealt with the dealership side yet :) But if you are looking for a good experience with the service department I recommend you take your car for service here. Also worthy to mention they have great packages for oil changes that are economical.

Comment: My truck took 2 weeks to repair. When I dropped it off I was told by Jack Carter that you dont have courtesy vehicles, so I rented a car. After 1 week of a rental and $800 spent, Jack offered me a courtesy vehicle? I thought you didnt provide them? Originally, I was told that the chirping noise that it was making was the idler pully and belt, so I had them replace and was happy to solve the problem. Jack called the following day stating that the noise was still there and the it needed to be replaced anyway. After a few more days he said he thought it might be the water pump? I cant believe you guys couldnt figure it out. He also told me that the power steering noise was nothing to worry about, that it was minor and with the mileage its to be expected. He also told me that the slight shake while at a stop was a bad motor mount, so I had them replaced...the slight shake is still there. After reviewing my bill, he stated that I declined the chirping noise repair, water pump, which he never stated was the actual problem.. he just thought that it might be. The suggestion to replace was never brought up. The whole experience was awful, I will never return. Even for my next 2 oil changes that I already paid for. To top it off the service technician lest my interior door handle, door and threshold dirty with grease residue.

We were so worried that we wouldnt make it home. The vehicle we were driving was our roommates and Reynolds GMC was on the way when the system told us that in 55 miles we would be reduced to max speed of 5MPH.This wasnt an option with a family of 4 in the car and still 100 miles from home. Not only that we were towing a racecar home. Not knowing the neighborhood and it getting later in the day we were unsure if we could given get it fixed.The team took us in right away. Cleared the error. We must have waited only an hour to be able to get back on the road to make it home safe. This team is top notch in my book.When theres an emergency they did the right thing. They took us in, didnt push us away and say the car needs to stay here overnight.After all of this they called our roommate to make sure we made it home safely. He’s not at fault for the issues with the actual mechanics or shop foreman etc. After my previous experiences with your dealership with “Angel” in the commercial truck service. He tried to rip me off with un needed repairs. And I caught him at it. I had documentation from another dealership (Thorson Pasadena) and - repair place “Domestic Diesel” in Chino Ca.I understand now it is a couple years later and Angel no longer works for your dealership. So I give it a second try and visit your dealership for my 2018 3500 Denali dually truck with only 13k plus miles on odometer. Somehow they spilled a ton of oil inside my chassis and frame rails and it’s been leaking in my driveway ever since. I had to return to make sure they didn’t leave anything loose or defective. They supposedly washed the oil off. It’s been days and my driveway still shows signs of an oil mess. This has costed me much time returning to your dealership, buying special products to clean my driveway, etc… I intend on sharing my recent experience on YELP….. this is completely unacceptable. I have not received a phone call following up or even to offer to clean my driveway etc….. horrible experience for the SECOND TIME. I had a purchase a bundle oil service coupons. I would like a refund. I have no confidence in your service DEPT. In addition. They booked me for a second service recall. They performed the same recall twice?? Or maybe just wanted to be paid twice……***EDITED; FOLLOW UP: Shortly after my review post. The service manager called me super apologetic. He went out of his way to come to my home and offered to clean my driveway. He provided me with a gallon of my favorite degreaser with a personal apology. They credited me the oil change. I have been back since without issue. The service rep himself washed my huge truck the last service as the service people had already gone home. My mistake for not following up sooner with an update. Comment: Wasn’t happy with results on my service day. I took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. No indicator lights on the dash were on. They check this before they even service the vehicle with a little chip they plug into your system. When picking up my truck they tell me that my tire sensor can’t be reset. Now I have no tire pressure showing on the dash. They said it was a sensor that needed to be fixed. When I dropped it off it was working. This is why people don’t trust dealer ships for service.Don’t let them plug that little chip in your car to check it. They do something to the system with that chip! Costing you money!!

This is now the second time my truck has been damaged while under this locations care. I was told the manager would be notified and I never herd a word from them. If my truck was older I wouldn’t care I bought my truck brand new and it only gets damaged when it’s under the care of the dealer and minimal to nothing is done. Comment: I live in Las Vegas and I called the dealership where we purchased our Yukon XL looking for the trim piece that goes on the running board, and I was told that it wasn’t something they could get. Later that night I was researching looking for the part and I was able to find it in West Covina (just so happens we were already going to SoCal), I called the following morning and not only did Joe find it in his inventory in 3-5 minutes, he put me contact with Ana and was able to pay for it over the phone and we will be picking it up tomorrow morning. Comment: I came in for an oil change and wanted a few other things looked at, service rider informed me that they wouldn’t be able to do anything other then an oil change due to it being very busy. After leaving my car, the service rider called me and informed me that my vehicle was in desperate need of rear brakes. That one or two of the rear brakes were unmeasurable and almost down to the rotors. I asked if it would be possible for it to be taken care of at the time and he stated yes. I requested to have the original parts that are taking off back. Once getting home and measuring the original parts, his statement of them being unmeasurable was false. I feel I was scammed and was made to put new brakes when in actuality I did not need them at this specific time. I will not return to this dealer for any reason and will not recommend or support it. Very poor service, I feel I was taken advantage of due to having a free oil change and being a female

Comment: One star, because I couldn’t select none. Reynolds Buick changed the engine in my car and it hasn’t worked right since. After several service reports. I got my vehicle back with a damaged driver door and front bumper. I’ve spent $15,000 on repairs since January and now have to deal with (guessing) about $3000 in damages caused by the dealership. I also feel the fire damage to my car could have been prevented. If the service manager Ernie had taken me seriously when I told him about the fluctuation in my temperature gauge. I made several calls and even brought the car by for them to check before the fire happened. I mentioned wanting the alternator and radiator checked. They looked at the car for an hour and gave it back to me. At this time Ernie said “he saw nothing wrong and it should be good. He mentioned they saw oil residue from the previous oil leak. In the grooves of my serpentine belt.” A short time later. My alternator goes out completely on the weekend and I have it changed. At this time my car catches on fire and I’m told “it was a loose wire.” They fixed the fire damaged components and sent me on my way. A few weeks later the service engine lights was on again. Now the radiator and a few other pieces needed to be changed. I’m disgusted knowing I specifically asked for these things to be looked at before my car caught on fire. Now finding out they were in fact bad. After looking at pictures of the fire damage. I could tell the wiring harness was saturated in oil still. I mention this to the owner of Reynolds, Chuck. He didn’t like what I had to say and I was told not to come back to their dealership as I pay the 1600$ bill to pick up my car. This dealership is very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. In fact, I’ll be leaving bad reviews and spreading the word to others to avoid this dealership and GM/ Buick products all together.

I called around to a couple others places and was told I could not be seen in a timely manner, one dealership told me I would have to leave my car for 2 days!! Also they did not seem warm or professional. When I called these guys the man who I was spoke with was so friendly and professional. I felt like I was talking to a friend! I was able to book an appointment for next day in the morning and was told it could be diagnosed same day. Upon arrival I was greeted by name by the man who booked my appoinrment. I did not have to wait around to be checked in, my Appointment time was kept. My rep Jack was the best and funniest! Also Sergio was so wonderfully helpful and pleasant as well. At 11:45 went in to inquire about status of car I could see my car with the hood up and no one working on oil change or tire rotation. I watched as Josh got an attendant to complete the service on my car. When Josh came into service area he informed me it would be at least 20 more minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. Mr. Bob Andringa made signing very simplistic while yet being very thorough on what we were signing. Within 30 minutes we were completed. Yet, the real Thank You goes to Danny Isida who we initially spoke and worked with in searching for our new Yukon Denali. Initially our wait time for our new car was going to be about 5-6 months. But with Dannys due diligence we had it in 3 weeks. By the time we arrived on site to view our new car everything had already been prepared for us to drive it home. However, it is unfair and unfortunate (to customers) that your company did not honor the very expensive extended warranty I purchased when I purchased my vehicle at your store in 2014. I know you couldnt care less as I am only one customer and dont make any difference to your bottom line. This was a very expensive repair and I can fathom only one reason why it wasnt covered under warranty - deception.This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about extended warranties and I will never purchase another one.I was recommended to your store by a family friend of one of your employees and I have personally recommended others to visit Reynolds when shopping for a new vehicle. Comment: The process of checking in and out of the service department is very efficient and fast. I was greeted as soon as I drove into the driveway and a service advisor came out and helped me within a minute or so of my arrival. Similarly, when my truck was finished, I simply walked to the cashiers desk, paid my bill, and received my key. Work performed was routine periodic service that normally takes about two hours, but for some reason took nearly three this time. I did, however, receive a free tire rotation and car wash. Overall not a bad experience.
