He explains everything thoroughly, which I really appreciate.Anytime I had a question or needed to make changes, I was helped promptly. When I had AAA, sometimes I had to wait an hour on the phone to get help.I had gotten a quote from a State Farm agent a while back, but wasn’t impressed with the customer service.When I reached out to Rick, I was impressed with the customer service I received.
