Denny is the Gentleman that worked with me getting my sisters paperwork and cremation . Denny explained everything in detail to me so I understood. I was very satisfied with there service. Denny also helped me with my brothers arrangements. Thank you Richards A Henry funeral home for everything.

My family first used Henrys 8 years ago when our mother passed. They were very caring, and compassionate toward our needs and the grief we were going through. 3 weeks ago we lost our dad and there was no question as to what funeral home we would use. Their facilities are beautiful, their staff is wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Henrys for any family in need of their services.
We truly appreciate everything Henry’s did for our family to make Moms celebration of life special. They thought of everything and helped us with all the tough decisions. They walked us through the paperwork process and had a service for everything. They even sent a follow up text a couple weeks after to check in on our family. Henry’s was highly recommended to me by a close friend and now I see why! Excellent service all the way around!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My father passed away at his residence and our family made contact with Richard A Henry Funeral Home for taking care of my fathers needs when he passed away. My father received excellent and professional care from when his body was removed from his home to transport back to the Funeral Home. The Richard A. Henry Team also handled the complete cremation process for my father,and treated us like family throughout the complete process during a very difficult time for my sister and I. Very family oriented,.they take into consideration the what the family is going thru during the time of grieving of their loved ones. My husband and myself highly recommend them. They were there when I lost my mother 15 years ago, my father had pre-aggranged his, and they were great with his also. My husband and I pre-aggranged for his mother and when she passed Hospice and Henrys took care of everything. We will both be making pre-aggrangements in the near future. Tom and the entire staff at Henry’s were kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful during this difficult time of losing someone dear. I do not recommend this place. Tom told me one thing and did the complete opposite. His attitude towards me after receiving my money was distasteful. He didn’t have answers to any of my questions. He did not notify me that my father ashes were done. He made an error on my father’s death certificate and refused to fix it. He told me he would contact my brother for information and never did. Then our last conversation about a refund he disconnected the call in mid sentence. I truly hate I chose this place to help my father.
Henry Funeral Home has helped me with four deaths in seven years. They are very understanding, kind, and helpful. I would recommend Henry Funeral Home to anyone who needs a funeral home.
I lost my mom nov 7th they went above and beyond to help my daddy and i then less than a month later my daddy passed dec 4th 2021 yet again they did everything in there power to help my aunt and i my aunt told them that we appreciate all they have done for us and we hope to not see them again in a long time lol i would recommend this place to everyone they really do help thamks
Funeral personnel were very compassionate, friendly & understanding from beginning to end. Also, my father was laid out in such a way that his face was turned toward us a little. It looked more natural, like he was sleeping. Our special requests were immediately completed. Couldnt ask for a nicer facility!

My mother passed away during the pandemic and Denny and his staff were incredible coordinating the services which included interfacing with a funeral home on the West Coast and having my mother’s remains transported to Battle Creek, MI for the services and burial. Our family felt our beloved was honored and his life celebrated with such peace and joy, which was made possible by the ease in which the Staff pulled together all the elements that make such an event special. I could not be more pleased with the support and care which we received. 2022-05-26I have dealt with this funeral home for 3 different funerals over a 7 year period. In each case they coordinated with a funeral home in TN for receiving the body and subsequent burial at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Professional, kind, courteous, sympathetic, helpful. Those words describe the staff and services provided. All arrangements and coordination had to be done over the phone as I was more than 600 miles away until 2 days before the burial ceremonies. They were even able to recommend ministers as I had lived away from Battle Creek for 10 years. I have instructed my children to use Richard A Henry Funeral Home for my service in the future. That is how much confidence I have in them.
