The only time I actually spoke to my agent was when he called me to try and sell me life insurance. After multiple errors and frustration I was ready to leave state farm, but first I decided to look into just getting a new agent, a quick Google search in my area and I found Richard with all his 5 star reviews so I gave him a call. So THIS is the good neighbor the state farm jingle is talking about, LoL, I didnt know how a insurance agent should be until I started working with Richard. Whos this guys boss? Someone needs to let them know he single handedly kept me from leaving state farm, as well as others from what Ive read on these reviews.

Comment: State Farm Isn’t Just for Homes and Vehicles.My husband and I own an unusual antique boat and because of its size, rarity and wood built, other insurance companies would not insure our vessel. I told Richard about our dilemma but thought to myself, if other insurance companies who “specialized” in classic boats insurance wouldn’t insure us, why would State Farm? He and his team went out of their way to help me resolve an issue with my policy, and they were able to get it resolved on my behalf. I would have liked to stay with them had my living situation not changed.

Comment: Ive been working with Rich Pagano and his office for several years now and I cant say enough good things about him and the level of service he provides. All emails are promptly responded to, all phone calls quickly returned. I try to meet with him every year or two just to review my policies and make sure they are providing the needed coverage for my evolving situation. Rich is super good about not recommending things I dont need (even if I suggest them first) and also good about telling me about things I might want to consider adding in the future. Theres never any hard sell - hes just a straight shooter whos interested in making sure Im a satisfied customer. I cant recommend him enough!

This was very educational because there were parts to policies that I didnt understand, and he was very thorough and direct when presenting each section and answered all of our questions. We ended up saving money on our auto policy with lower deductibles.Richard made changing over our insurance companies very easy and made all the necessary phone calls while we were there. Comment: First I had life insurance through Richards office. He talked to me about switching my homeowners insurance over to State Farm from my other company. Changing companies was really easy because Richard did all the legwork. My lender changed, and Richard worked with them to get a payment issued. What I liked most about dealing with Richard was that he goes out of his way to make sure that everything is taken care of. I’ve dealt with a lot of insurance companies, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m moving all my cars, retirement accounts and bank products over to Richard’s State Farm office.
