I have been going to Dr. Bernstein for many years. He has created a culture of excellence in his office that is second to none. I went in with lots of issues, many caused by other dentists. He has tackled all of them, and keeps me on a path to great oral health. His commitment to pain-free dentistry, and unparalleled knowledge has provided me with with great care. All of the members of his office are committed to the same level of care. I can recommend Dr, Bernstein, and his crew without any reservations. You wont find a better dental office than this one.

Dr. Bernstein is an excellent dentist! Dr. Bernstein and his staff were kind and attentive to my treatment plan. Dr. Bernstein and his assistant Rebecca made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain throughout the duration of my implant. My family and I also have the pleasure of having cleaning with Katie and she is amazing! My daughter is 8 years old and she looks forward to seeing Katie every 6 months! Best dentist ever! From the minute I enter the office and throughout my visit, truly the best staff and dentist. I just had two crowns redone and both look like my natural teeth. I couldn’t be happier! Also, an issue with my gums, and it looks amazing! I was referred by my children’s dentist and friend. My two oldest and my husband also go to Dr. Bernstein! We are all happy and recommend him and his practice! Especially during these scary times of Covid, everything is handled professionally and above and beyond the Governors orders!
My Dentist Dr. Bernstein is the BEST! He and his staff did a fantastic job restoring my smile. After ten years my teeth still look great. Ive been a patient for over ten years and have never been disapointed. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else for cleanings or general dentistry. Give him a try and you will be glad you did. Dental aappointments at Bernstein Dental are always easy and stress free. The staff is cheerful and helpful and I really like my new hygienist Maya. Shes knowledgeable and likeable, and made the time pass quickly.

Been coming to Dr. Bernstein for 30 years even after moving 45 minutes away. Hands down the best dentist around. Highly recommend Dr. Bernstein and his staff. When your appointment is at a specified time you are in the dentist chair at that time. Absolutely wonderful place and his work is top notch.

I went for the first time to Dr. Bernstein’s office everybody was very friendly from the girls at the front desk Mia who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job and calmed me down since It’s been awhile … and the doctor was very nice. I need some work done but I’m not nervous anymore and I’m happy that I went there!

Dr Bernstein and his staff were truly amazing. I broke more than half of my front tooth off at work, and my dentist of over 20 years couldnt see me for days, but dr Bernstein squeezed me in same day! He and Rebecca did an incredible job repairing my tooth. Not only does it look brand new again, but they were so funny and professional! My new dentist for sure!

I just left my appt with Dr. Bernstein and l’m extremely upset. I have been a patient here for the last 3 years and just had the worst experience of my life! The cleaning was ok however when Dr. Bernstein came in he was rude short and EXTREMELY disrespectful telling me I would feel better and get rid of my post covid symptoms if I just “ took care of myself and went for a walk” ( mind you I was on a vent and on a coma for 9 days and spent 2 weeks in ICU in April) Wouldn’t tell me about the condition of my teeth and when I asked about Invisalign he told me it won’t close the hole where my missing teeth are like I didn’t know that? Ugh I thought he was just having a bad day then heard him go to the next patient and have a pleasant conversation and even share a laugh. I will never return here and advise my family and friends to do the same. Go head and retire and enjoy your life instead of traumatizing your patients.

I used to be afraid of the dentist. Terrified is a better word. Since coming to this office my fear has disappeared over time! The entire staff here are rockstars but a shout out to Katie is warranted! Katie cleans my teeth. She is amazing. Doc Bernstein is fantastic as well. I 100% wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bernstein and all of his staff for a great multitude of positive reasons, but for two very important ones in particular: 1. Dr. Bernstein was the first dentist I ever went to that adamantly would not remove my wisdom teeth. All the dentists before either encouraged me to do so and/or did no further analysis per me mentioning how I would like to have the procedure done. Mind you, my wisdom teeth were giving me no issues and did not affect my other teeth in any way structurally or otherwise. “Dr. B” (as known to his staff) recognized this, refused to remove them noting how my mouth was large enough to keep them in place, and stayed on me about flossing/brushing/keeping them clean. 2. His level of detail is superb. It does not surprise me one bit the awards and accolades he has earned over the years and continues to acquire today. I was just in for a cleaning recently and he immediately noticed the grinding I have been doing on my central and lateral incisors on both sides. In return he offered two solutions...either do nothing and in 20 years I will need a reconstructive surgery to correct my bite that will easily cost $10K+, or address the problem now by purchasing a custom-fitted mouthpiece to wear to bed that will cost me a couple hundred dollars after insurance chips in. Needless to say, it’s a pretty simple decision. It is for these reasons, as well as a number of others that I fully endorse Dr. Bernstein DDS and his entire office of wonderful individuals.
Katherine Jarow, my dental hygienist, is very accommodating, warm, friendly, sincere, positive, reassuring, gentle, efficient and effective executing her skills of dentistry. She puts me at ease, makes me feel special, and makes the experience as pleasant as possible.In my 60 plus years, she is the best hygienist. Dr. Berntein and his staff (Rebecca, Katie and all) are phenomina!!! Today I had a chipped tooth repaired and a filling. It was honestially the best dental visit I have ever had, painless, professional, and fast (I was in and out in less than an hour!!). I highly recommend them.

2022-03-06I love Dr Bernstein and his staff! I came to his practice from a dentist that t thought I was getting good care from but I wasn’t. When I met Dr . Bernstein he was appalled at the state of my teeth. He paid out of his own pocket for X-rays to see everything that was going on. Little by little he repaired all the problems and now my teeth are in good shape. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The doc takes such good care of you and the hygienist are top notch . I love Rebecca, Jay and I miss Katie every day. Thanks to doc and the staff.. keep up the good work!

Dr. B and Rebecca make such a great team, they work together like a well oiled machine and make getting dental work done fun and entertaining, really they do! The quality of his dental work is phenomenal, very skilled and talented. Jay the hygienist is so thorough and professional, my teeth feel so clean when I leave the office. So happy with his practice.

2022-03-21I went to this office for a about a year or two. Dr. Bernstein has very good technical skills. A few things I noticed and didnt like: the semi-private rooms have big gaps over each room, so your conversations are not private at all. Dr. Bernstein tends to really push a lot of numbing, which takes forever to go back to normal. I was really disappointed in this idea of a smile makeover. Its what I was really hoping for but there didnt seem to be any attempt to discuss it with me; such as what my goals are, what bothers me about my smile and how I may want to improve it. Im not sure why that is, but generally disappointed with the approach to my personal goals. I wish we could have gotten to that point but I ended up deciding to move on with a different dentist closer to my home.I would still recommend Dr. Bernstein to anyone looking for a good dentist who is very knowledgeable and has solid technical skills.

2022-03-16I have been a patient of Dr. Berstein ever since I moved from Minneapolis to MI 5 years ago. He was referred to me from my Mpls cosmetic dentist (one of the best in the Midwest) so i knew Dr. Bernstein was going to be good.Not only does Dr. Berstein know what hes doing, his personality is awesome... super friendly, funny and he answers all of my bazillion questions because I am super inquisitive. Not about procedure, but overall dental questions. I love the guy. I highly recommend him! Oh AND the staff is INCREDIBLE A very good team indeed.

2022-06-14I’ve needed some teeth work for a while now I’ve been putting it off because of plain old just being scared haven’t been to the dentist in many years I’m so happy that I went into Richard Bernstein‘s office he made everything so easy no pain whatsoever the kindest staff possible I felt like family was working on me the whole time I would never go anywhere else hopefully he works for another hundred years lol highly recommend this place you won’t regret it

2021-11-02I recently visited Dr. Bersteins office and everyone was friendly and very professional. Jayasree is an amazing hygienist and did a wonderful job in cleaning my teeth and made sure I was ok during the entire time. Dr. Bernstein had couple of suggestions regarding my teeth and I will be returning to get it done. Definitely more stars for Dr. Bernstein for pronouncing my name perfectly! Highly recommend this place to all!!
