Comment: If you rent with an online special beware, just got informed that the special price is only good for 4 months. They raised my monthly rent $99.00 with out notification. When asked about the increase I was told they dont send out any notices advising the renters of the increase. I was told that the special was 36% discount from normal price $251.00 leaving my monthly payment $185.00 but my increase was 54% for $99.00. My new monthly payment is $284.00. Talk about inflation. BEWARE BEWARE

Comment: This place is great! I talked to the gentleman who helped me. Please forgive me if I get your name wrong but was it Zack? Anyway, the place is clean, Zack was professional and friendly, and the outdoor lighting is efficient with overall benefits to safety and security and the environment including plant life, wildlife, and human health. What I mean by that is that the outdoor light fixtures are at full, cut-off, that is, aimed directly down which preserves the night sky yet still provides a well-lit area. If the International Dark Sky Association could see this place, RightSpace Storage would get the highest rating for fully shielded, dark sky friendly, outdoor light fixtures. I salute RightSpace Storage for their lighting. You see folks? We can have the best of both worlds with outdoor light fixtures and without compromising or jeopardizing safety and security yet also maintaining a dark sky with overall benefits. I

Comment: Our trailer was broken into and 2000.00 in damage and losses occurred. Management didnt care and told us it was a known issue that people could easily hop the wall. The cameras didnt pick up anything at night and management didnt even attempt to save the footage for police. Horrible experience. Moved out

We called all around looking for RV storage with no luck finally call here and luckily they have 3 open for RV storage.There is No space to park a trailer on my families street so we have no choice but to put our trailer in storage.So, we called ahead and asked if there were any RV spots available at Right Space and he said yes and I said Can I pay for a the RV spotHe said first come first serve. I said Ok, then I guess we will be coming in soon to pay for a RV spotSo, we rushed to get there when we pulled into the parking lot there wasnt any space to park our truck and RV. Just a large gate and 4 parking spaces in front of office.I rushed inside to ask if we can pull into the gate so we do not block anyone. Before I say anything and As Im coming into the office, I wish I knew this guys name, but he goes off and says So, you come to my Storage with your Rv in tow without paying for a spot first.I am taken back by what he has said. Very confused I say to him That was very rude and not great customer serviceHe goes on to ask if I would like to pay for a spot and I say okay as long as you arent still rude.We are still blocking the gate and he goes off in a rant about how another RV was coming out and we are blocking.I said if you just opened the gate we could have pulled in and could have paid for a spot. Not a big deal.He goes in a rant again about how he has worked here for nine years and has great customer service.I immediately leave after this.Now, I see why they have so many open storage compared to other RV storage places. Never again.Im sure others have had amazing experience with this storage but sadly I did not.

Lets not forget James has a great personality and sense of humor as he has a FANTASTIC prepore with ALL of their customers. James goes that extra mile and then some for everyone. Best facility to choose! If I ever return back to California from Maryland, this would be my first choice for a storage unit.
