You guys dont even deserve this one star but anyways let me explain what happened. On June 6th I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and within the first week of owning it, the engine lights came on, cooling fans running non-stop and the air conditioning stopped working. 4 wheel drive was disabled, ABS lights came on and electronic stability light came on as well. When I bought it they told me they had a safety inspection on it and that it was ready to be sold and driven. Clearly not. They avoided my calls when I tried to contact them. When they eventually answered they suggested that I go to Pro Am Collision and Mechanical shop all the way out in grand rapids (41 mile drive) with no air conditioning and all the safety lights on and check engine light on. They didnt offer me a vehicle to use while it was being fixed as well. Terrible service.
It was quick and uncomplicated. I liked the follow up better when I had a problem w/ the car and there was a quick resolution and fix

Rightway Auto was the first dealership I’ve been to, and I was a little nervous due to my current credit score, however, both Thomas and LC helped me through the entire process and made it a smooth transition.
Here are the facts, I worked with Lc who explained everything I asked and more in detail. I dont have a tub full of money at home, yet I walked into Right way and walked out the same day with a 2019 vehicle, Several future oil changes, and over 20 Thousand miles of warranty. These cars are used but seem so new its almost intimidating. I loved the experience. Thanks lc. Highly recommended.
This place sells junk cars! I wouldn’t give them 1star!! My niece bought a car with a salvage title! They sold her a SALVAGED car with a BROKEN FRAME that looked to have been welded together.They need to be shut DOWN! As far as I know this is illegal! Against my advice she went back to them got another car. She’s had this car for 7 months and boom! Car is having major problems! I hate this place! I hate that they can do this and are getting away with it. Taking advantage of someone who is down and making it even harder to get back on top!There’s a place for people like this!

Went in here in November looking for a new vehicle, landed on a 2019 Hyundai Tucson AWD with 62k miles. Took it for a dive it drove good, the drivers door had damage and the sales man Marcus said don’t worry I’ll take care of it at no cost to you, so I agreed to the payments and terms and traded in my car along with cash down. Fast forward 1000 miles the oil light comes on as well as check engine light so I check the oil which had just been changed before the purchase and there was no oil on the dipstick. Had an oil change done and the light went off. Then the snow came and I realized the AWD did not work. I contacted Marcus several times with no help then received a very rude voicemail from Britt Bridges saying not to contact their sales people anymore, then 1000k miles into the fresh oil change the engine starts making noise, no oil again. Took the car into a dealership who replaced the transfer case fluid but the transfer case will need to be replaced and it’s burning oil at a rate of 1qt every 300 miles I’ve put less than 10k miles on the car and had to replace the brakes all the way around it’s burning oil and has a bad transfer case. All in all a very bad experience for the price I paid and would not recommend buying a vehicle from here.
Rite Way is exactly that, I was approved at other dealerships but for older high mileage vehicles. Stop in set down with Pat’Tryck and he heard what I wanted and found a car that fit my needs. I am so happy with my car.

I bought my last 2 vehicles from here and my experience yesterday was horrible with Britt the Manager.. I took my 2019 in for oil change not at there free oil change place due to having to wait several weeks for appointment. While at my oil change place they couldnt get the plug off the oil pan due to pro-am Collison tightening to tight that it stripped the plug and they couldnt get it back on now Im leaking oil. Drove straight to rightway on 28th Wyoming. While attempting to seek resolution. I wanted to speak with Brett. Needless to say he was talking to me as I was like a child, yelling and saying guess free doesnt mean nothing to you since you went to a different place, you probably werent even due for oil change. He wouldnt let me speak too much at all then he says you have 30 sec to say something constructive. I still tried to reply he yelled over talking me, I began to walk out shop and he stated NOW I wont get your car fixed you figure it out. As I walked away he got up from his seat following me very intimidating as hes over 6 ft and a big guy. I will never purchase another vehicle from a dealership who speaks to women abusively & being a bully. How would Britt feel if a man spoke to his daughter/wife/ mother as he spoke to me?? I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint on the BIG BAD BULLY BRETT. Hes got the RIGHTONE TODAY

Wont do business with a company who doesnt bother to post car prices on their website. Its a marketing ploy and Im not ok with it. Would never go here.
Do not go here at any time. My daughter bought a car in March of 2021. The dealership set my daughter up with an add on loan at 21 percent interest.. The interest was added to the loan up front. They turned around and sold her loan to a bank in Holland that is charging 7.8 percent on the loan she already had the interest added on. So the car that cost $8,400 is now a $13,000 loan that is still accruing interest. What a crooked bunch of people. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Sales man Matt) was honest. We got what we wanted with a good price, so we thought until 2months later my transmission is leaking my control arms rear and front are bad they sent me to there mechanic out on Plainfield and i paid a 95.00 diagnostic fee. The warranty company still has not gotten back to me on when they can cover my car i am not over my 3000 mile warranty. So i call right way they say Matt no longer works there. And Patrick transferred me to Grant who asked why i am calling right way? Because i am not over my 3000 mile limit. And he hung up the phone in my face. This place has some good sales men but Grant needs to go.

Just realize even when they said no matter your credit your pre approved that it doesnt mean they wont hold your credit against you. They seemed like it was impossible to work with someone who had 500 down and has almost $2000 a month of their own to spend.

I usually let things go but this place really got to me. I’m honestly unsure how they have all these 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. I sat in a cubicle for 2 hours essentially alone while the car salesman kept coming back and forth briefly and gave me no information. We had no conversation about budget and what I was looking for. Eventually, he pulls up a car I was “approved” for. Hands me a phony looking paper to sign agreeing to an outrageous monthly payment. When I expressed concern this amount was not within my budget the car salesman got very agitated and pushy which made me highly uncomfortable. I left with nothing but a hit to my credit score and a wasted 2 hours.
Was helped by mike sunflower. He was an amazing guy who worked tirelessly during the entire process. He helped me find the perfect for me. I didn’t have much to put for a down payment but he was able to make it work and get me a great deal regardless. If you are new to buying cars or just need help in general I would easily recommend RightWay all of the guys are funny easy going guys who will still put in that work to get you the car that suits you.
Rude, unprofessional and has no communication with customers. Do NOT get bullied by these people! You as customers have rights to not only be treated with respect and dignity, but to have full disclosure on your vehicle and what is going on with it. You also have the right to have YOUR VEHICLE serviced at the business of your choosing when it needs repairs. Do not fall for there intimidation and callousness.

Called to ask the price of a car. Was told they needed to contact the bank for price. Said I wasnt looking to finance, just wanted to pay cash for a car. Asked them if they accepted cash for cars or only finance. They said they take cash for cars, so I asked again, How much is this car?Response: Why dont we set an appointment so you can come in and talk about it.Full disclosure, Ive previously worked in car sales and I know this tactic. Make you come in so we can hammer and harass you until you buy a car from us. I know car sales is a negotiation process but a dealership that refuses to tell me the starting price unless I come in is never going to get my business.

My wife and I were looking for a minivan. Was told several times the price of said minivan was x amount. Patrick Dreams was the salesman. Very pushy and lied to us. Repeatedly said we HAD to fill out credit app to get a deal offered. Called him out on it and then the minivan all of a sudden was $3000 higher. Worst potential buying experience ever. Will not be back.

I got in a car accident and my car was totaled. I had so much going on with appointments so I NEEDED a new car. Marcus did his job! (Look down for edit)Edit: so I did what youre suppose to do on your test drive. Check the AC. Of course it was February so turned off the heat and turn on the ac... It was cold. Today, a warm day, I go to turn it on. HOT AIR! I call to speak to Marcus and its like oh need to get it recharged okay, where and do I need to pay out of pocket? He doesnt know. He looked at my warranty seemed sketchy. I have to take it 30 minutes away from where I live and they need to check it and give me a quote or go through this warranty process. I had a small chip on the windshield that I didnt see until the next morning after I bought the car and they wouldnt do anything about it now I have to go and take this in .Im starting to feel like I got a lemon.

They are completely rude, sexist, and sold me a car that had terrible work done to it. not only that but their car fax is wrong, it said my car was in no prior accident. I recently got into one and when I took it to get fixed they said it was previously in a really bad one which caused a ton of damage that they fixed wrong and cheaply. I DO NOT recommend going here to get a car.

Terrible customer service & Their promise of guaranteed financing is falsely advertised. (I should call my lawyer) after waiting for 2 hours (every 15 minutes an employee told me it should only be another 15 minutes) I was beyond irritated. Mr. GREEN promised hell continue to work on my application & call soon..... well... after 2 weeks, 10 credit inquiries & a 44 point decreased credit score. I have yet to receive a call, email or text from right way..... what a waste!!

I went in to check my options, I’m not bashing this company in any way, but ladies and gentlemen PLEASE don’t make the mistake I did, I was rushed, and signed paperwork way too fast, when I tried to back out of the deal they told me I can’t. I had to call 4 different right ways before ebony in Illinois told me there is NO RETURN policy. I was told there was no way to return the car. I had a couple people review my contract and I’m screwed. I made the mistake not taking my time. So, again allow someone to look over your paperwork or bring a knowledgeable person with you who understands this stuff. PLEASE, PLEASE read what you’re signing, AND TAKE YOUR TIME. Again I’m not bashing the company just don’t want this happening to anyone else!

The guy PatTryck Dreams is terrible with customer service I recommend the place but avoid him hes been giving us the run around and we have an extended warranty to get stuff fixed but is very disturbing verbally disrespectful wish I never got the car from them guys shocks went out a month ago bad service

Only go here as a last resort! Even then I would suggest otherwise. I went trying to get my wife financed to build her credit(which is already good just minimal payment history) and we needed a winter vehicle anyways. Salesman would not disclose price of vehicle i was looking at. Ok, whatever. I played along. Gave him my info and license so we could test drive. Then he wanted my wifes info, too, even though she was not driving. Sounded too slick, like they wanted to run her credit before we even test drove. So I left as he wasted my time up to that point when he couldve just been up front. I then went to mine and my wifes bank, and got approved for a loan. Funny thing is, I can now see Rightways prices since its direct through a finance company. The vehicle he showed me was $34,938(2017 Explorer). I had told him when he took my info i wouldnt pay over 25k for that with that may miles. His response was its probably around 22 to 24k. The highest KBB price i git for that vehicle was $26,083. Thats a difference of $8,855. So, they were most likely going to ask for a huge amount down, or try to get me to buy a worse vehicle for double its value. No thanks. Im glad I left. Now I have my choice of vehicles for fair prices.

I only chose one star because it wouldn’t let me post with no stars I got approved for a vehicle in November 2019 January 2020 the vehicles transmission went out on the vehicle which I contacted the dealer who did absolutely nothing until May 2020 when I came in to discuss a getting a new vehicle October 2020 they forced me to come in and sign the title which was in my name to the vehicle still to this day sitting in my driveway not running after I signed the title they proceeded to lie and tell me that gateway financial only finance me for a low amount when I contacted gateway financial they stated they have not received an application for A vehicle loan so I called the dealer back to only get threatened if I didn’t take the vehicle they chose for me they would just take my money and I wouldn’t get anything right way in Wyoming is a rip off and the manager Ryan is a scam artist do not get cars from this lot they will treat you like dirt and call the Wyoming police when you react to their negative customer service. It has been one whole year with a car still in my name which has been sitting in my driveway since January 2020 To make matters worse the dealer that sold me the car quit his job and took dozens of Customers paperwork with him Please do not go to this location for service it is disgustingly horrible
We stopped in at Right Way Auto, and were immediately greeted by a happy Kim Starks who treated us very professional. Kim was curtious and listened to our situation. We were quiet pleased with the service Kim provided and the car we purchased. Would I recommend Kim? Absolutely!

If I could Id give them no stars. It was a waste of my time. We were there for me to get a car but my fiance came with me. Nick Perri didnt want anything to do with me he barely acknowledge I was even here. Plus didnt listen to anything me and my fiance said about his credit. I got pre-approved and called to make sure I didnt need anything like money down or anything and they said no I was fine. Well I got there he said 1,000 down and then went threw paperwork and said we needed at least 2,000 down. He didnt even try it seemed a 2 hrs walk there to get in for 10mins to walk 2 hrs back.. waste of time.

Dean and Tony were really great and SUPER helpful. I had a rough situation that made it hard for me to find a reliable vehicle at a decent price. Had an awesome experience buying my first brand new car! Aaron was such a huge help and really listened to what I wanted.. I have terrible credit and I was able to get into a brand new car that I absolutely love!! After purchasing the car, I had to take it to the dealership but didnt have the time to sit and wait, he ended up coming into work a couple hrs early just to bring me to work so that my car could be worked on while I was working and not have to wait!! Definitely great customer service! Aaron is the guy you want to see!!

2022-04-26I wasted 5 hours here! We were being strung along the entire time. I was trying to buy a car for myself and my son. Literally everything I told Marcus he did the complete opposite. He acted like he was listening to my needs but he wasnt. I tell him Im not interested in an suv he pulls up an suv. I tell him $600 a month car payment he pulls up a car and says $789 a month!!! First of all I have other bills to pay. I pay them on my own no help! A huge disappointment yesterday especially since I bought a car from this joke of a dealership 2 years ago and paid it off!
