I have lived here for the past 8 years, through multiple different company owners, property managers, and maintenance personnel. The recent change in management and maintenance has brought about great improvements across the property. Brad has been going above and beyond to correct previous handyman work with proper repairs and somehow still finds time to get to know the residents.
Management does a very good job taking care of their apartments and tenants. Anytime I had an issue it was taken care of right away. Theyre friendly and genuinely care about what theyre doing.
Now this is a great place!! When you call they actually answer and will tell the info you want to know. Thank you to the management for answering all mine and my husbands questions and being so kind and accommodating toward future residents.
I called to say I had a leak in my bathroom. Brad came over and found the problem right away. He went upstairs and fixed the problem in upstairs apartment. Fixed the wall and ceiling. Looks better then it did before the leak. Thank you Brad for a job well done.
Brad is definitely the guy you want working in your apartment complex. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. All of my familys fixes were done in a day where the previous management and staff had left us hanging. Thank you!
Thanks for the prompt & quick fixes to my minor repairs I requested, glad to see with the new management that things are looking better all the way around here at Rising Estates. Brad is awesome & friendly, even was so kind to bring back a pink balloon 🎈back for my daughter! Thanks again!
Brad is an amazing maintenance man! I’ve asked for his help with many different things and he never fails to disappoint. He is very nice and always come to my apartment prepared with tools and whatever he needs to get the job done. Brad represents rising estates very well!!
Brad was very nice when fixing my sink, and he even fixed my light switch after noticing it was working but kinda finicky.
I’m glad to see monarch management has purchased this property, they have always invested into their property’s and taken pride in keeping them up to date and well taken care of. It appears that they have wasted no time in starting their updating process. The staff is extremely nice and courteous.
Amy ( property manager) has been great and she is easy going and the apartments are not bad at all she has helped me through everything and is very patient cant wait to move in

First, the website indicated 2 openings. I got as far in the application as I could and then called them for help to finish it. The first few days I called, the voicemail box was full and I couldnt get any help. After about 3 days of no calls being answered and no emails being responded to, I finally reached them by phone. They were helpful, but informed me that there was actually only one opening and I would need to submit my application quickly. I finished everything that was asked of me within 48 hours and then tried calling back. For a full week, I tried calling every day and sending emails both directly and through the application portal. They finally answered the phone the following week and told me they had no openings. Terrible service.
Stopped into Rising Estates, Amy was so kind and helpful. Prices were comparable and I cant wait to get moved in.

Beautiful community!! Very quiet and clean!:) Perfect sized one bedroom apartment for me and my puppy, Cody! And the location cant be beat...less than five minutes from everything I need. My experience has been nothing short of amazing.
I just recently moved into Rising Estates. Move-In process was smooth and the staff had clearly mentioned all the documents to get before signing the lease. The house was cleaned and kept neat for my move-in. I would really recommend this apartment to my friends. Its been great so far.
I never had a problem with maintenance or the apartment when I lived here in 2014. I got my full security deposit back without an issue. The only problem was when we first moved in, they decided to put us in an apartment with children right after an apartment fire so the building smelled like smoke for a couple months.

I have had no issues with the apartment and the small maintenance things I have here and there are usually fixed that same day! That was my main concern when moving in. Also the staff is very helpful and pleasant when walking through the door.
Inflated prices, unfriendly staff and neighbors, they took 10 years to patch up their roads, allot of dumping in the nearby woods and generally a unsafe location.
Clean, quiet, and friendly staff I’ve lived here for a year now and I’ve never had a problem with anyone or anything I’d definitely recommend moving here to anyone.

Got my apartment in a mess, hallwall has a foul smell to me, my bathroom tile is broken and water is going the floor below and they want to hold me responsible for the damage thar was there when I moved in. And now they decided to place Risk Mitigation which doesnt make sense since I paid a Safety Deposit incase I damage the place. But it seems they want me to pay for the damages that was in the apartment already with that Risk Mitigation system
When I moved in I was fine with the lack of amenities and poor quality because the price was low. However, since being purchased by Roco Real Estate, rent has significantly increased and additional fees are being charged through a third party company. The apartments, grounds and facilities do not reflect what the new company is asking to charge.*update to respond to the generic response from roco...Email was sent prior to this review and over a week later, nothing had been addressed. No email response, phone call or any contact from Roco.
Just nasty inside and out. The man that says he owns the place is very rude . He very blaming toward people. This is a nasty place to call home

I currently live at rising estates and I recommend if you are thinking about moveing in you should turn around and get as far away from these apartments as you can. They moved me in to a apartments that was not cleaned from when the previous renters left and had to deal with cigarette burns and fleas in the carpet and also had to clean most everything else in the place. Also the mantnince is a joke if you have somthing that needs fixing be ready to wait a week or so bottom line go anywhere but here
This place is nasty to say the least! The management is horrible, the maintenance men are a joke and extremely lazy! The buildings stink like mildew and weed. My husband and I lived there for 7 months and decided that was enough. The maintenance men would come into our apartment while we were gone and snoop around our place we caught them on camer multiple times doing and when I confronted them about it they lied and said it was not them. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. This place needs to be demolished!!

EXTERMINATING FOR BED BUGS KNOWING THERE WAS AN INFESTATION PROBLEM...YEAH..BED BUGS..THIS PLACE IS A DUMP..MANAGEMENT COMPANY SO CHEAP..NO FULL TIME MAINTENANCE..THEY DONT WANT TO PAY..SHARE MAINTENANCE WITH ONE OF THEIR SISTER PROPERTIES..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE... CONTACTING A LAWYER TO SEE ABOUT TERMINATING MY LEASE..

2022-06-12Management seemed nice and accommodating when we went to check these apartments out, and they were doing updates to the outside. Unfortunately after applying and sending in further proof of income as requested we never heard back on whether our application was approved or not. A few days after we applied a news story came out with several residents sharing their experience with their apartments having black mold and management not taking care of it, so Im not sure if thats why we didnt hear back but maybe its a good thing we didnt. Luckily weve already found an apartment at a different location. Hopefully they get this place cleaned up.

2022-06-06I’ve lived here for 3 years and I will say these apartments have been mismanaged for over a decade now, and the recent examples of evicting tenants who report black mold in their apartments (as their way of fixing the issue) shows the respect monarch has for its residents (or lack thereof)smelly air vents, stink bugs in the apartments despite tenants paying for an exterminator that never comes, and black mold in most buildings.If you’re looking for what I was when I first moved here 3 years ago a first apartment it’s fair. but understand it’s the cheapest around for a reason.One of my previous neighbors had the maintenance come out to look at a shower leak , he pulled back the plumbing access panel present in All the “master” bedrooms (pictured to the top right) noticed black mold and shoved in closed quickly to cover the issue before the tenant saw, weeks later a notice they couldn’t renew their lease appears at the door.Look literally anywhere but here if you’re wanting secure housing.Edit: Per owners response you live here for 3 years and then tell me I’m making false claims.Just so happens the ones “causing issues” for other tenants are the few who complained about mold that’s a coincidence

2021-07-15I have lived here for 8 years with my daughter and the experience has been amazing the people are awesome. My daughter and i love being here. Amy and Brad have been amazing taking care of things around here making this complex and amazing place to live. I highly recommend moving in if you need a place.

2021-08-10This is my first apartment and going into everything I was very apprehensive but the property manager helped guide me and answer all of my questions. Also, Brad the maintenance is awesome to have around, and is incredibly friendly with my dogs! So far Ive enjoyed my experience living here the past couple of months.

2021-07-26I’ve lived at rising estates for a few years now and it’s been a great spot to live. They’ve just recently been bought by a new company Monarch and they have done a great job fixing it up. Maintenance is quick and is done with care.

2021-05-24We have lived here since 3-1-2021. The landlords are very friendly people. The application process was quick and easy. We were able to move in with in about a week’n a half of applying. They were every helpful and made the whole process much easier than expected. When our dishwasher was holding water they put a new one in fairly quickly. They respond in a reasonable time and try their best to make living here enjoyable. I would recommend. Also they have central air!
