Comment: Terrible experience with the pointe at lake crabtree. Experienced having a Karen neighbor. None of my complaints were resolved. I contacted corporate and they were not empathetic to my situation at all. Its very clear that they dont care about certain residents.

The amenities that are advertised are nothing more than nice ideas because they’ll constantly break and never be repaired. Do not give your money to these thieves.

Comment: I have been a loyal tenant residing in an apartment complex owned by this company and I can say, they are getting away with harmful, unsanitary, living conditions as well as unprofessional and dismissive management conditions that have left me no choice but to terminate my lease and seek better.I do not recommend anyone spend their money here. It is unfortunate that most rental units are very similar in treatment of its residents which makes it hard to find a better place to live. But I would encourage anyone reading this to do their research and avoid dealing with systems and businesses like this. I do not recommend at all. Please do better.

Comment: Horrible place to work. The Accounting Department is extremely rude and disrespectful. Their training was mainly focus on how to provide BAD assistance/customer service to Managers and Tenants. RK Properties can hold tenants deposits, applications fees and others for up to 2 months without a feedback to the tenant/Manager. I sincerely regret being part of this team. Please think twice before renting one of their properties or to work for them. No one needs this kind of stress in their lives. You have been warned!!!

Comment: I am a current resident at Mt. Mansion Apts and have recently encountered an issue. I should have been more diligent asking questions regarding the property but discovered too late that they allow people to smoke inside of their apartments. Never occurred to ask this question since I assumed everyone should know it’s harmful, so now I have to deal with my apartment smelling like cigarettes and added medical costs to my child who already suffers from asthma. The manager and manger’s supervisor Leo Loret showed no empathy and immediately said there is nothing they can do even though California law allows them to make properties smoke free. Leo would not give me any assistance and refused to forward me to someone that could assist in this matter. Lesson learned on my part. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move into these properties unless you smoke and don’t care about health risks.

Comment: I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO MOVE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE .IT LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT THATS IT. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU WONT HAVE ANY HELP GETTING ANYTHING RESOLVED. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THATS WHERE IT STOPS. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS (LAUGHING) THEY WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER BE RESOLVED, FROM PROPERTY MANAGER ALL THE WAY UP.
