Ive been coming here for many years and have always been able to get in and out fairly quickly. The washers and dryers in this place are usually up and running. But as of late the only problem Ive been coming across is by the end of the week, all the coin bins are full and you cant use the machines. But I got lucky today and the manager Charles was here to empty the coin bins so I could use one of two big washers they have. Thank you Charles!
Good priced washers and dryers.......but the 1 change machine in the facility like to be down alot, be prepared
Clean facility with modern, well maintained equipment. Reasonable rates charged for machines. Very limited vending here. Change machine and laundry products and thats it. If you want anything else you need to bring it with you. There is a family style restaurant in the same plaza that does carry out.
Instead about $10 at this laundry in coins and soap and detergent. Apparently the 2 largest capacity washers (ones that fit my comforters) like to just collect money and not work!!! I had to go somewhere else. No reply from the company at all. No refund issued....update..company saw my review and offered me a refund
Washers and dryers are ok because the doors are bit scuffed to open and coins sometimes get stuck in the machine and the solution to that is a refund in 14 business days. So the system here us horrible but there are many cool places nearby so its a easy waiting. Its the only laundry close to my home so I have no other choice.
Many washers were out of commission, several Electrolux washers eat your quarters. Should modernize to debit/credit cards. No wifi available to guests unless you steal it from a neighboring business (if you can) nor anyvending machine for snacks/sodas. Huge miss for people stuck doing laundry.
Many people are leaving the wash in the machines then leaving for hourswhile others are waiting.....keep it up and your wash is going to end up on the floor....leaving the building and coming back hours later is going to end up with your wash on the floor......stay in Pontiac or somewhere else....
I love this laundromat. I miss the old washers, but the new ones seem to work just fine. Great pricing...some days are busier than others and some people use several machines which can be frustrating. Its usually clean and brightly lit...which makes me feel safer at night if im there alone. I do wish there was a bit more seating...but other than that, its great!!
This place wouldnt be bad if more than half the machines werent broken most of the time. Along with the change machine.
I used to go there but there is no one in authority in the building. All but the broken machines were in use but only 2 girls were there. I found one open machine but it stole my money. No sign to put on warning people not to use. This place has gone down hill.
Machines ate quarters without counting them, and I think my Hot Wash gave me cold water. Grateful for the customer before me for warning about the broken larger machine not counting any of her quarters at all. So I only got an extra $0.25 eaten.I wanted to like this place. It was mostly clean and the dryers are nice. But I probably wont try again.
List some coins due to a vacuum problem in a dryer. Otherwise was good.
I was in my way to a different place but I liked it very much.
Had a wonderful experience because of Charles. I used the wrong size washer to wash some rugs. Charles came out and helped me and everything was good again. The place is very clean and well run. Thank you!
Decent. Great for King sized mattress covers! Dryers are hotter than Africa on high.
I like the convenience of this laundromat, and I appreciate the low cost, however there needs to be some additional spot checking on cleaning and machine maintenance. Also additional seating. When its busy theres no place to sit for the couple of hours youre here.
Put 1 cup laundry soap 1 cup Bleach in big machine, put quilt in. Put 6.50 in, said I will owed 2. I put 2 in, still wanted more money. 10.50 Really!?Called number, sure send me a check, but what about waste of laundry soap??I used the other big machine. Same thing Again!Now Im out 21.00 UNBELIEVABLE!& No Employee here
75 cent weekday washes on the smaller machines is awesome! Had a couple minor issues with machines but the gentleman there who was in that day doing maintenance was beyond friendly, and actually gave us some quarters to wash in a bigger machine. Amazing service like that needs to be recognized and because of that we keep coming back to this location!
I had a problem with one of the machines taking coins. Charles fixed the problem quickly. He also gave me advice on the best dryer to use for my bulky load.
Good clean place ,did have a issue with holes in several t shirts? Not sure if it was the machines or maybe someone sabotaged it with battery acid? Lucky they were old.the change machine was empty lucky I had $30 in quarters! helped out a nice lady who could use some help
My first experience at this laundromat was excellent. I had a problem and the attendant Charles went above and beyond to help me out. I was very grateful,also the facility was very clean and every one was wearing a mask.
One of the nicest coin laundry in the vicinity. Very clean and has lots of washers and dryers with nominal operational cost. They have good place to sit while waiting and a quarter dispenser too.
The ceiling is leaking the bathroom is normally not working the dryer and washers arent always working you dont get your money back if your machine breaks down 👎
I was intimidated at first by the lack of on-site attendants, but got used to it. Its about average. The pros: its well lit, the machines were easy enough to figure out, and very few were broken. The cons: the giant load machines are not inexspensive, no ATM or snack machines on-site, and the main air return duct in the center of the facility is quite dusty and dingie.
Hi, we forgot wallet at the laundry and it contains some important identity cards. We tried to reach the contact as well as feedback form and shared our contact through feedback form as well. I also visited during 10 pm and waited for an hour but no attendant available there. Can you please help and let me know how to contact you. Not able to find any option to reach anyone directly and the number given only works for machine issues.
Been to this location before, very clean and orderly. The visit today was disappointing no attendant available and the machine wasnt woking properly. I had to unload my laundry and go to a more reliable laundromat. Will not be returning.😩
This is the second time I come to wash, the machines just eats my coins and do not start, I reported last time, I didnt get my money back. There is no maintenance to the machines. Poor service sadly.
I left my backpack overnight (which is my fault), and wanted to contact staff. The phone number posted is here Dispatch. They only handle service calls (for down machines) and claim to have NO means of contacting the manager/attendant service at this location. That amazes me.Manager/Attendant service, why is your contact number not posted in your own building? You sure did a good job of letting me know Im on camera, but God forbid you post a contact number somewhere. What happens if someone loses something and wants to speak to an attendant? Do you want me to wait around until closing time? How do I contact you?
Half the large washers were out of service when I went. The coin exchange was also out of service. Some of the smaller washers are $2 a cycle and others are $1 a cycle, but there is no clear explanation for why the prices are different.
There is no attendant here. I used to give this place 5 stars but switched to 3. The outside of the machines are dirty, the floor needs to be mopped. I hope they raise their standards again
The place is a great place to come and do your laundry in peace. Although the older lady that was working that day walked around laughing at people. She also yelled at a child that was not her own. That is extremely unprofessional and if she had done that to my children I would have not stayed quiet like this family did. I was appalled by her and the way she spoke to that child. I know that she is here to do her job but her customer service is horrible. I couldnt imagine working with someone like her. I still cant get over the fact that she yelled at someone elses child!!!!!
Very clean establishment with multiple working washers and dryers of varying sizes. This place is awesome. It is a very clean and safe environment. I regularly do my laundry here and continue to return.
I had a fairly good experience a few of the big washers wasnt working but other than that not anymore or any less exciting as any other laundry matt day ughhhhhhhh
I have lost.money in the washers and dryers. Its okay, but not always dependable. I go because its 50% cheaper than my apt complex machines.
I used to go there but stopped going there due to hygiene reason. Machines are not cleaned properly. There should be someone who should clean machines after every few hours of use. Price wise it is good.
Need to invest in a T.V. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too many Machines are broke. Dryers cannot be trusted. I suggest only putting 1 quarter in untill u can tell if it is getting hot? Washers Have a horrible Mold smell. And I know of 2 farms that bring there animals covers, blankets and other material to wash there.
The change machine doesnt work, and evidently nobody works here. Had to spend an additional half hour going over to Kroger to buy quarters to do laundry with. Dont bother trying to call either. Would not have given them my business if I could have found another laundromat close by.
It is a nice place, washers and dryers do a good job, just do not come on weekends, usually its only .75 cents, on weekends now they jacked it up too $2.00........ I would give more stars but as too the price increase i cant.

Washer and dryers are very nice, it doesnt cost a fortune to wash stuff. Good place to wash heavy comforters or rugs.
I have used this laundromat twice...and had the same problem both times - people leave while their clothes are washing or drying. I took the stuff out and had to put it in carts. Worse part - no attendant.
Excellent little laundromat. The special weekday price is very good. The over-the-phone staff are nice and helpful when there are problems with the machine, though that means there are no on-location staff.
Nice place could use snack n drink machine. But otherwise did a great job getting clothing cleaned
Is its a nice place to do your laundry its clean dont see any employees to help you out if you have any questions. They say they have Wi-Fi but they dont have a password for you.

I use this place every week. Last time there were several machines out of order. Most the time its only $1.00 for a double front loader.
So many of the machines are broken. Difficult to determine if the machine you choose will work. Prices are reasonable. Needs to be cleaner.

Some machines are broken and they are usually dirty, many people wash their pets stuff its common to find pets hair in the wash machine.
The two people that were working there did not wear mask while in the facility. I am not quite sure that with all the directions that were on the door about mask wearing.....why the people working there did not.

Needs a lot of updates, dirty with too many people hovering over you. If you are desperate to wash something like I was than maybe ok but otherwise no.
When first open was a wonderful laundromat no employees to help on refunds is an issue cleanliness of the place has went down because of no employees working good cheap laundromat Monday through Friday
No problems in the AM with access, all equipment in good working order. Cindy keeps everything nice and clean.

Went there to do some laundry only to find all the large machines were out of order. The coin machines was also out of service. Had to drive to Shelby Twp to do laundry.

2022-01-08Update 01/07/22All 12 Electrolux washers are “out of order” (see pictures) so had to use MAYTAG (junk) machines. Now after 6 years getting used to it and not much surprised! Would still continue to come here since there are no other options in the area and they know it.And if you don’t want get frustrated, don’t expect smooth experience here, keep extra quarters because most likely coins will stuck and you will end up putting more coins unless you’re luck enough to win lottery more than $1,000!It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to start “employee-less” business, just install good machines and be honest with customers that’s all it needs!Below is older review 9 months ago:-This place is going down hill, but unfortunately no other options. Their changer is out of service, bathrooms are out of service, many washers (mainly medium and large size machines) are out of service. In machines, coins would stuck and have seen people struggling!! See pictures:Below was my older review,They installed all new washers last month, but they are all junk. They are much smaller and most of them are usually broken. Old machines were bad but I think better than these new ones. Have been coming here since last 4 years, the quality deteriorated over the period of time. But worst thing is, there are no other options in this area. Weekends are crazy.😌

2022-04-24Most of the washers and dryers are always working. Theres usually a sign on them if they arent going to work. Its clean inside and it is always warm or cool inside, depending on the season.

2020-01-20Good place for Laundry, we wash n Dry our clothes every time here, they have smaller machines for regular loads and Larger ones for Comforters/Larger Loads. They replaced all the smaller washing Machines, they work good. Sometimes Dryers don’t work, more of money your time gets wasted. Smaller Machines costs $1 weekdays n $2Weekends, larger ones ranges from $2.25-$5 for regular. Small Dryers 1quarter for 8mins, Larger Dryers 1quarter for 5mins.

2021-10-28Do you guys even watch what happens what’s the condition of your laundromat ? It’s flooded , and owner no where to be seen , your machines outdated , takes up my change and timer getting short and pricing going up , at least you can maintain good place not flooded

2020-08-04I wish I could give this business NO STARS. Sadly I arrive to this business as noted on their website OPEN 6AM. I get here at 6:30am all to see a sign Closed due to cleaning. Will be back at 7am ..BTW its 2 minutes before 7am, NO ONES HERE....NOT A GOOD LOOK ! Your lights are out and no ones cleaning...See Pic. IF you need help keeping your business cleaned ON TIME so you wont lose money, Ill help BUT you gotta open on time, people have plans for their day. Not to mention ensure the change machine is working during your business hours. This was a major problem BEFORE the coin shortages.

2022-01-14For almost the last year this place has gone severely down hill. Honestly i dont think anyone even comes to check on the place anymore and clean it at this point. Everything is super gross and the machines are constantly broken. All of the washers besides the smallest ones are broken today. Ive been unhappy with this place for awhile now and I am going to be looking for a new one to go to. Ive been coming to this one for over two years.
