I cannot say enough about Gabby and her cleaning. Shes efficient, on time, kind and overall great at her job. My kids especially love seeing their beds made by her after shes cleaned their room. She sets the bar high!

Lisas team has been cleaning my home, and my mothers home for many years now. Prompt, efficient and thorough. My mother (80+yo) is always commenting about their friendly manners, and quality work.
Absolutely the worst cleaning company Ive ever had the misfortune to work with. After months of trying to resolve issues with the staff NOT cleaning properly, leaving written instructions, leaving cleaning supplies, and being charged more, staff still failed to clean at even a sub-par level. Owners/Staff are unresponsive to calls and texts, impossible to get hold of. I took 4 days of me hounding the owner to get a return text. Then, set up a re-clean only to have her cancel the day of. Absolutely terrible company. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.

They started sending 4 - 5 ladies at the same time, when promised for 2 assigned ladies to clean. They were missing obvious spots like cleaning laundry, kitchen sink etc.When provided the feedback and requested to improved services they Stopped scheduling appointment, left numerous messages and tests. Never heard back.

2022-07-13Today was our first time using a cleaning service and we are so happy with the results! Gabby did a wonderful job with our deep clean; everything is spotless down to the tiny little details. It was above and beyond what we expected. She arrived right on time and the service was completed well within the estimated time frame we were given. Moving forward we will definitely book this service again, it was well-worth the money ($60/hour for our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and it took her around 3.5 hours).

2022-05-18We have been with Rochester Residential Cleaning for nearly a year. They did our initial move in clean after construction, and have cleaned once a month since. We have consistently stayed with Jessica, and she is AMAZING! Jessica cleans consistently every single time. I never have have to ask her to re-clean or fix anything. She takes her time, is through, and gets every little space. She is friendly and kind, and my children and dog love when she comes. I feel safe with her in our home, and know that she treats it as her own. Lisa, always calls to verify if any changes takes place. And a reminder text before cleaning makes scheduling easy and consistent. I would recommend Rochester Residential Cleaning!
