HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It was my first time recording anything, I was very ignorant to the concept and how it functioned as a whole. I was able to pair up with mixing engineer (Im assuming that is the correct title) Mike Tre Lb Locks after reading a ton of very positive reviews about him online. He was very knowledgeable, taught me a lot, and was able to create the vision that I came to him with. He also made my whole experience very comforting, which I feel is extremely important. I read some people (in other reviews) complaining about a mixing engineering taking advantage of their time / money, or just not really caring about what they were creating, but Mike was extremely respectful, understanding, fun, and passionate. Once again, this was my first experience with this, so I have little to compare it to other then what I expected, and my expectations were definitely exceeded. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly had an all around enjoyable experience creating my song with the help of Mike.

Amazing place to record! I contacted Matt over the studios email and let him know what my band wanted to accomplish in the studio and how we wanted to do it. He set us up with exactly what we asked for, no questions asked and at a very reasonable price. The staff (in particularly Joe and Andrew) are extremely knowledgable and very personable. We never felt uncomfortable in any way, and it was an environment we felt we could be creative to our fullest extent. If you plan on tracking music of any kind, it is imperative you record at Rock Hill Sound.

I have personally recorded in this studio a few times and there is no reason to go anywhere else!! Best recording studio in Michigan, hands down! All the staff and owners know how to make you sound the best you can be. Always have a blast here. Highly recommended.

Never went to a place where it didnt feel like a business and it just felt like a buddies house... until Rock Hill Sounds! Joe and Andrew are amazing to work with and are really prideful in their jobs! Will come back for our 2nd album!

This place is amazing ! The whole recording process was a breeze . It’s nice to work with people who understand what you’re looking for and can provide it to you. If you are looking for top knotch recordings at a good price you will not be disappointed. I have personally recorded a full album and two singles here and I’m amazed everytime!

Definitely a nice spot me and my boy Rainn was there a few weeks ago nice scene quality service and big ups to Mike for the engineering as well I recommend anyone whos serious 2 definitely do business with these guys
