BEWARE.Very sad you ask some place you have delt with for 25+years to fix your SUV that wont drive. I mean wont move after they serviced the transmission and charged 900 hard earned dollars. I drove for 1 week back and forth to work. It just stopped moving after I stopped at light. Had it towed at my own expense back to their shop the guy said well you told me that second gear didnt work the first time you dropped it off.So now you have to pay full price 1250 to fix. I couldnt afford to fix sold to cousin. She had it fixed.it was the torque converter.Beware

Rogers has done many transmission rebuilds for me going back to the 1980s. Highly recommended and very honest shop.
Great place to go and get your transmission checked or to get a second opinion. I recommend to my friends to take their vehicles there before they replace or rebuilt their transmissions.Honest, friendly and accurate on time.
Never had any problems with them I used them for building transmissions when I ran a repair shop.

2021-02-16This is my second time using Rogers. And I will and I will continue to bring all of my business to them. The first truck everyone was telling me I needed a trans and they assured me that I didnt and had me back on the road the same day. And my second truck they went above and beyond to rebuild my rear end and 4 wheel drive system. Great prices and very noligable

2021-06-09These guys ripped me off for a clutch install. the truck sat for 8 days before they decided to work on it. then the slave went out on it because they did not do a complete job. they are hacks stay away from them. if you value your hard earned dollars. This guy will rip you off.

2020-09-18Went to get an estimate on a transfer case. I had told him that I knew the issues. He insisted to inspect the truck. I told him that I knew what the problem was, that all I wanted was an estimate. He states that he was not going to charge me to take a look at it. When I went back for the truck he charged me 85$, just to tell me it was a transfer case, the same thing I went in for an estimated. Be careful!!. If you need a estimate Dont go to them, Bill transmission in Taylor doesnt charge check them out.

2021-05-08This is a great place to take your vehicle if you need transmission work, my brother took his Colorado in for a transmisson rebuild and it runs Flawless. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a transmission shop

2018-05-31They do good work here although the type of work they do is expensive. I have had them call me up and tell me I only needed a $25 repair for a leak and that fixed it but typically when you go to a transmission shop its for an expensive repair of a complex mechanism. This shop will give you a fair price.

2020-09-16Called this gentlemen about my transmission issues and have brought it to him about a year ago to take a look. Now trying to bring business to this small business and he denied work and not the time. Better go elsewhere while trying to rush me on the phone. If your so understaffed get a receptions to deal with the phone and customers and higher more employees. RUDENESS from these white privileged people.
