Comment: We used Roman’s Party Rentals to rent a bounce house for our son’s birthday party. The team arrived for set up on time and had everything ready to go in a matter of minutes. The bounce house was clean and the kids LOVED bouncing in it all day. My son was so sad to see it go, but again even with the clean up process the team was incredibly efficient. Everyone was so friendly and online booking made things very easy for us. Thank you so much for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime! We are so grateful and will definitely be using Roman’s again in the future.

Comment: I rented from this place for my son’s birthday party in April, at a near by park - they took my deposit and never once mentioned by phone or email that they don’t setup tables and chairs when they drop off. They literally leave it stacked on the floor and said it costs extra! For the amount they charged me I can’t believe it. I was rushing with these heavy tables and I even upgraded to the wooden white chairs which are heavier. So even if you rent one table and one chair from them, they can’t generously set it up for you unless you pay $75 extra! I even called to talk to someone in the office, who didn’t care and didn’t admit to their poor communication. It’s not even the price for extra, it’s the fact of not being considerate and letting client know setup is extra. I could have brought help or paid in advance. Anyway, definitely not considering their services again..😒

Comment: I booked this place for my sons 1st birthday party in Dec 2022. They said the drop-off time would be between 7am-9am since there werent that many drop-offs that day. When they didnt show up at 9am, I had to call them for an update, which they said they were short-staffed (not my problem) and that the new estimated time would be between 11am-1pm. The party was from 1pm-4m and they didnt show up until 3:30pm. They did give me a refund like they said they would, but we had to deal with the inconvenience of scrambling to get enough tables and chairs for our guests.

Comment: Last minute decision to get a jumper/slide combo for my granddaughter had me searching online. Roman’s Rentals had the one I wanted available so I secured it. It took less than 10min. My receipt and information I needed to know for a smooth experience was sent to my email within minutes. Delivery and pickup was fast and easy, sending texts with time of arrival for both. Roman and his assistant even cleaned it before they left it. Both friendly and answered questions I had.The whole experience was great. The company that I already had reservations for said they were out of chairs for the day of my event. So I checked Yelp and booked with Romans for additional chairs! Romans service was excellent and they were always on time and gave perfect communication! Always called 15 min ahead of time to notify me they were on their way. Comment: I rented 2 outdoor heaters from Romans party rentals for an event this past weekend. Let me just start by saying how easy it was to work with them, from placing the order online to drop off and pick up of equipment, these guys are the real deal! Comment: Romans Party Rentals is amazing. They arrived early and quick to get everything out of the truck despite the rain. Tables and chairs were clean and ready to set up. Even their prices are great! I called multiple place before booking with them and it was really the best decision. I appreciate the sense of urgency. I would defiantly book again!

Comment: Romans party rentals was easy to book, affordable and quick to respond to last minute questions. We would definitely book with them again. Only thing I would say is they do not have equipment to provide lighting in the tents- BUT they were willing to hang the lights so I just bought some and it worked out great.

Comment: I randomly selected Roman’s Party Rentals in my first step of acquiring estimates for outdoor heaters. They were competitively priced, prompt and most importantly - their rentals looked very clean and they (Roman and Oscar) were extremely friendly and eager to please. They walked me through the process of starting up their heaters and were very kind. (They didn’t make me feel like an idiot.). I was grateful fr their delivery flexibility and would be happy to use this rental company again. They made an outstanding impression on me.

Comment: We used Romans party rentals to rent tables and chairs for our sons graduation party over the weekend. The party took place early in the day on Saturday, so the team here ensured we recieved our rentals the night before so we would not have to stress day of, they then picked them up from us on Sunday. The team that dropped them off/picked them up were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend renting with them!
