Great store and staff. Spent an hour of enjoyable browsing and shopping time, atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. Staff was very nice, and appropriately helpful. Products were well displayed and of high quality.
The clothes are very comfortable. The staff is great and very helpful. Its in a great location, downtown birmingham. I enjoy shopping in the store. I wish more stores like this will appear in Birmingham. The prices range from $8-$50 a shirt. Most of the markdowns are final sale which is annoying because you cannot take it back. And the store is very pricey. But its birmingham. Everything is pricey. Overall, i like the store and roots the clothing. I would shop here again. Also, the bags they give you to carry your purchases are fantastic looking and great quality. They were surely wow your friends.

2022-02-05I’m so happy to have this store in downtown Birmingham. It’s nice to shop in person and this is my favorite place to do it! Our family shops here all the time and the staff are the best!

2022-01-29Want to say thank you soooo much to Suzie. Google showed the hours as open 11-8pm (aparently for next door) we showed up at 6:10pm after they just closed. She was kind enough to let us in to make our purchases. She definitely did not have to do that. It helped us out so much since we drove 2hrs to get there. She deserves an award for being so awesome.

2017-01-25Great styles and quality but the best thing about this store is the staff. The level of service that I receive is outstanding. Everyone wants to help me out with my bad fashion sense. I turn into something in the same vein as a little schoolgirl in a schoolgirl supply shop. Dont even get me started on those leather armchairs. I could plant ... roots into them, but I wont. That wouldnt be appropriate.

2020-12-04My daughter and I were in this store last night to talk to the manager about a hat my daughter bought a few years ago. The manager was so rude to us, was not helpful at all. She should not be working with customers, very poor customers service. If anything she should have been bending over backwards to try and help us. She’s lucky we even came in the store with what’s going on right now. She was too busy folding clothes to even look up and try and help.When we were in there last time we bought a lot clothes and have been very satisfied. They are of very good quality and very stylish but the manager has got to go!!! We were going to buy more merchandise to try and help a small business but we walked out!!! Very disappointed!

2020-07-28One of my favorite places. They are currently limiting the number of shoppers to accommodate social distancing. I hadnt been there in a while and was disappointed to discover they have significantly reduced the footwear selection. Prices have always been a little high, even considering the high quality of the merchandise, but I was happy to find most items were 25% off.

2017-11-04The salespeople were nice. I bought the Venetian Village Prince. The bag is gorgeous. Only problem is that I heard a sales lady calling on the phone to say to someone to say that she can give them 40% off today or tomorrow. I asked my saleslady how the other lady can give someone 40% off? (I didnt get anything off my bag). She said, you know how there are high rollers at the casino? I got it. Bummer. I wouldve appreciated some kinda discount... too bad for the not so high rollers.. I guess thats a reality in retail. That doesnt take away from how nice my bag is though.. 😃

2018-01-14I am a little torn on how to rate this place. The staff are awesome. Polite & helpful. With the exception of one guy. Wish I had a name to mention. I was in the fitting room trying on a few things. The fitting room was to cluttered and stuffy for me.. so I wanted to hand some stuff I didnt want to the guy that worked there. So I turn around to grab the stuff and hand to him. Next thing I know hes beside me in the fitting room. Not sure what proper etiquette is to him. But that was NOT PROPER ETIQUETTE. Next time wait by the door. Til the customer is good and ready to exit.
